Diddy's Downward Spiral: Minors Named as Victims
A seismic shift just rocked the Diddy case when defense documents confirmed what many had feared—minors are among the victims listed in the federal indictment. This marks the most consequential development since the Cassie surveillance video first surfaced.
During a dispute over trial preparation time, Diddy's legal team inadvertently revealed that "victim number two" is a minor, potentially transforming both the narrative and severity of the case. The defense requested additional preparation time after prosecutors disclosed four additional victims, claiming they were blindsided by these additions despite evidence suggesting prosecutors had known about these victims "for months and months, in some cases over a year."
Meanwhile, Cassie Ventura faces yet another battle as Diddy's attorneys served her with a subpoena demanding access to her bank statements, draft memoirs, diaries, and personal journals. His legal team claims she previously attempted to sell her manuscript for $30 million to prevent publication—allegations she vehemently denies while fighting to block this "fishing expedition" into her private affairs.
In an equally stunning move, Diddy's enhanced legal team—now including high-profile attorneys Mark Geragos and Brian Steele—is attempting to exclude the hotel assault video from trial evidence. Their peculiar argument? The iPhone 6 recording "distorts" Diddy's appearance, making him look "bigger, fatter, and wider" and therefore more "menacing"—despite Diddy having previously posted (and later deleted) a video taking "full responsibility" for his actions.
The case continues attracting attention beyond the legal realm, with actor Terrence Howard announcing plans to launch a podcast exposing Hollywood's dark underbelly after revealing his own disturbing encounter with Diddy. As power structures shift and more voices feel empowered to challenge industry abuses, we're witnessing what could be a watershed moment in holding powerful figures accountable.

We got a good one today, y'all Feeling good, good, but this is one you want to tune in for.
Speaker 1:Spoiler alert for the first time, minors have been revealed to be victims, according to the indictment, according to the feds, with the diddy case. Not no civil lawsuit, not none of that, not speculation, not. You know stories we're hearing From the paperwork. It has been revealed that at least one I'm hearing two, but for sure one victim is underage. Diddy will rot and we're going to break all that down. Diddy ain't going nowhere. When he made that song, we Ain't Going Nowhere he didn't know he was talking about prison because he ain't going nowhere. I was sick to my stomach when I realized we got minors. We all have known it. You guys have said it plenty of times in my comments and sent me DMs like yeah, but where are the children? And what's up with the children? And some of the victims are underage, like y'all have been saying it and asking about them and up until yesterday we we had speculation. We didn't have confirmation.
Speaker 1:Well, today, ladies and gentlemen, we have confirmation and on this good friday, I want to remind y'all real quick that this is so much out of appreciation for you guys for subscribing because, I'm gonna be honest, good friday will be a day that I normally take off but, like I told you, I'm a man of my word and just the the overwhelming support that you guys give me, I have to come in here and give y'all some content. I mean, like I always say, when you got people willing to support you in the way you guys do, um, the least that us podcasters and people who enjoy our content could do is, uh, go that extra mile. And you know, normally, like I said, today's good friday, I would have took this off, but I said no, no, no, no. Friday is too much ditty news and my people love me and I love them. So I got my ass up and here I am. Are we cooking today? Chef, chef Flo's kitchen is going to be open for business today. I cannot believe it, minors. Not only that, we have Diddy wants the feds to investigate Cassie and when I say investigate, I mean look into her banking records, look into her, her bank statements and all type of stuff and Cassie's trying to block that.
Speaker 1:We're gonna cover that today. This is a show you don't want to miss. This is a show that you're going to want to send to all your friends and family that want to get caught up and know what's going on, because today is this the most pivotal moment in this diddy trial since the Cassie tape came out. I was floored. And not only that Terrence Howard is coming out with a podcast exposing all of Hollywood. If you remember, terrence Howard had his moment that he just revealed to the world about Diddy acting like he wanted acting lessons, but he really wanted to put his Diddy in Terrence Howard. And now Terrence Howard is doing a whole podcast that's designed to expose Holly Weird.
Speaker 1:Ladies and gentlemen, I thank all of y'all because we have been the leaders in the movement of exposing holly weird. I started in 2023. It wasn't sexy when I started. I was just doing it because I knew shit wasn't right and I was in the in the industry at a time, and so I didn't do it, thinking I would blow up, thinking everybody would join the movement and it would get this big two years later. I didn't. I'm excited to see how it's grown, but I want y'all to know this journey, the flow show, no filter, exposing Hollyweird and getting justice and holding them accountable and getting justice for the victims. We started this in 2023. And so I feel good to see people like terrence howard, years later, coming out doing the same thing and exposing the dark side of what the hell going on, because there are a lot of women, children, men who are affected by this crap and we're gonna go over it today.
Speaker 1:Good morning, tabitha. Don't forget to like the live as you come in and share y'all. We got a good one today. It's sad when I say a good one. We get information, but it's definitely sad what's going on. Hope everybody enjoyed their their thursday and hope enjoyed their week, feeling good to be here and we're just getting through another week. Got a nice service. Coming up, my best friend will be preaching Abundant Life Church online on Sunday. I'm looking forward to enjoying that, but without further ado, because it's one of those episodes I don't even want to take too much time getting started.
