The $100,000 Hotel Video Cover-Up: Inside Diddy's Trial Revelations

Flo Season 1 Episode 162

Send us a text

The explosive revelations keep coming in the Sean "Diddy" Combs trial as hotel worker Eddie Garcia took the stand to deliver damning testimony about a $100,000 cash bribe meant to bury crucial evidence. The security footage in question? A disturbing video showing Diddy physically assaulting Cassie Ventura in an Intercontinental Hotel hallway back in 2016 - footage that Diddy himself admitted would "finish" his career if it ever got out.

Garcia's testimony painted a vivid picture of desperation and criminal activity: a frantic phone call from Christina Korn (Diddy's right-hand woman), a cash-filled brown paper bag, signed NDAs with million-dollar penalties, and the chilling instruction to "not make any big purchases" that might attract attention. The prosecution methodically demonstrated how this single transaction constituted multiple RICO predicate acts - bribery, money laundering, and obstruction of justice - all corroborated by Diddy's own CFO who confirmed the $100,000 withdrawal.

What makes this case particularly fascinating is how it's structured as a "one-man RICO" - not because the prosecution misunderstands racketeering law, but because virtually everyone in Diddy's inner circle has flipped on him. Christina Korn, D-Rock Rubin, Uncle Paulie, and numerous security personnel have all apparently taken immunity deals, choosing to testify rather than face charges themselves. This mass defection speaks volumes about the culture of fear and manipulation that allegedly existed within Diddy's enterprise.

The court also heard from women who shared their experiences with manipulation and abuse, offering valuable insight into why victims often don't immediately recognize or acknowledge assault. As one survivor put it, "abusers cut you off from your support system so they can tear you down and replace it with their own." This perspective helps explain some of the complex victim behaviors that defense attorneys often try to exploit.

Tune in tomorrow as the trial continues with testimony from Brianna Bongolan, the 4'11" woman allegedly dangled over a balcony by Diddy, and a mysterious "Jane Doe" whose testimony is expected to span an unprecedented five days. This case continues to expose not just individual crimes, but an entire system of exploitation and silence that protected powerful abusers for decades.

Speaker 1:

Wake up. It's the Flow Show no Filter. We got a lot of Diddy news today, diddy recap coming up. But first, before I get into that, let me cover my ass. No, diddy. The thoughts, views and opinions shared on the Flow Show no Filter are for educational and entertainment purposes only. I am not a professional, I am just good. What is up here? We go with this Facebook stuff, y'all. Let me get Facebook in there. Hey, angie, let's get Facebook going. We having technical difficulties again, you know, sometimes Facebook is often glitching, sometimes Facebook is often glitching and we got to work through it. But I can't leave our Facebook people behind. So hold on. We're going to get to Diddy.

Speaker 1:

And everything that I told you was about to happen happened yesterday. So you know, we got to get into all of that. We got the guy who wanted immunity. We learned why he wanted immunity. He broke a lot of laws With the help of the Dittler, and Now we see why he what he wanted immunity for.

Speaker 1:

It's a crazy, crazy, crazy, crazy day. Even somebody even went crazy in the courtroom yesterday, which I don't understand. I don't understand what that was about, but we're going to talk about all of that and then some, and you know what y'all? I don't know what's going on with with facebook today, but they're not. It's not allowing me to bring our facebook people in for some reason. I don't know what's going on, but if not, we're going to have to start without Facebook. I don't understand why, but it is what it is, y'all. That was a crazy, crazy day. Yesterday A lady actually went crazy in the courtroom and started yelling profanities and they had to kick her out. Crazy, so I don't know. Something about Facebook is not allowing me to let our Facebook people in. I don't know what that is about, but hey, it is what it is. Ain't nothing I can do about it. Maybe a glitch in the system, I don't know, but anyway we shall continue. But anyway we shall continue.

