It was a wild, wild, wild weekend. I know y'all see Diddy got another superseding indictment Terrence Howard told some stories about between him and Diddy. That got the whole internet going crazy. Just a lot went on. It was like after our Friday episode it was like all hell broke loose. Like right after Friday's podcast episode Diddy turned into Mohawk Diddy for sure. I'm sure y'all heard about it. We're going to break down everything that went on with Terrence Howard and Diddy and I got some news for y'all.

As it pertains to the podcast industry as a whole, a lot of what I've been telling you guys is coming true and it's funny because a lot of the bigger podcasts who, uh who, have been around and shoot. They're the top podcast we we uh dealing with right now. They have uh spoke on some stuff and just not realizing what I have realized I've been preaching to y'all for months. Uh, the podcast industry especially if you're bringing, like edgy, you know, unbiased content uh, there's, the podcast industry is suffering right now and the two biggest podcast platforms in our culture right now, uh said some things that are going to echo what I've been telling you guys and and it feels good to know that you know, I'm just, you know, looking at the reading, the tea leaves and having comments and using common sense and a lot of the things that I'm, that I'm doing with my podcast. Uh, the larger ones are starting to get on the same page and it's about the subscription, so we're going to talk about that, but that'll be later on in the show, do not let me forget. But, uh, I don't know if you know about no jumper or the Joe Budden show, but they basically been in the podcast game for almost 10 years for Joe Budden and somewhere close to that for no jumper, and they are saying everything that I've been preaching to y'all.

And it just feels good when someone else, especially the biggest podcast in the industry say exactly what I've been telling you guys for the last few months. So it lets you know. I know y'all know I keep it real. But when you hear other people say it, say especially the biggest podcast platforms out right now, then it just adds credence to what I've been telling y'all about the importance to subscribing. Um, if multi-million dollar podcasts are going out of business and broke because they can't depend on the corporates and these social media apps will just take your pages. So they are now trying to push subscriptions and now they're trying to pour more value and pour more into their subscribers and their supporters, just in the way that I'm doing. So I'm going to break that down later in the show after we get in the ditty, because I thought that was very revealing over the weekend to hear these large, multimillion, 50 million viewed podcasts say exactly what I've been telling y'all. So I just let y'all know I don't do nothing but keep it real and I told y'all I don't have sales pitches. I just realized the only way for this type of news to be able to survive is if people have to subscribe, and if they don't subscribe, you will start seeing a lot of vanilla, a lot of vanilla media coverage and it's already starting to happen.

So I'm going to get to that later, but first we got to start off with Mohawk Diddy himself. Mohawk Diddy himself, mohawk Diddy himself. It's been a crazy, crazy situation and it ain't even funny. But man y'all, I don't know what went on, but they dropped a superseding indictment. I'm a little out of sorts y'all. You have to excuse me.

Today I've been up extra early trying to figure out why my podcast software, uh video, is acting up. And man I I was on this for hours before I even came to the microphone today. So today, excuse me, I'm a little bit thrown off, but you know, we're gonna make it happen. And uh, lost my electric toothbrush yesterday. I don't know how. It's only two places it could be and it's not in those two places, it's like a 200 toothbrush. So that's kind of getting on my freaking nerves too. So you know, it's one of those mondays where I'm just getting hit with all kind of shit. But you know, we don't, we don't pay that no attention. I'm about to kick Monday's ass. So let's get into this Diddy super indictment. Then I'm going to get into Terrence Howard.

Let's get into the super indictment first, and also I got to let y'all know I'm doing 30 days of Diddy for all the social media people. You know I always listen to y'all. They were missing my stories. They say that nobody in the media space tells stories like me because, you know, I've been promoting my podcast heavy and so I was just dropping podcast clips. I wasn't doing my typical green screen storytelling, social media post posts, like I, like I have doing, was doing previously, and I had a lot of people and I was only doing it for the first month or two to launch the visual part of the podcast and to really let people know that we're doing a video too and I was going to get back to it. But I heard you all and I got back to it and y'all have responded my all.