Speaker 1:We're going to get right into it, y'all, because there's a lot to talk about and I don't want to rush, so I'm gonna get started early, if y'all don't mind. If I got time for a story time later on, I will, but we might not. We got a lot to talk about. So let's get into the minors first. Diddy has minors as victims and we finding out. Let me tell you how we found out. So what happened was, you guys know the the enterprise letter back in February. They they didn't release it to us, but the lawyers had a chance to to see it and, uh, you know there's been hearings and they've been. The defense has requested more time. The defense has also said they need two weeks. Now they're saying they need two months, just need extra time. Diddy has went and got every. He's looking for every high profile lawyer money can buy every high profile lawyer money can buy.
Speaker 1:Brian Steele, mark Geragos, have been added on to an already star-studded legal defense and the revealing of this minor came out from the defense. The defense had to expose it when they went complaining. And what did they complain about? They said during that superseding indictment, they had a hearing. We all remember we covered it. The defense, uh, the diddy hearing, uh, after that superseding indictment, at that time prosecutors said they had four more victims, but they weren't prepared to reveal them at that hearing a while ago. Well, just recently they did reveal the victims to the defense and that's when the defense said wait a minute, there are minors on here. There are minors and we need more time. This is why they need more time. This is why they requested more time. They are panicking now and now we know why.
Speaker 1:I'm going to read the document to you. Uh, it you might not understand. You know, some of this legal jargon can be a bit confusing. Let me read through it, because this is an important document. I just want to read it to you guys and I'll I'm gonna summarize it and give you some context and everything after I get through it. But I want you guys, when we talking about minors and we talking about serious shit today, I want to give you the exact information and document that it came from. Um, we not playing no games today, so let's get into it now.
Speaker 1:Okay, what happened is april 15th. The defense filed uh, sent the judge in motion about these new uh or, I'm sorry, the new victims who have been brought to their face and they're saying that they need more time. They didn't. It's not fair. They say the prosecution knew and were more than ready to reveal those four victims, but they didn't because they wanted to play a little gamesmanship and kind of reveal them at the last minute. We'll find out today what is true and what's not true and just let you know today is going to be the hearing that is going to answer the judge is going to answer this stuff about the extension. There's going to be two months, two weeks and everything like that. So I'm going to come pop back on later today whether it's for the subscribers or YouTube and I'm going to update you guys of the hearing today because this is going to be an explosive one. It's going to answer Is there going to be an extension and whatever other questions. So just keep that in mind as we get through this document. So the defense sent this document to the uh. I'm looking at the actual document sent us to the judge. Here it is, dear judge sebermanian.
Speaker 1:On behalf of sean combs, the defense submits this letter in advance of the April 18th conference, which is today. You guys, the government, at the April 14th conference, which happened on what? Monday? The four additional alleged victims that were described in its March 10th 2025 enterprise letter. Now, that enterprise letter, let me give you a little context on that. The enterprise letter is the letter that the feds put together that is supposed to outline all of the illegal activity that Diddy has used his business to do, to, to, to uh carry out all the workers, all the associates, everybody. So, uh, they're talking about that enterprise letter.
Speaker 1:Now, as the defense noted in its reply, it is is clear from the thirty five hundred material and the thirty five hundred material is the witnesses, the testimony, all of the evidence that the defense needs to see and know. So it says government has known about these alleged victims for months and months, in some cases over a year. The government stated that at the time it's been, the uh enterprise letter was due on february 1st. They say that the prosecution say they were not prepared at the time of this letter, which was february 1st, and that this evidence would be part of the direct case improving up the racketeering enterprise now it further represented. It was aware at least of some of the alleged victims but didn't know how deep it had gone in with the interviews. The government cited alleged victim five, stating the material or discovery would reveal that the particular victims was interviewed multiple times. In 2025 I believe much closer to the date of the revision of the enterprise letter. Now what they're saying right here and, as I said, just follow along, because as I read some I'm gonna stop and break it down, because this legal jargon can be a little confusing right here, all what they're saying is uh, they actually the defense says that the prosecution had interviewed these four victims numerous times and had and were, and believed that they were more than prepared to let them know who these victims was around that time period, which would have been february 1st.
Speaker 1:Now, the government's representation was overall false. The discovery material made clear that the government and then this part is redacted, they have it blocked out, so I have to skip that. And then it just goes to say intentionally chose not to include those individuals in the enterprise letter and only changed its position after realizing the weakness of its case. They added more alleged victims. Right there. All they're saying is basically they think the prosecution are adding these victims because they feel like they have a weak case. Of course we disagree with that. But I'm just giving you everything that's being said in this. More stuff is redacted that I have to skip, and when I say redacted, I mean they blacked it out. So we can't, we won't know until the trial what is said. Um, in some of these parts it could be nasty, it could be all kind of stuff. So it goes on to say thus, nothing has changed since january 31st.