Speaker 1:

First of all, everything that I told y'all. Thank you, I'll check them out. Pitiful Pitiful Did he try to heat it up Yesterday with the surprise witness who was granted immunity. His name was Eddie Garcia, he was a hotel worker and he was in the middle of a lot of that Cassie video. And I don't have to remind you, we all know that the Cassie video was horrific. We don't know what the issue was or how it went down, how the tape was hidden. But we know now the details and I told you yesterday that, since Eddie Garcia was testifying against Diddy in the sex trafficking case, I told you, since he needed immunity, I had a feeling he was a part of the bribery, he was a part of making sure that video was never seen again. Well, mr Told you, so was spot on. And as usual in this case, it was actually even worse than I thought. So many details came out. So let's talk about it.

Speaker 1:

So starts off. He says after the incident happened with Cassie. He says he got a call from Christina Korn, so let's lay it out. Diddy puts his hands and feet all over Cassie, drags her back to the hotel room. It's all caught on video.

Speaker 1:

Diddy panics calls Eddie, christina Corham calls him actually Eddie Garcia, and then she puts Diddy on the phone and Diddy tells him, puts Diddy on the phone and Diddy tells him yep. Diddy tells him hey, that footage on there. I don't know what happened, I was drunk, but if that footage gets out I am going to be finished. And so what does he do? He asks him. He tells him he needs that footage, did he tells eddie himself after christina puts him on the phone that he needs that footage. Eddie tells diddy the only way you can get that footage is through a subpoena through the police department. So Diddy says he can't do that, for obvious reasons. He can't go through the police department and ask them to give him something where he committed crimes, he committed crimes. He committed crimes. So he asked him to see how much money would it take to get the video.

Speaker 1:

Eddie goes to his manager. His manager tells him $50,000. $50,000 to get the footage wiped away. Diddy says I knew you could do it, I'll make that happen Somehow. There are more people involved. And that $50,000 quickly escalated to $100,000.

Speaker 1:

Eddie asked Diddy how is he going to do the transaction? Where are they going to meet? Hey, good morning, lindsay and the Breakfast Crew. Happy, happy. What is it? Wednesday, hump day. And so what happens? Did he arrange a meeting in High Rise in LA? Apparently Christina's there, who of course we'll be hearing from, I'm sure, really soon.

Speaker 1:

The security is there, perhaps D-Rock Rubin, roger Bonds, I don't know. It wasn't really clear exactly what security there. He described the security Eddie did, but we don't know exactly who was there as of yet. There were other people there, other Diddy employees. He pulls up on Eddie. Eddie has the flash drive with the information on there and he exchanges it. Diddy has a brown paper bag of $100,000 that he gives him. He walks Eddie to his car and he tells Eddie don't make any big purchases. You could bring attention to it Now.

Speaker 1:

There were so many laws broken, so many Rico X. You got bribery by giving them the 100,000. You got money laundering by doing it in cash and telling him not to make any big purchases. You got oh, he also made Eddie and whoever else was involved give him their IDs and sign NDAs. And sign NDAs In other words, letting them know they are not to say anything about this to anybody. That's called obstruction of justice. That's also under the RICO.

Speaker 1:

One of the acts under RICO that if you commit that crime you're done. One of the acts under Rico that if you commit that crime you're done. And in that Rico there was a $1 million fine if you broke the. I mean in that NDA. There's a $1 million fine if you broke that NDA. At the time Eddie was only making $10 an hour, so I don't know where he would have ever got that million dollars from. But you know, diddy, don't give a shit.

Speaker 1:

So many laws were broken, but it didn't stop there. Y'all they also to corroborate and to confirm that Christina Coram and Diddy were communicating with Eddie. If you remember, diddy called him Eddie his angel because Eddie got that footage for him. Well, you remember when Diddy's people were stopped at the airport. Well, you remember when Diddy's people were stopped at the airport. Well, when they were stopped at the airport, christina Corham's phone was taken. They saw she had a. She had a contact still saved in her phone as recently as within the past year when this raid and all that happened. And they found a contact in her phone called Eddie Angel.