I did the first two days. It's 30 days of Diddy. I'm telling different Diddy stories in my vintage way that I tell stories and I did two so far. The first story was about Terrence Howard actually. Second story is about what is her name? Karen, I mean Dawn Hughes, dr don hughes, check that out. I'm actually gonna play a clip of that.

After we get going on this super and seeding indictment, everybody's loving it and we only on day two. This is the countdown to the to the trial, which starts around may 5th. So look out for a Diddy story every day on my social media platform, tiktok, facebook and Instagram and they loving them and I'm going to keep them coming. We got 30 days. It is 28 more days, so let's get into this super seeding indictment that Diddy has going on right now, right now. So I'm gonna take this from uh ap. Uh, they're saying sean diddy combs hit with new sex trafficking charges a month before the trial, a month before the trial trial. So check it out y'all.

He got new charges, federal prosecutors. On friday, right after my podcast episode, they added two more charges to sean diddy combs indictment and said they expect four accusers to testify against him, expanding on allegations that jailed the hip-hop mogul engaged in sex trafficking with multiple women as recently as last year. Now this superseding indictment accuses combs of using force, fraud or coercion to compel a woman to engage in commercial sex acts from at least 2021 to 2024. So there's some recent stuff. This ain't that back in the 90s old stuff people been bringing up. This is like new era. This is even after mohawk. This is after the mohawk era mohawk diddy that is.

The indictment returned by a federal grand jury in manhattan also alleges that combs was involved in transporting the woman identified only as victim to and other people, including commercial sex workers, to engage in prostitution during the same period. So y'all know who we've been saying victim to is. We're going to get into that a little bit. I'm sure y'all know who it is. If y'all been following and paying close attention, you know who we think it is.

The new charges are in addition to the racketeering, conspiracy and sex trafficking charges filed against Combs when he was arrested In September. They increased the total number of charges against him from three to five. Involves allegations that combs sex traffic three victims and forced a fourth, which was one of his employees, into sexual activity with them. Now if you watch the fall of diddy, that what that guy, phil, was working for diddy around this time frame and said that Diddy made him engage in sex with one of the workers or whatever. And you know Phil was the one who was cleaning up everything and all of that. That could possibly possibly be him, I don't know for sure, I'm just speculating. Now, friday's superseding indictment is the third filed against Combs. In the first. In January, federal prosecutors disclosed that their case involved at least three women who they said Combs, forced to engage in commercial sex acts. They also alleged Combs showed a firearm to a female victim during a kidnapping and once dangled a woman over an apartment balcony.

Now I'm going to stop right there. Y'all remember the, the, the woman that was dangled over apartment balcony. We have one woman who sued Diddy before and that's the fashion designer, brianna. Fashion designer, uh, uh, brianna. Now brianna met diddy through cassie. Cassie, follow me, y'all, we're gonna. I'm gonna take you for a short walk. Cassie met brianna and brianna was into fashion. Cassie and diddy want to get into fashion. Uh, cassie introduced Diddy to Brianna and that's how they all became cool. I don't have the exact date right in front of me, but I believe it was in or around 2014 when they met. Now they had a relationship. They were supposed to work together. Diddy told Brianna he was going to help her with her fashion industry, her fashion line or whatever, but in turn, brianna was supposed to help Diddy with his fashion and it was supposed to be happily ever after. Now, how did that lead to Diddy hanging her over a balcony? Let me tell you now this In the actual indictment they only list her as Vic, they only list victim two and they say that victim two was dangled over a balcony. When we look in Diddy's history, unless he's been hanging people over the balcony like should night, left and right, like he did Vanilla Ice, let's just hope he only hung over one woman over a balcony, and if he does, then we're talking about Brianna Now. One night we talked about it before. I'm going to give you a quick recap One night Diddy was trying to get in Cassie's apartment.