Speaker 1:The government's contrary representation to the court were false. The government was clearly in a position to include every one of these four alleged victims in its february 1st enterprise letter, had it truly believed the evidence was relevant to its direct case. But it didn't. The reason it filed it is to do is to do is so they could catch us off guard. Basically they're saying, and to say that this evidence would be part of his direct case, but rather because of his pure gamesmanship or its own decision, and not to follow up with these witnesses Is all the game. The defense should not be forced to defend against these late breaking allegations on the eve of the trial. When the government is at fault on the eve of the trial. When the government is at fault For these and additional reasons outlined by Mr Combs' motion and reply, the court should exclude the evidence that is filed to the judge and out of those four victims.
Speaker 1:When you look at the paperwork, it's redacted but it says victim two is a minor and this is coming straight from the defense. They had to include that in and everything is redacted except they made sure to show the court. And everything is redacted except they made sure to show the court, made sure that us, the public, knew that that victim number two was a minor, because they could have redacted that part out, because everything after the victim number two being a minor, it is all blacked out. So I don't know what it says. We won't know until the trial time. But, like I said, in this new filing the defense reveals that there's at least seven more victims and people are saying two minor victims. I only saw one for sure, but there's speculation that there's two, so I'll let you look into that. But it so far it's one. And if that is the case and I really know if it is the case, I'm reading it. I'm looking at the actual filing.
Speaker 1:Diddy ain't never getting out, I swear, if he has minor victims on this case y'all. I don't even know of life in prison, it's just that's one of those hard ones, y'all, because it's bad all across the board. But now you know, we've been speculating about the kids and speculating about underage possibly being in the mix. Well, it ain't speculation, no more, it's straight up what it is. We officially today, first time on the flow show, no filter. We officially know that there are minor victims in this federal case, in this indictment, and if that ain't enough, there are minor victims in this federal case, in this indictment. And if that ain't enough, like I say, a reminder, later on today, either look in your subscriber content or maybe even YouTube members I will update because they're having a hearing today to answer all of these questions and go over this to the point, y'all. It's so. It has gone so far that the defense is requesting another uh hearing just to go over the DeCasse video. I I have to tap in today and see what's going on with this hearing, because the way the defense is requesting this thing could get pushed out another month or two depending on how the judge reacts.
Speaker 1:This has become a circus. We don't know when it's going to start, we don't know when it's going to end. We don't know when it's going to end, but we're going to keep covering it and staying tapped in. But if that's not enough, if the minors is not enough to piss a lot of people off, how about the fact that Cassie is reportedly wants the judge to block Diddy from accessing her book and banking documents? Cassie is getting investigated and that's at the request of Diddy. Well, they're trying. That's another thing. They're going to see how is this going to carry forward or not, and why? You might ask what is she being investigated? Why do they want to see her book and banking documents? Well, before I get into the article, y'all, I'm gonna let y'all know. One reason for sure is because, diddy, these are his words, his team's words, not mine. Diddy is saying he knows that cassie was paid off by big time companies to come after him and he wants proof of it. So let's get into this article. But to be a victim of this horrific crime allegedly, and then to turn around and have to fight for your privacy after you have to expose the world to all type of nasty freak offs, I feel for cassie in this situation wholeheartedly, because this is crazy. But let's get into it. Baller alert. Cassie reportedly wants to judge. Wants to judge to block diddy from accessing her book and banking documents.
Speaker 1:Diddy's legal team seemingly wants to dig into Cassie's personal affairs ahead of this upcoming trial. Cassie contends that Diddy is engaging in a fishing expedition, alleging he has demanded access to her bank statements and a manuscript she authored about her life and him. She is now requesting judicial intervention to suppress the subpoena. Y'all Diddy is requesting that they get all up in Cassie's business. They want the man. He wants the manuscript that authored her life and his. He wants that exposed in all of these bank statements. Now article goes on.
Speaker 1:According to the new legal documents obtained by TMZ, cassie is seeking to have the court invalidate a subpoena she claims was served on March 19th by Diddy's legal representatives. That's new information. A lot of us, including me, didn't know that Cassie was served March 19th With the subpoena. The subpoena, cassie asserts, requires her to produce all draft memoirs, autobiographies, narratives, diaries, journals and notes. We want everything but the kitchen sink is what they're implying and in any communication about plans to publish or threaten to publish such a document. Additionally, the singer claims Diddy is demanding she submit her financial records. So let me give you a little context on that, the part where they're saying he wants any notes or journals or any communications about plans to publish, or threaten to publish such a document. Because you know they're saying that Diddy's defense is she was trying to extort him. So he wants some proof of that. He wants proof that she said to him that hey, I'm gonna publish this book if you don't give me money or anything of that sort. He is subpoenaing that information. I told y'all lock in.
Speaker 1:This is one of the most pivotal episodes of this trial. It's heating up and that ain't even I need a stronger word from heating up. Let's continue. This is crazy. Earlier in the proceedings, diddy's attorney Mark Agnifilio this is crazy.