Speaker 1:

Intercontinental. As you know, intercontinental is the hotel where all this shit went down at. To say you caught with your hand in the cookie jar, it would be an understatement, but it didn't stop there. It didn't stop there. It didn't stop there. Then they put on Derrick Ferguson, which was Diddy's money man, the CFO. He controlled all the money transactions and the CFO, derrick Ferguson, on the stand confirmed many things. First thing he confirmed is the $100,000 withdrawal. Good morning Monique. Good morning Flo. Good morning Monique, good morning Flo. Good morning Breakfast Crew. The $100,000, he confirmed that was withdrew.

Speaker 1:

So as far as the hotel footage and the bribery and obstruction of justice and the many things that happened. They were proven without a shadow of a doubt. We haven't even heard from Christina yet. Board of Security, d-rock Rubin, uncle Paulie Guaranteed we'll be hearing from all of these people or they would be co-defendants right now, but the fact that they're not co-defendants will let you know they are snitching and telling on Diddy. But there were more things proven by Derek Ferguson, the financial guy. Derek Ferguson, the financial guy. He also confirmed the $20,000 that Cassie's parents actually I believe they said it was the father who sent the money. They confirmed that $20,000 was wired to Sean Combs' account and also, days later $20,000 was sent back. That's extortion. It doesn't matter that you sent the money back days later. The minute you put the threat out there and accepted the money, a crime was broken.

Speaker 1:

And the sad part is, with all of this concrete, easy to understand RICO acts, all of these acts and crimes, you still have people who don't want to believe the truth or misinformed, don't want to just look up the facts for themselves. They'd rather type comments in social media when they can actually type on Google, type in chat, gpt, type in Yahoo, type anywhere and find out what all this means anywhere and find out what all this means. But if you can't do that, you always can tune in to the Flow Show, no Filter, and I'll explain to you exactly what the hell it means. Because guess what? If it's something I don't understand, I don't have a problem looking it up. But I'm not going to be typing and just saying anything on social media or on my podcast or on any platform without double and triple checking it.

Speaker 1:

I've had people say they proven, I believe they proven racketeering, but they haven't proved Rico and I'm like racketeering. Is Rico? Rico initials stand for racketeering. Is Rico? Rico initials stand for racketeering. The R in Rico stands for racketeering. So I've even had someone say in the comments yesterday it can't be Rico because he didn't make any money from the sex trafficking.

Speaker 1:

I'm like what the fuck are you talking about? Like it gets to the point where you don't even make you mad, it's like makes you sad. Like are we this dumb or misinformed as a society? It's scary. It's scary like all this information at our fingertips to answer our questions and it's like we know less than we knew before the internet. It almost seems, as a society, we were more informed before the internet when we should be a million times more informed now, because we don't have to go plummeting through hundreds of encyclopedias looking for information. We can just type it in our search engine and find out anything we have questions about.

Speaker 1:

Well, anyway, let's get into the articles. Enough about the people in the back of the classroom who don't listen. Let's go over. Let's do the recap. First of all, let's talk about this crazy lady who was kicked out of the courtroom yesterday for yelling obscenities, and apparently she was supposed to be a Diddy supporter. Yeah, let everybody know. It's an issue with Facebook. Facebook is not allowing me to share it. So anybody who's used to coming in on Facebook or whatever, if you know them, let them know. For some reason, I don't know if it's just a glitch today. I'm gonna have to look into it after we get off, get off live and see if this is just something Facebook is doing now or if it's just a glitch for today. But anyway, this article comes from People Magazine.

Speaker 1:

A woman was tossed from the courtroom after screaming at Diddy and what she said stunned the entire courtroom. A woman shouted obscenities in the courtroom during Sean Diddy trial proceedings yesterday. I told you yesterday it got crazy. I told you yesterday it got crazy and I told you it would. Right here on the Flow Show no Filter 730 am. Monday through Friday, every day, eastern Standard Time. I told you After the close of this show they were about to start singing like canaries. Whenever somebody asks for immunity before they testify, you know crimes have been committed. But anyway, the heckler was removed. This is from People Magazine. A heckler was removed from the courtroom after disrupting the proceedings yesterday.