Somehow diddy bangs and gets into the apartment and immediately locates brianna. He grabs her by her, by her shoulders and and molesting her breast. This is what they're saying in the lawsuit. This was being alleged. And then he grabbed her and threw her over. Oh, shoot, no sound. Oh, wow, let's see, wow, let's see if the sound is back.

Two we are at Diddy's superseding indictment. So what happened is Brianna? Diddy grabs Brianna and holds her over the balcony and says he would unalive her. Uh, he ended up putting her down, but not without threatening her and all of that. So now in this superseding indictment they have added more charges. Let's continue Now that I broke down who Brianna was. Now Combs January indictment didn't include additional charges, but modified some details of existing ones, including adding four years to the alleged racketeering conspiracy.

Four years to the alleged racketeering conspiracy. Prosecutors now say it started in 2004, not 2008 as the original indictment had alleged. A superseding indictment in march contained minimal charges. Combs has pleaded guilt, has pleaded not guilty to the first set of charges and I'm sure he's pleading not guilty to all of them. The arraignment on the new charges has not been scheduled, but prosecutors asked friday that it be held at at his final pre-trial conference on april 25th on April 25th. Now, in their filing on Friday, prosecutors said three of the four accusers who are expected to testify have asked that their identities not be revealed to the press or the public and that they instead be referred to by a trial using only pseudonyms. Now the accuser referred to as victim one in the combs case you know, we pretty much know that is cassie and we got news about cassie also coming up.

So what is really going on? Diddy is cooked, as we always said on this show, and we know that, but it's getting really, really, really tight and it's getting funny for everybody involved. As we get closer to this trial time, the media is acting crazy. Everybody is throwing around different scenarios. We even have Vlad again doubling down on the fact that he's saying Diddy, he heard somewhere in the feds that Diddy is going to get bail, but when I looked in the paperwork, diddy has lost all his, exhausted all opportunities and they said there's no way he can get bail. So I don't know what Vlad is talking about, but it's funny the media is doing, especially the larger media sources. They are doing whatever they can to try to compete with the, with the smaller independent media sources like me and other podcasters and YouTubers, kind of in my same ballpark, because we're getting all the attention, because we're keeping it real and we're not just pandering, we're putting out news and we're giving our opinion and I can see that it's doing a lot. It's really getting under the skin of these bigger media outlets, for example, over the weekend. Y'all know normally tmz does not break news over the weekend, um, so it was a sunday.

So, as we count down to the trial, I did a story yesterday. I did the story of. I opened my story with everybody is matter of fact. I can actually play it. I won't be able to play it. I don't think you'll be able to hear it on YouTube, but Apple and Spotify will be able to hear it. I'll explain it to the YouTube people, but this is what I dropped yesterday. Y'all know how Cassie's testimony is the one that they say Diddy is most scared of in his upcoming trial. What if I told you they're wrong? And this is who Diddy is most scared of Everybody. Meet Dr Dawn Hughes, expert forensic psychologist, aka the Diddy Stopper. She has been the key component in many cases of men doing bad things to women Johnny Depp was one, even Harvey, but the craziest one was R Kelly. You see, r Kelly was looking like this before she testified and after she testified he was looking like this. See, the thing about Dr Diddy Stopper, aka Don Hughes she's an expert in coercion and all this stuff that they get caught up in, and she was the last one to testify in the R Kelly trial. Now, true, this is damaging with Cassie and it will be damaging testimony when she's called to testify against the dealer. You see, she's so good at what she do. She like to close her the relief pitcher If you're doing bad things to women and children and this woman gets caught you in deep doo doo.

And so when Diddy's attorney found out she was involved in this case, they went to Diddy. They said hey, diddy, we got. Dr Dawn Hughes is on your case and it ain't looking good. Diddy said what you mean, dr Diddy Stopper? Yeah, diddy, and, by the way, we're going to need another $10,000 for this conversation. But yeah, what do you want me to do about it. You got to get rid of her. Diddy, you can't do that. You're already in trouble for allegedly getting rid of Tupac. Perhaps I know, I know, I know Can we get her off of the case somehow. Diddy, we can do that and I'll try, but I can't guarantee it. Diddy was sad. You can't guarantee it. Nope, but we will file. And then Diddy's attorney just recently filed to block the doctor who sided with Amber Heard. So I'm going to stop it short right there.