Speaker 1:Earlier in the proceedings, diddy's attorney Mark Agnifilio asserted that the 38 year old former attorney contacted the music mogul's legal counsel on a recorded line. I'm going to read that again. That's an important part that the defense is claiming Cassie's former attorney contacted the music mogul's legal counsel on a recorded line indicating that she had written a book and intended to publish it. Agnophilia further claimed. Cassie suggested Diddy could purchase the rights to the manuscript for $30 million to prevent its release. However, according to Agnophilia, the 55 year old declined. Cassie changed legal representation and her new attorney allegedly informed diddy in november 2023 that the book was no longer relevant due to an impending civil sexual assault lawsuit. Cassie, who ultimately filed that lawsuit and reached a settlement the following day, now argues that the subpoena is overly broad and premature. She has formally asked the court to dismiss it in its entirety.
Speaker 1:Diddy is also seeking to have the infamous hotel footage scrapped from the trial. The video that we know shows him violently attacking cassie. We will be looking out and see the uh, the results of this closely. Oh, it's getting ugly. I told y'all it would get ugly and it's getting ugly and it's not going to do anything but get uglier and uglier and uglier. It's always crazy when we get close to trial time, because that's what we used to call. That's when the rubber meet the road and victims like Cassie it's almost like they have to be victimized over again, because that's what it takes to get justice, because not only does, the world now has to know your darkest, deepest bedroom secrets because of this trial. And Diddy's on trial and you're a witness and Cassie is holding him accountable along with other victims. But not only that. Now they want to dig into your bank statements. They want to dig into your notes, your diaries and everything, and you got to put it all out there, and so this is why we do stand with victims.
Speaker 1:I've been standing with victims from the time I started making content back into what 2022, 2023. It's been a long time. I lose track because I understand, especially being on the front line. I understand what victims go through and a lot of people don't understand if you're not in this world, if you're not living in this world. I live in this world of victims and impacted families and court cases, and what people know a lot of times don't realize is it's not even just the actual. I mean, the actual events that took place are often horrific, are often unimaginable, but the part that gets lost in the sauce a lot of times is that these victims have to be scrutinized and the victims are forced to tell more of their personal business. The victims are forced to put their face on it and and and. That's not easy to do and that's why a lot of victims stay quiet. So when you do have victims standing up against a machine or standing up for themselves and I'm not just speaking about diddy right now, I'm talking about victims in general Got to support them. You don't know what they go through to even get justice.
Speaker 1:And so, as I look at this case and where it's going, I've been telling you guys already but let's, let's continue to, to, to, to uphold and uplift many victims because we see what Cassie is going through. Wait till this trial start. You guys are going to wake up every morning when we come to this. I'm telling you now when the trial starts. Every morning, people are going to come to this show pissed, because they are already showing you that the defense and Diddy are going to do whatever they can and say whatever they can to defend their client. And on the other side, as you can see, cassie is not going to let up. She is fighting and still fighting, and so are the rest of the victims. But it's so much going on that needs to be talked about in this case, not just the minors. More stuff has been revealed. They're going into cassie's banking records. They are even trying to get the video that we talked about thrown out for new reasons. I told you, mark Geragos and Brian Steele, this case is about to get turned on its head. Be prepared to be pissed off every other day. I'm telling you now Because everybody involved is going for blood. I'm telling you now Because Everybody involved Is going for blood and Diddy is willing to do whatever he can To get out.
Speaker 1:So let's take this from the USA Today. I couldn't believe this y'all, but it's true. Sean Diddy Combs says Cassie's attack videos Were distorted distorted and shouldn't be shown at trial. I'm going to give you a spoiler alert on this article that's going to, so I can warn you about when you about to get pissed off y'all. At one point. Let me tell you one of the reasons why they said this. This video should be distorted, and this is why'm telling you just be prepared and always remember. Flo told you relax, you're gonna hear a lot of shit that you ain't gonna want to hear from this defense. It's already starting and people are already upset.
Speaker 1:One reason that they are asking that the video be removed is because one of the videos was shot on an iPhone 6. I had to let that breathe a minute, because I know people like what the hell? Let me finish, because it was shot on an iPhone 6, it's actually iPhone 6. Video of the surveillance footage. So it's actually a video of a video, one of the Cassie videos that we've seen on CNN and seen all over. But they say, because it was shot with an iPhone 6, it makes Diddy look bigger and fatter and wider, which makes him look more intimidating or menacing, and I'm not making this up. I had to give you all that spoiler alert before we dive into this article, to just give you an idea of where this case is going, of where this case is going. They want the video removed because it makes Diddy look fat, because it was shot on an iPhone 6 and by making him look bigger and fatter and wider, it makes him look more menacing and more dominant. I'm going to say it again I ain't making that up. Let's get into this article. I told you we was doing some cooking today. Flo's kitchen is early, is open on a Friday.