Speaker 1:

Combs Federal Sex Trafficking Trial has entered its fourth week in a southern district of New York courtroom in downtown Manhattan. The heckler, a woman, yelled ditty and several profanities before Judge Aaron Subramanian ordered her removed from the courtroom. Her removed from the courtroom. This is her exact words these motherfuckers are laughing at you. The woman yelled at Diddy, itty bitty Diddy With the tootsie roll. She then said you're laughing at a black man's legacy. And then she went on to say pull your gun out, ninja, I dare you. And then she was removed.

Speaker 1:

They say, as this whole ordeal transpired, combs just sat in his chair. Why this didn't happen when I was there? I would have liked to seen this craziness firsthand. Reading it and seeing it in the courtroom live was probably a crazy experience. By the way, I will be back in New York on the 22nd, which is only a couple weeks away. So, all the VIP Diddy customers VIP Diddy $23 subscriptions I will have more real-time updates coming from you straight from the courtroom. I had such a great time and it was so informative. Last time Everybody enjoyed it and I enjoyed giving you the information. Not only that, I will also be there 100% when the verdict is read. I will be back in New York. So all the VIP Diddy customers, you will be there firsthand as the verdict is read in real time.

Speaker 1:

But anyway, they say the outburst slightly delayed proceedings before Eddie Garcia, a former security worker at the Intercontinental Hotel in Los Angeles, took the stand and let me address real quick this black man legacy stuff. Um, I think I'm fortunate that I've been around. I was raised by plenty of black men who are just outstanding individuals who didn't make excuses, treated women well and handled their business business. So, although I admire Diddy for his success in business, but the minute I find out you're a piece of shit, ain't. No excuses for you, bro. You are a foul individual and I don't want to hear about no black legacy.

Speaker 1:

We have plenty of black men who are millionaires, billionaires, who take care of the world and take care of the community. We have plenty of them. We don't have to only look up to people like Diddy. Because he has money, we're supposed to let him violate people left and right and put his hands on women. That is the stupidest logic I've ever heard and it makes me appreciate the family that I came from. Whether you're poor, whether you're rich, problem, whether you're poor, whether you're rich, you all are held to the same standards. We all have to hold accountability. You don't make excuses for somebody because they have money and fame. That's ridiculous, but to me it just shows that a lot of people don't have people in their close circle or in their family that they can look up to. I have plenty of men that I consider to be Black excellence, that I was raised by and I look up to, and they ain't Diddy, they ain't basketball, football players and actors. They actually real men that I saw and could put my hands on and could hug. That's who my black excellence comes from.

Speaker 1:

I have a totally different perspective. I'll admire somebody and I don't want to see anybody black, white, brown or green go down or take a fall. I also don't want to see victims violated. I don't want to see friends of mine cars blown up. I don't want to see friends of mine who are women violated and sexually assaulted because you have money. So every time somebody says that in the comments like I've had plenty of men come to me and say that in my comments about why are you tearing down this man I want to say so.

Speaker 1:

Basically, what you're telling me is a man can violate, beat the hell out of all the women that are around you as long as he is black and has money. That's super weak. I don't give a damn how much money you got. You touch any woman, children or man around me. I'm at your ass Period, point blank, dot. End of discussion. I don't give a damn if you got $100 trillion dollars. You violate one of mine. I have no respect for you and I have no uh, no excuses for you. I wasn't raised with excuses and I ain't giving your ass no excuses.

Speaker 1:

And anybody that think like that can kick rocks and flip-flops with no socks. I think it's a stupid way to think, I think it's misinformed, I think it's childish and I actually think it's lazy to even think that way. Take some time and really process what you're saying. Process what you're saying, process what you're saying. Many people are Misinformed About this case. It's funny how, how people don't Don't even understand what's going on and speaking on it. Um, it's sad, but let's get into this, this article with people magazine. We can't. Hey, look, you can bring a horse to the water, but what? What they say? You can't make them drink. You can't make them drink. So the lady was tossed out and then Eddie Garcia got on the stand and he spilled all kind of beans, like you said, eight to 80, blind, crippled and crazy.