That was the, the, the post from yesterday. If you follow me on social media, it was the post about Dr Karen I mean, I keep saying karen dr dawn hughes, and that is the psychologist who was a big part in putting r kelly away. And now they got him. They got her on the harvey weinstein.

A lot of people know her from the amber, her johnny depp situation and a lot of people don't really understand really what went on. They kind of just going with what the media narrative was back then and in this era it would have been a different case. But that's neither here nor there. But the funny thing is this I started this video off with every uh, everybody is really concerned and where I think diddy is scared of Cassie's testimony, but I'm going to tell you about a woman that he's really scared of for real. And see him and his team is trying to get Dr Hughes removed from the case. But the very hook of that was everybody right now is thinking Diddy is scared of Cassie testifying, and that post went viral immediately when I dropped it, on all platforms Facebook and Instagram. So how, about two hours later? Two hours later, tmz drops breaking news out of nowhere saying Cassie is set to testify.

And I'm like, and you see, I'm the one I don't like to say people, you know copying and whatever, but it happens way too much. Way too many media outlets are saying what I'm saying a couple hours or even an hour after I say it, and it's happening so much. I'm just start, I'm gonna say it now, I just keep it to myself and I say y'all, that's just a coincidence, that's just a coincidence. But these ain't still coincidences, like, first of all, tmz don't even break news like that on no sunday, uh, or at all. But then it's just ironic. I drop a post talking about cassie, people being diddy, being scared of cassie testifying, and then two hours later, on a sunday I don't even know if it was two hours later, but I'm gonnaifying and then two hours later, on a Sunday I don't even know if it was two hours later, but I'm going to just say at least two hours later it might've been an hour hour or two hours later TMZ drops the news yesterday that Cassie is going to testify using her name and she's not going to testify anonymous, and all of that. And I said these for anonymous and all of that. And I said these.

I swear tmz and other media sources always stepping on whatever I post and I, like I said, I'm not. I'm not the one to think people or get even upset about people copying. I don't care because, like I told y'all, I bring my own news. I don't even pay attention to what everybody else is really talking about. I just focus on what I'm doing. So when I dropped that, it was nobody broke no news about cassie or anything. It was nobody even breaking no ditty news at all yesterday. And then I immediately I broke that. And then here comes tmz. So I'm telling y'all there is a silent war against the large media and it's the large media outlets against the independent outlets, because the independent outlets like me and media outlets like this are winning and we are winning and people are gravitating to our content because it is not biased. It's just giving you all the facts and then we just give you our opinion. But we don't try to make you guys agree with me like I'm. I like everybody to have their own opinion, have their own uh, uh, uh thoughts on the case, which is why I try to give you every side of it or whatever news comes through, and on top of that I give you my opinion. Well, we're smashing the major media outlets, which is why they are trying their best to step on our stuff or to hop on whatever we say.

Terrence Howard goes on a podcast, the Patrick Bet David podcast, pretty big podcast on YouTube. Terrence Howard is on there. They get to talking about the industry and what goes on in the industry.