Speaker 1:Sean Diddy Combs says Cassie attack videos should be removed because they're distorted. Let's go into it. Um, after months of reviewing the videos of Sean Diddy Combs attacking his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, lawyers have presented their case for excluding the footage from the hip hop mogul's upcoming trial. In court documents dated April 2nd and filed on April 17th Combs defense team said a forensic analysis sorry, a forensic analyst they'd hired as an expert confirmed none of the videos they were able to obtain accurately depict the incident. Y'all they saying that the video don't accurately depict the incident. But when you're talking about cooking, I mean I'm cooking so much I'm messing my words up. When you're talking about kicking, fighting, punching, throwing, it ain't too complicated to depict what the hell going on. That's just my opinion. I I'm going to continue in the article as such. His team argued there is simply no way to obtain or create an accurate version of the footage and the video evidence should not be presented to the jurors.
Speaker 1:The assault footage, which became public when CNN released it and aired it on May 17th 2024, was the result of the news organization editing approximately 10 and a half minutes of the footage into a 48 second out of order clip. Combs attorney wrote the clip immediately and dramatically turned the tide of public opinion against mr combs, the defense goes on to say, and also painted mr combs in the worst possible light. Now cnn has denied this characterization, with a spokesperson previously telling usa today in a statement cnn never altered the video and did not destroy the original copy of the footage, which was retained by the source. Cnn aired the story about the video several months before Combs was arrested. The USA Attorney's Office for the Southern District Court of New York declined to comment.
Speaker 1:Shortly after CNN made the video public last year, combs posted a video taking full responsibility for the attack. The post is no longer available on his instagram account. Damn it, let's stop right there. If it don't depict what the hell we was depicting when we depicted it, then why the hell did you drop a long ass apology for something that wasn't depicted the way it was depicted, and why has that video since been deleted? So now, did you mean that? Is this another instance where we all knew those were crocodile tears and you were lying Diddy? But what doesn't add up is now we got defense attorneys saying it didn't depict this, it didn't depict that, it wasn't this, it wasn't that, but then Diddy already took responsibility for it. I don't give a damn if you deleted it off your Instagram. We saw it. This is just another example of how crazy this case is going to get.
Speaker 1:And, mind you, for all of those out there that say well, this is the defense. Job is to stretch the truth or say whatever to get their client off. My answer to you is whoop-dee-doo. I agree with you, but my job is to call it how I fucking see it, and that's what I'm doing. I didn't wake up. I was born at night, but I wasn't born last night. I know the defense job is to defend, but my job is to call what I see. So, just like they doing they job, I ain't gotta say the rest. You know what I was going to say next. I'm doing my job and I think it's going to actually look worse for Diddy that he apologized for something that now he's claiming his defense is claiming it wasn't depicted correctly.
Speaker 1:He apologized for it and after that crocodile, tear-filled apology, now he has took the video completely down. If you had a smidgen of credibility left, that shit gone, that shit gone. I'm gonna remind you what was said in that video, and I quote the Dittler himself, aka Mohawk Diddy. My behavior on that video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in that video. I'm disgusted. I was disgusted then when I did it, and I'm disgusted now. That don't sound like a man that saw a video that didn't depict whatever it depicted. Sound like a man that saw a video that didn't depict whatever it depicted. Combs team said. In total they received the following two iphone videos from prosecutors showing that someone recorded the hotel surveillance footage while watching it, the compilation cnn released to its audience, and three videos with footage obtained by cnn from three single cameras in the intercontinental hotel. The iphone videos distort the events and I'm quoting the defense on that.
Speaker 1:The defense also claimed in their filing videos were allegedly significantly sped up and not accurately represent human movement as a result of being converted from one file type to another. Let me tell y'all something and like my boy Kobe said, I really do need a chef's hat because when I get to cooking it's cooking. And let me tell y'all something they are saying that because this file was was sent from one place to another, that it sped up some shit of the violence. It sped it up and whatever right and that is distorting whatever happened. And I'm going to tell you this If I get punched in my face, I don't give a damn how you convert the video and how I speed it up.
Speaker 1:My face hurt. I don't care if you show it in fast motion, I don't care if you show it in slow motion, I don't care if you speed it up to the speed of light, my face still hurt. My face still hurt. So this is just silly to me and it shows me that there's so much evidence, they are trying to get rid of the most damning evidence by any means they necessary. I understand that's what the defense does, but you also run the risk of losing credibility because you're just like the boy who cried wolf you want us to believe that because the file was sent from email from here to there, we ain't seeing what we seeing. So if I download a video and then I send it to somebody else, it's gonna speed up and then now I don't know what's in that video. Come on y'all. What are we doing here? Am I the only one that see this shit and think like what the hell? If I'm a victim, see one thing about me? I like to put myself in the victim's shoes so I could really feel how they feel and that helps me grasp the situation. So if I got somebody putting their hands and feet all over me, throwing me to the ground and whatever else, imagine you go through that and then you got some lawyers or something talking about because the video was sent here. It it makes it look worse because it's sped up a little bit. The fuck, let me continue messing up my good friday.