Speaker 1:

But see the thing about me. But see the thing about me. See, I'm stronger mentally, physically and emotionally than any of those cowards that carry their ass into my comments. As y'all seen from the New York footage, I walk around smiling, getting love all day long. Everybody knows me, but guess what, not one of those comment knucklehead creeps, in my three years of doing this, have ever said one word to me in person. You know why? Because they're cowards and that's why they are scared. They would never stand up to somebody like Diddy. They don't have the stuff to do that. And when I do it. It makes them feel insecure. It makes them feel insignificant as a man. Why does this man feel like he can stand up to somebody like Diddy and call him out? Because I'm a strong motherfucker and not one of them comments creeps in the comments has ever said one word to me in person negatively. So I leave them in the comments.

Speaker 1:

Everywhere I go, I get love, I get hugs. They want to take pictures. They love what I'm doing for the community. That's all I see in real life. Those cowards in the comments would never say a word like that to me in person. So I don't respect anything they say and I'm going to continue to stand up for victims because that's what I do.

Speaker 1:

I don't give a's what I do. I don't give a fuck what nobody say Never have, never, will I always tell y'all no fear lives here. The only person I fear, the only entity or person I fear, is God. The rest of anybody else I don't give a damn. I welcome anybody to debate me. They won't debate me live. I welcome anybody to tell me in my face about how you feel about what I'm doing. They won't do that. So I carry on with my smile and love of my community because understanding that cowards are cowards and they live in comments for a reason. But it does tell you why this happens to so many women and so many men just sit around and don't say shit. So now you don't have to wonder when you see what's going on in this society. You don't have to wonder why nobody, why so many men were around and didn't say anything to Diddy, because 80% of the men that are around those situations were cowards. It ain't that many gene deals. It's not that many people like me. I'm going to say something. The men in my family always said something. As a matter of fact, if I didn't say something, the men in my family would say something to me Like what the fuck is wrong with you? You stand up for your women. You stand up for your children. I don't care if it's Diddy or I don't care if it's Danny from down the street.

Speaker 1:

If you've been following my content, I represent victims. I don't just do celebrity shit. I represent and help victims across the world Black victims, poor victims, rich victims, white victims, chinese victims, latino victims. Look at my resume. My resume is impeccable because I don't judge. I help victims. I don't look at a particular. Oh, I got to help this kind of victim, or I got to help that kind of victim. So, that being said, let's move on. Always got to let people know who the hell you listening to and who you watching. I'm for real about this, I'm passionate about this and I don't play and I smile all throughout it all because, at the end of the day, I ain't worried about nothing. I'm doing my job and I love my job.

Speaker 1:

Abc News Sean Diddy Combs trial day recap. Security guard says Combs paid him $100,000 for assault video. Hotel security guard on Tuesday told the jury in Sean Diddy Combs' sex trafficking and racketeering trial that the rap mogul paid him $100,000 in an attempt to secure his silence and bury a video that is now the central piece of evidence in a criminal case that threatens to send him to prison for life. In the video, captured in 2016 by security cameras at the Intercontinental Hotel in Los Angeles and shown to the jury during the testimony of three different witnesses, combs is seen kicking and dragging his ex-girlfriend, cassie Ventura, a musician who testified as the government's star witness witness, said she was trying to escape Combs while he was in one of his drug-filled orgies called Freak Offs. When I chose to leave. I grabbed what I could and I got out. Cassie said grabbed what I could and I got out. Cassie said, and then Diddy followed her into the hallway before getting to the elevators, grabbed her and threw her to the ground, as we saw, he kicked her and attempted to drag her back to the room.