Terrence Howard says people are getting their man card taken at these freak off parties. He said he's not one of them. But he said people go there, they lose their soul and then you know Diddy is the puppet master. And then, once they lose their soul, even once they become rich and famous, they're still crazy, because you can never unsee it, unthink about it, you can never get away from it. This is Terrence Howard's words, words and so as an example, he he brought up someone that I have been covering a lot on this channel, on this podcast, mr bieber. As you know, I've been keeping in touch and keeping in contact with what's going on with bieber, whether it's his social media or whatever. I've been keeping you guys updated on this roller coaster. He's been on ever since this diddy got arrested. It's just been crazy for bieber. But howard said that's the case with justin bieber. He said, in so many words, the industry and I'm assuming when he's talking about the industry he's mainly talking about diddy but he said the industry took Justin Bieber's man card and and Justin can't get it out of his mind. And Terrence Howard says when the industry does that to you, it's impossible, nearly impossible, to get it out of your head and no matter how much money you get and no matter how much money you get, no matter how much fame you get, you still remember what happened. And then he went on and it got crazier from there and oh, before I continue, then he continued to say and that's where all the rugs and drugs and all of that comes from, because they're trying to hide the pain or deal with the pain.

And I'm going to go into what happened with Diddy and Terrence Howard in one second, but I really want people to realize, for all the naysayers out there that still don't believe, I got a question for y'all. Do y'all believe Terrence Howard Like? Terrence Howard has no reason to lie. Terrence Howard is an intelligent man. He's over somewhere studying and trying to rethink the whole idea of gravity and how it works and he's coming up with his own theories and having a lot of people believe it. Very smart dude, Been in the industry for a long time, always respected for his acting, never went crazy, never had even the term crazy even put on him. Are y'all gonna believe him now? Because that's my question, because you know you might not want to believe jaguar, right, you might say she just want to. You know she might be clout chasing or this is what people you know this is. I'm talking to the naysayers right now. If you're not a naysayer, you could just listen. You might not believe gene deal. You might think he hating on diddy and he might want to be where diddy is and you might not believe all of these different people, but you don't have no reason not to believe Terrence Howard. We don't have no stories, no craziness, no hating. Terrence Howard don't need nobody's money, he don't need nobody's clout, he don't need to even bring up Diddy, and he's still Terrence Howard. So when he say something, you a fool if you don't listen. So check this out.

Diddy was just staring at him. He said it was awkward and then, after bullshitting around, they didn't really do no acting, they didn't get deep into the acting.

Just ain't saying nothing. So terrencerence Howard say hey, how you liking it, you feeling the music, what you think about the music? Diddy just staring at him, he ain't even answering his questions. He looking at Terrence Howard like a piece of meat and he ready to marinate it. No, diddy. Terrence Howard Then said you know what Did? He is acting weird, let me get the hell out of here. He gets the hell out of there.

A few weeks later, sometime later, terrence Howard's assistants say hey, did he want to? Hey. Terrence's assistants say hey, diddy wanna uh. Hey, terrence, diddy wants to uh hook up. He wants you to uh come kick it for the weekend again. Terrence say for what? The assistants say Diddy is trying to boink you, trying to boink you, trying to F you. Terrence said he cut off all communication and went zero contact from that moment on. You see, did he use the acting? Did he use the acting, did he use the music? He used whatever he could use to get Terrence Howard, aka May May, to his house so he could do the same thing he has been alleged to do to many, many, many, many other people in the industry and people looking to break into the industry.

So now I ask you again does terrence howard have a motive to lie? Let's think of the motives. Do you do it for money? He don't need no money. Do we do it for clout? He don't need no clout. He bring it. Terrence Howard's name is so high up he's bringing his name. He's giving Diddy clout at this point. He's bringing his name down to even mention Diddy, but Terrence Howard is doing it because he wants it to be exposed and bring awareness to the weirdness that's going on.

They go into listening to music, but they never did any music. They didn't did any music. They didn't write anything. They didn't do anything. So it was all a charade put on by Diddy.

So people don't think and I know y'all know I keep it real, but it's still good to hear other people say what I've been saying for months. They just not saying it now. They've been a podcast for 10 years. I've been doing this for a few months and I figured it out immediately like wait, wait, wait. There's no way this podcast can continue the way it is unless people subscribe. If people don't subscribe you, you have no choice but to go into the vanilla uh, vanilla content. You can't go into this type of stuff. And then also now that's no jumper joe budden podcast. I'm sure most of y'all heard of joe budden podcast.