Speaker 1:In their filing, the defense attorney also alleged cnn paid their source for the video files, made copies and destroyed the original files they received. Well, ladies and gentlemen, cnn says that is incorrect. So somebody lying. Either Diddy's defense is lying or CNN lying. We will find out soon. We will find out soon.
Speaker 1:Holmes' team has previously cast doubt on the hotel video as evidence and in November his team accused prosecutors of presenting an altered video and they used this altered video of him attacking Ventura, who is Cassie, to convince a judge he should not remain detained. You see, the rappers, lawyers are engaging in what people like to call dirty pool. They willing to say whatever and go to whatever length to get whatever removed, as we see now, where does that leave us with this freaking tape? Well, the rest of the article details that and we're going to get into that right now. If the judge Now where does that leave us with this freaking tape? Well, the rest of the article details that and we're going to get into that right now If the judge does not agree to the request to exclude the footage, combs teams is asking for a pretrial hearing in which their forensic analyst could share his findings about the various videos.
Speaker 1:Do y'all understand what's going on here? And, like I said, it's getting to the point. That's why today is a very important day. Very day is an important day, very important day, and I'm talking about the hearing today because they're about to address all of this and this is going to impact the trial more than anything. It's amazing what the hell this trial has went from zero to a hundred overnight, zero to 100 overnight, overnight. I can't believe it, y'all. But one thing I'm going to say it's too much. It's so much evidence I don't even think it's possible. But when I told y'all I think they're gonna piss the judge off because they want extensions now they want more hearings about stuff that they already talked about. I'm waiting for the judge to get to the point where he just say, look, this fucking trial is starting on this date. Leave me the fuck alone. That would be Judge Flo. But I ain't a judge Lucky for Diddy and anybody else, because I would have been. That's why I ain't a judge, because I would say man, get out my office with this damn paperwork Talking about you, look fat the fuck Talking about because it got sent from here to there. It's ridiculous. Everybody want to see the show, but everybody don't want to pay the cost. This is crazy.
Speaker 1:This trial is about accountability. This trial is about the haves and the have-nots and for the first time, one of the haves is being taken down by what we would call a have-not, which is us, the regular people, down by what we would call a half knot, which is us, the regular people. But, like I said, diddy ain't going out without a fight. As I see that, i'ma say it again. I was telling y'all his defense team was shit three stooges, used car salesman, bums, scrubs and I don't know. Like I said, it's almost like he heard me calling because I was the only one talking shit about his defense team the whole time and he went and got the avengers and now they don't give a damn. They are, they are feeling empowered to ask this judge for anything, which is why today I'm going to have to pop back on here later after this ruling, because today is the most important ruling, probably since they were ruling on Diddy's bail.
Speaker 1:I think a lot is going to be covered today the extension, the decision on Cassie's videotape. Will it be included? And if it's included, are they going to have another hearing where this Diddy expert could come in and tell us how the punching and kicking we seen don't depict really what was going on? Well, I tell you this if that was my sister or that was my mother, I wouldn't give a fuck how it was sent or transitioned or transferred or whatever. I know what the hell my eyes are seeing. This is going to go crazy.
Speaker 1:This trial, the judge, I'm telling you now the judge is going to have to get control over this courtroom. And I'm not saying everything is fine now. I'm not talking about right now. I just see the way it's going, especially the more heavy hitters that Diddy puts on this defense team. They are going to feel like they can say and do whatever. And this judge mark my words at some point in this trial it could be sooner than later he's going to have to let everybody in the courtroom know who the fucking boss is, because when you got an expert coming in there talking about the video, make Diddy look fat because it's made on an iPhone 6. That's the type person I would say get the hell out of my courtroom. Get the hell out of my courtroom. It's amazing, y'all. But every cent, even when you think it can't get worse, it gets worse. Everything is coming to a head. The house of cards is falling.
Speaker 1:Y'all remember terrence howard. Y'all remember he just said that diddy he the famous actor from Hustle and Flow, that's who Terrence Howard is. You remember him? What other movies he was in? Wasn't he in Best man? He's known for saying May. So Terrence Howard is our May, may, may.
Speaker 1:Well, terrence Howard said that Diddy acted like he wanted wanted acting lessons. Terrence Howard said he went over. Now listen to this story because I'm getting going somewhere with it. Terrence Howard said he showed up to Diddy's house. He said hey, what you want to work on? He said Diddy was just staring at him. He was an empire. Thank you, sybil. Uh, terrence Howard from empire. Uh, diddy, diddy. Diddy wouldn't say nothing, just looking at him. Funny. Terrence Howard said he Diddy wouldn't say nothing, just looking at him. Funny. Terrence Howard said he felt awkward. So then he said well, let's talk about some music. He said alright. Diddy said cool. So then Terrence Howard started playing him some of his music. Diddy just staring at him like a piece of meat. Terrence Howard later found Diddy was trying to fuck him. I don't know no cleaner way to say that. I apologize, but that was what it is.