Speaker 1:

Combs has pleaded not guilty to the charges in the case and his lawyers have said he takes full responsibility for the domestic violence captured in the video, but argued that the rap mogul has not committed the sex trafficking, racketeering, conspiracy and prostitution alleged by federal prosecutors. Hey 64, san Jose, no problem at all, I appreciate doing it. He was concerned this video would get out and it would ruin his career. Garcia testified. According to Garcia, combs said he would take care of him and we all know he ended up giving him $100,000 and calling him his angel. Now, when the video was obtained by CNN last year, it led to Combs having an offering of public apology. Y'all remember the crocodile tears from Mohawk Diddy. He said he truly was sorry for his conduct and sought professional help after the incident.

Speaker 1:

Prosecutors have argued that Combs' $100 dollar payment to garcia was a bribe and one of the underlying crimes at the heart of their invest allegation that the hip-hop superstar is guilty of racketeering, conspiracy, racketeering let me stop real quick. Racketeering conspiracy. A lot of people don't understand that conspiracy. It's just to conspire. People are looking for hardcore mafia evidence for rico, when that's not what conspiracy is. Conspiracy is, in short, is to conspire. A lot of these crimes don't even have to be carried out. If you just speak about it, if you just plan it technically, that falls under racketeering conspiracy. So many people don't understand that. I told you.

Speaker 1:

Unfortunately, I have a lot of friends who have been through the system and they have gotten conspiracy charges and they have explained to me on top of me researching it, on top of me looking it up and talking to attorneys myself, if you wanted a Diddy, vip customers. You see I've had attorneys talk on my platform and explain things. See, I don't mind asking people who are experts or who are professional and may understand some things I don't understand and that's how I learn, but you cannot be caught with anything in your hand. You cannot be caught with anything in your hand. Your hands can be completely clean and you can still catch a conspiracy charge. That is the thing with conspiracy that people don't understand. It's not about hardcore evidence on your hands. People don't understand that.

Speaker 1:

Like I said, I have friends who didn't touch anything, didn't have any proof, didn't have any evidence. They didn't touch anything. They didn't talk on the phones, they didn't touch any drugs. They didn't do any of that. But talk on the phones, they didn't touch any drugs, they didn't do any of that. But when they slap that conspiracy charge on you, all they need is people around you to say that you gave orders and you're done. It's that simple.

Speaker 1:

Now, if you want to be mad at the law, that's your business, but you better understand the law. Conspiracy is a whole nother animal. Like I always told y'all, this came from the mob bosses. If it wasn't for the conspiracy Rico charge, they would have never been able to put any of the mob bosses in prison because they didn't touch anything. Been able to put any of the mob bosses in prison because they didn't touch anything. There was no evidence against them, no hardcore, tangible evidence. So since they never could catch them up, they came with recall. So now, whether it's hardcore evidence, whether you touched it or not, if you are the leader of an enterprise who engages in crime, you are susceptible to a racketeering conspiracy charge. It's just that simple. It's just that simple. So, like I said, you can be mad at the law if you want to be, can be mad at the law if you want to be, but you can't be mad when the law as the law is to this day. You can't be mad at that. So where does that leave us? Diddy has a RICO charge and that RICO charge is being proved 10 times, 100 times over. Hey, good morning Kathy from Seattle. Tell everybody in Seattle I said hello and good morning.

Speaker 1:

Like Yanni said, this is the type of stuff that people who don't have stable minds don't understand. Diddy wasn't thinking of his legacy when he was beating the crap out of people. Diddy wasn't thinking of his legacy when he was taking young women and manipulating them and just turning them out. He didn't think about his legacy when he blew up my friend's car for no reason, because his woman wanted to run to the arms of another man. You blow up his car and get caught at the scene, going all in his house.

Speaker 1:

How are you standing up for this guy Breaking and entering? Who the fuck do we think he is? Like you're going all in another man's house? How did he feel if somebody did his twin daughters or any of his daughters the way he did Cassie? Would he stand up for them and say don't tear down this black man. Or don't tear this man down, come on, that's bullshit.

