Ladies and gentlemen, I hope you're sitting down. This Diddy update is about to be a game changer. I will be going over in full detail tomorrow. But what I want to say to the subscribers now so you might do a little homework and be ready for tomorrow's show, you know how all this time and Diddy was terrible. They were doing a terrible job. They were looking like youth car sales.
Speaker 1:Well, that has changed and if you've been keeping up, you know when I said that with Mark Derrigan, diddy brought Derrigan into the equation. Been up. You know when I, when I said that was mark derrick, did he brought here ago. He's a big-time lawyer that has defended a lot of big-time people and he is an excellent defense attorney. You know, I've been telling y'all since he got him, even in today's episode and previous episodes. Derrick Goss is actually making many defense actions competent now and it's going a step further.
Speaker 1:And the crazy thing is TMZ literally just broke this news today at 2 pm, but in the article I'll get to the news that TMZ broke. But in the article it says for the first time Mark Garagos going forward, because you know he's new onto the team, but lately and going forward. Basically TMZ is saying that Mark Garagos is going to be a heavy, heavy part of Diddy's league. Just reporting that today I told y'all Gary Gose Fingerprints was all over this and it was a game changer. I have to call it right down the middle, like I always do. Diddy's team was looking crazy before, but I already knew with Mark Gary Gose he really knows his stuff. So it's getting to the point where this is going to be a tight, tight trial, tight race for everyone and so we're going to have to pay attention. But let me get I'm going to get to the news, the actual headline and what TMZ really broke.
Speaker 1:The gear goes was just a footnote. I just thought that was. I just thought that was noteworthy because I've been telling y'all that gear goes, fingerprints been all over and I could tell like they're actually making defense moves. That makes sense now and I've already said that. I've know you listened to the past episodes when I said it. Well, today, for the first time, tmz or any publication has mentioned that Mark Garagos is a heavy hitter and is going to be heavily involved, meaning he basically taking over.
Speaker 1:So now let me get to what's going on right now, what TMZ broke. So you know how Diddy. They've been saying he's been playing the race car, saying a black man's never been went through this, has never went through this, and saying that he's only being. No white man has been prosecuted for these type of crimes to this extent. Well, diddy is looking for a black female attorney now and it's because he has all white attorneys. They're saying this is courtesy of TMZ and they're saying that he wants to be diversified or show diversity in his legal team, especially since the strategy is going to be to use race in this trial.
Speaker 1:But that brings us to another point that I made, remember. I said Ain't no way they trying to extend this trial for two weeks just because of some emails. We talked about that, I believe, on today's show and they had court yesterday show I talked about Diddy and his legal team were looking to extend the start date another two weeks after they already asked for an extension for the jurors and I said they're just trying to extend it. I don't know, it's more to it than an email. This is gamesmanship. Well, tmz is also reporting that it takes three. It's going to take him two to three weeks to at least, or maybe he might find one faster, but they think it's going to take two to three weeks for him to locate a black female attorney, and so it's going to be interesting.
Speaker 1:I have some names in mind and at this point I don't know if Diddy's watching my stuff, I don't even know if I'm helping him at this point, but this is crazy, unbelievable. Y'all, we're going to have to pay attention to this trial now. I'm giving y'all straightforward, real talk. We are going to have to watch this trial now because Diddy has a real defense team now and, like I said, I'm going to give you a few of who I think tomorrow, like I said, and if Diddy uses one of these attorneys that I'm saying tomorrow, I'm just trying to guess who he's probably going to go after. If he uses one of these attorneys, then at that point Stevie J or somebody is watching my stuff or something, because this is too crazy For one. I told y'all that 200 emails of gamesmanship, 200,000 documents, they just wanted to push it. Now we know why they want to push it back because they need a black female attorney. And guess whose idea this is? I bet money. This is Garagos Garagos. Once he brought him into the fold, he said Diddy, we need a few weeks extra. But you're going to have to diversify this legal team if you want to pull the race card, because jurors are going to look at you, especially black women are going to look at your trial, look at your defense and say it's nothing but white people. This is probably what Gary Goss is telling, told especially the fact that we believe all the victims, in this case victim one, two and three, are all black. But we do know one victim for sure Cassie is Black. So maybe I'm pretty sure Garagos looked at that and said Diddy, you need a Black female attorney, a good one, to represent. So we will see. We will see.
Speaker 1:My voice is about gone from making content. I just shot some videos on social media. I got to post them, but I had to get on here. This is a game changer, y'all. I'm telling you, put your seatbelt on and the way the attorneys were, the way Diddy's attorneys were going at it he was looking at life, or more Well, with Garagos coming and him orchestrating it. Now it is. Things are getting tighter now. I'm going to say that Just a reminder. One of Garagos' biggest clients was Michael Jackson. Garagos is no joke. I'm going to this in full detail tomorrow on the flow show, but I had to pop in for the subs to let y'all know and give y'all a heads up if y'all want to look up some of this information before I get to the show tomorrow. So you kind of know what's going on. But this is what's going on. I love y'all but I'm out.