Speaker 1:Well, now the famous actor from Empire, the famous actor from Hustle Flow, is starting a podcast, is starting a podcast, and the podcast is designed to bring down Hollywood and expose the secrets of all the dark shit that goes on, and we gonna get into that. But but before that, but but before before we get into that, we got to thank those who make this possible, like we do every day. All we are about appreciation on the flow show. We are about working hard on the flow show. We are part. We are about appreciating those who work hard, those who keep truth alive, by subscribing to this podcast, the number one podcast covering the Diddy case.
Speaker 1:That's why I got the most trolls. If you want to know what was going on in the Diddy case, or any case going on, you want to be in this podcast. That's why trolls never bother me. I expect them to want to be here. Where else you going to be? You want to be right here next to Flo, and so I thank the subscribers that bring that, that allow me to come on here and talk candidly about what's going on Like I told you this was good Friday.
Speaker 1:This is normally my day off, but y'all have been so supportive and supportive and been subscribing. It makes me want to come in here, turn this mic on and tell y'all what I know and listen to what y'all think. So let, without further ado, let's thank the subscribers of the day. Somebody said diddy was like uh, terrence howard, you ain't gonna drink that drink I made for you. Yeah, it got. So let's thank subscriber and the lone subscriber and she is the subscriber of the day Late, I don't know. I'm sorry, I don't even know if it's Lacey. I don't know if that's a he or she.
Speaker 1:Lacey gave a five dollar donation. Everybody clap it up for Lacey in the comments. A five dollar donation. Everybody clap it up for lacy in the comments. Lacy, lacy, you have. Uh, uh, I'm speechless because anybody that subscribes and wants to support this movement, it, it, it just warms my heart that so many people want to support this movement, man and it just. It's just a beautiful thing.
Speaker 1:This didn't start overnight. This started what? Two, three years ago, and here we are now going strong. Many of my subscribers, or many of my listeners, many of my fans, are from two, three years ago and they're still here and I appreciate that. But, lacey, this is your day.
Speaker 1:This episode is brought to you by Lacey. Thank Lacey, in the chat. And if you want your shout out and want to help keep truth alive and keep me from having to scratch this and start talking about the Browns and sports because because I got to depend on sponsorship dollars, if y'all want me to keep coming in here cooking folks and saying whatever and talking about whatever we want to talk about, we don't give a damn what mainstream media talking about. Mainstream media ain't even broke the part that it's minors victims. Yet what are they waiting on? It's an, it's an official document that was dropped yesterday. What is mainstream media waiting on to know that we got minor victims in this case? We'll see at the flow show, at this podcast. We ain't waiting on nobody when the court paper was filed.
Speaker 1:I'm coming straight to the mic and letting y'all know hey, y'all, it's minors. I don't know what mainstream media, what they playing for, what they waiting for, but I'm going to tell y'all immediately. So, thank you, thank you, thank you for subscribing. If you want your shout out, you want to keep truth alive, you want to hear me keep cooking and being able to talk unbiased and candidly about these. Please subscribe, I appreciate you. You could become a member.
Speaker 1:My digital, a lot of my digital exclusive content, especially diddy content, will be on my youtube. And my patreon shout out to kobe, kobe, one shinobi, one of my original patreon, uh subscribers we turning all that up, y'all. But, like I said, all of my subscribers and uh, we got to get to this terrence howard. We got to get to this terrence howard news y'all. Terrence howard, he took it a step further. It's almost like once he came out and told the world that did he tried to fuck him. It almost seems like it empowered him in a way to say you know what? I got the people behind me.
Speaker 1:Let me go ahead and do a podcast and tell the world all the dark shit that's going on. I'm about to give you all the information on the Terrence Howard podcast and if y'all want to support truth, y'all want to support all the victims who have been run over, tossed to the side by this industry and like, tossed, like waste, and y'all want to report, holding them accountable and cleaning this shit up, then listen up so we can support Terrence Howard's podcast. I think it's going to be very revealing and it's going to be an eye opener. This is from hollywood unlocked. Terrence howard promises to expose hollywood, the studio agencies and executives on on new podcasts. It'll be every studio's nightmare and every actor's wet dream. Let's go on to the article.
Speaker 1:After terence howard made some shocking and jaw-dropping claims against diddy on the pbd podcast earlier this month, he now promises to expose hollywood on his new podcast. Earlier this month, howard spoke on Hollywood Secrets and even claimed he believed that Diddy attempted to. I don't want to keep saying that, but they keep talking about it. This wasn't the first time Howard's been vocal about the industry. If you guys remember, back in October 2020, he sued 20th Century Fox over his Hustle and Flow film image. It was used on a hit TV show, empire. Then, in December 2023, he sued his talent agency, caa, over the salary he made over the same hit TV show. In November, he also commented on the low pay he received from Hustle Flow, claiming he only got $12,000 and was still owed about 20 years of residuals.