Speaker 1:

And anybody out there, if this happened to your daughter, you're not going to be running around talking about don't tear this man down, stop it. But see, in this society most people don't even they don't have any compassion for their fellow man. They don't. They can't put themselves in that person's shoes and say you know what, if that was my daughter that somebody beat the hell out of, would I stand up for that guy who beat the hell out of my daughter? No, you wouldn't. Nobody would.

Speaker 1:

It makes me sick and I'll continue to put the message out there because I want anybody in the world to know if you do any of this shit to any of the women around me, you got hell to pay. So I will gladly continue to push this message because I need people to know I don't care if you a celebrity, I don't care if you rich and famous, I don't care if you poor, I don't give a rat's ass. You put your hands on any of mine. You violate any of mine. Mind you violate any of mine. I'm coming at you with every ounce of energy that I have and I need the world to know that because I would hate to go there. You're not putting your hands and violating my family or my loved ones because you got some fucking money At all. It's embarrassing that people think like that. I don't understand it, I don't get it. It makes me sick. So let's continue with this article.

Speaker 1:

So so, eddie Garcia testified that Combs frantically worked to make sure that that video never saw the light of day, paying, of course, what we all know a whopping $100,000. They also have Frank Piazza, a video expert. He's expected to be the first witness, followed by Brianna Bongolan. Brianna Bongolan is the four foot, 11, 90 pound woman that Diddy allegedly hung over a balcony and threatened to kill her. Let me say this again 4'11" woman, 90 pounds, allegedly was held and dangled over a balcony. She is testifying today After Frank Piazza, a video expert.

Speaker 1:

Now, how many women have to get the hell and the crap beat out of them before people get it through their head? This is foul, and I know that. If there are any women around those men saying this crazy shit. I know they feel unprotected saying this crazy shit. I know they feel unprotected. I know any women around these men making excuses for a monster that has beaten the hell out of multiple women, in this case so far, one of them that we actually caught on video. I know the women around them. I feel bad for them because they have no protection, because, basically, that man is letting the world know. Those men are letting the world know if you got money or you famous, you can beat the crap out of the women around me and I ain't going to say nothing. Sad, extremely sad.

Speaker 1:

But we are going to hear from another one. We're going to hear from another one the fashion designer, a woman who was just coming to work with Diddy on his fashion clothes clothing line and Diddy was, in turn, supposed to help her with hers. Next thing she knows she's dangling over a damn balcony. I ain't never seen nothing like this. This dude is ridiculous.

Speaker 1:

But another woman who is being called Jane Jane Doe, another woman who is being called Jane Jane Doe, is also expected to testify today, this afternoon, and this woman. Check this out y'all. I need y'all to listen in. I'm so mad that, for some reason, facebook is not allowing our people to get in, because this is a good one today. I don't know what the hell happened to Facebook and why it's not allowing me to let them in. I have no clue what the heck is going on. Clue what the heck is going on.

Speaker 1:

But, um, a woman being called jane, she will testify today. This woman was located on the raids uh, on the raid tape when they raided Diddy's home and they found those freak off tapes. Right, this woman was located On the raid and they located this woman and she is set to testify and she has definitely Got a lot to say, because y'all not going to believe this. Do y'all know how long this woman is about to be on the stand? This woman is about to be on the stand for five days. They are predicting Five days. What the hell does she know? What does she know? What does she know? That's going to have her on the stand for five days and you're going to still have people defending it days and you're gonna have still have people defending did.

Speaker 1:

Jackie byrne says he hates women because he wants to be one and wants access to men? Yeah, let me tell you something about that because I thought this was interesting. So cameron, real quick, before I finish talking about this lady, uh, who will testifying, who is apparently either she lives overseas or she will be heading overseas after, after the after she testified. But Y'all remember the Punisher. Well, the Punisher was on Cameron's, if you know Cameron Mace, their show, and he said it was very weird and awkward and he couldn't really perform well for Diddy because it was so weird that he was being paid to have sex with Cassie while Diddy was watching him and pleasuring himself. And he said one of the comments Diddy made, which is going to go to this Jackie comment, it's going to tie into this Jackie comment. I just thought it was strange.