Speaker 1:Wow, now Terrence Howard tells TMZ he's been recording a new podcast and plans to expose Hollywood to the public. Howard said he promises to draw back the curtains on the entertainment industry and offer every studio's nightmare and every actor's wet dream every actor's wet dream. The veteran actor said that on his podcast that will soon be released to the public, he will expose powerful hollywood executives and figures behind the scenes. Specifically, he plans to address his ongoing legal battle with his talent agency, caa. He also plans to blast Disney and Fox and plans to tell all about this time, his time on the set of Empire, and about all the business betrayals, all the shady transactions. He's dealt with this during his lengthy Hollywood career and he's still dealing with it to this day. Howard also promises to be as vocal as he was on the PBD podcast. However, he does not plan to drag celebrities on his show, but rather wants to focus on speaking truth to power. Although he believes everyone else in Hollywood is afraid of the power that be studio executive power for agents, etc. He remains fearless because he says he has nothing to lose.
Speaker 1:This Terrence Howard podcast will break the internet. Mark my words. He's been in the game. He's been fighting for the people since he's been in the game. Very intelligent guy. I don't think they want him to do this. So we gonna have to protect Terrence Howard. We're going to have to keep an eye on him because he's taking a step that not many have took. C-tuck said we're missing seven likes y'all. Can y'all like the live? I appreciate it. It helps. This is going to be explosive and when it's dropping, you know I will give you the heads up, but it's every man for themselves.
Speaker 1:2025 will bring down the industry and it's going to make the industry what it should be. We got a beautiful society. Man, I'm telling you from experience Now me being in a position where I got a whole lot of fans and I got my own community, my own fan base I can say from firsthand experience as a people people, we have a beautiful society. We don't need all this garbage and all this hanky-panky, uh uh, sexual, uh, all this crap that just ruined the industry. We don't need it. It's unnecessary. It's just perverts at the top wielding their power over everybody under them, because people want to succeed and people are pushing.
Speaker 1:People work hard to get in Hollywood and so when they work hard you know some people they get to a point and they work so hard it's like damn it. If I got to do this freaky shit, I'm going to do it, but I don't want to. Sometimes they're trying to pay their rent, sometimes they're trying to put food in their child's mouth and in order to put food in their child's mouth, these nasty fuckers want them to put other things in their mouth. And then people get mad at people like me who call them out Because they kissing these celebrities' asses. I told y'all before, I've been in that world you can Google it. I've traveled the world, been on tour, ran around with 50 Cent and Floyd Mayweather in their prime 05, 06, 07, 08. In more years I seen it first hand.
Speaker 1:So I have celebrities to this day who we were talking consistently, and the minute I start sticking up for victims, they don't want to talk no more. They're not on my Instagram, but guess what? I don't give a damn. I'm going to continue to call their asses out. And I'm glad to see somebody like Terrence Howard, who people can't say he need their money. They can't say he clout chasing. They can't say he clout chasing. They can't say none of that shit. And he's a top flight actor. Now we got him doing the same shit that I've been doing and I was catching flack for it. But guess what? Y'all? I'm still here. I ain't going nowhere. So shout out to the trolls For boosting all my content. I know y'all can't get enough of me, cause if you could, you wouldn't be here. So I thank y'all. I thank everybody, cause everybody plays a role In me calling these assholes out and I'm going to continue to do it. So shout out to Terrence Howard and it's some fan mail. I want to get to real quick to let y'all know what we're doing here and what the crowd, what the people say about me.
Speaker 1:One of the subscribers yesterday. Yesterday I told her to give me the pronunciation and I was gonna pronounce her name correctly. She came back. She dm'd me on instagram. Thank you for giving victims a true voice, another message. You speak the truth. I am confident For you to check into Whatever you need to check into. So much love in this community. Y'all, I just want to always give everybody their flowers, everybody their flowers. Much love to this community we built.
Speaker 1:This case is getting out of hand, but guess what? I'm glad I got a community to share this with and work with, and I know that y'all got my back a hundred percent. So thank you, steph. Uh, even kobe has thanked you, steph. So thank you, steph. Uh, even Kobe has thanked you, steph. I don't know what I would do about without this community, but all I'm gonna tell y'all is these last two days have been the most comfortable, the best two days on this podcast for me since the beginning. I always bring the heat. I always work hard to make sure I give y'all what y'all want and what y'all deserve from out of this podcast that y'all support. But these last two days I don't know what it is, it just felt so good and I want it to continue to be just like these last two days. As far as this community and the chat and everything we building. This is what I envisioned when I brought this together and let's continue to push this shit forward.
Speaker 1:Much love to everybody on this good friday. Much love to everybody who supported me. Much love to the supporters. Much love to the trolls like my, like floweather. One thing about it you love him or hate him, but I learned a lot being up under him. And one thing he said reason why he never got bent out of shape about booze and cheers because y'all all bought tickets, meaning I don't care if you hear the boo, I don't care if you hear the boo, I don't care if you hear the cheer. All I know is I'm so good that you hear Bye. As always, I enjoy coming in on my off day on this good Friday because why I love y'all but I'm out.