Speaker 1:

He said one of the things that Diddy would say that really made him uncomfortable was that he wishes he could penetrate him. And I just thought that was like damn See, and that's the thing. People do anything for money. I couldn't do it, I couldn't, do't do I would have to just starve to death. I'm sorry, y'all, if it came between me starving to death and being the punisher and having to do what he did, I, I, I don't, I don't, I don't, I couldn don't, I couldn't do it, I couldn't do it, y'all. That's a hell of a way to try to make money. But anyway, I just thought that was. I never heard like he didn't say that on the stand or anything like that. But Adad just thought like wow, what is like?

Speaker 1:

Diddy is confused about not confused, he's in denial. He doesn't. I think one of his biggest problem is he can't be what he really wants to be, and so he's living in conflict within himself and being weird. He actually really, like you said, I believe he really wants man, and if that's what he wants, that's his business. But I think the fact that he doesn't want to be looked at publicly as that type of man, he wants to be looked at publicly as a heterosexual man this is the demons inside of him that he is fighting. I don't know. Like I said, you know, I don't make excuses for anybody, but I just think in his particular case he can't. He's not strong enough to be the man he really wants to be. So he's doing all this weird shit. But I just think it's crazy. But I just think it's crazy and just strange.

Speaker 1:

But I did have a question. I'm going to go back to the lady in the red Now. She's going to talk for five days. That's like Cassie-level testimony. You remember Cassie was damn near on there, understand? I don't even. I think Cassie was more like four days. So can you imagine all of the stuff? This lady from the obviously they might have saw her on a tape, but she must have been in multiple freak offs. She must have been in multiple freak offs, um, she must have been in multiple freak offs. But it's just nasty.

Speaker 1:

But let me ask y'all something, and I need this. This is something that I need a woman's point of view on. Real quick about the testimony of Mia. Quick about the testimony of Mia. I saw this last night and I said I got to ask the women in the flow community because, like I always tell y'all sometimes certain things I like to ask for if it's about a woman, I like to get a woman's perspective because sometimes as a man we think and so I was all I kind of was wondering why so many people start feeling like that.

Speaker 1:

Mia was lying about the sexual assault allegations against Diddy. Now the prosecution mainly put her on the stand to Talk to really drive home the point about the forced labor. That was really her main purpose. The sexual stuff was kind of like secondary to that as far as what her purpose was. But and you know, at doing this job I have to make sure I'm looking at all sides. I may see things as one way, but I also have to make sure I'm paying attention to both sides so I can accurately, you know, give you all the information and not be biased and not be stuck in one thinking on everything. Not be biased and not be stuck in one one thinking on on everything. So it was. I didn't see why, so why I couldn't understand why so many people weren't believing, or even women as far as the sexual allegations.

Speaker 1:

But then I had an attorney speak last night. She's a female and she said something that I said well, maybe I got to look into that that may make sense. And this was coming from a woman. And this attorney has been fair across the board. She has been covering this. She's actually been in the courtroom and she's been covering this from the beginning and I watch her periodically every few nights. I catch her on youtube, but she's very, very fair.

Speaker 1:

So I was listening to what she said and she said the point of where she felt. She said she believed all the forced labor and everything she said. But she said she's she's skeptical about this. The uh diddy raping her, and this was her reason. And I want the women in my chat to tell me what y'all think about this and give me if you agree or disagree and tell me why, because I'm trying to get into the mind of the women here because I don't understand.

Speaker 1:

But she, she said that time when she was in Africa and they weren't answering the phone, and then Diddy had texted her if you don't answer the phone, I'm going to tell Cassie about us. And then Mia never said that. You know she never told Diddy like or said anything like. You know that never happened, or just anything to combat that. And this woman attorney said that that made it look more like they had more of a consensual thing. Because why would Diddy say he's going to tell Cassie? And then why would Mia not? I understand she was scared. She said, but why would Mia not say something, not even to the court, as far as to say I was going to tell them that we didn't. You know that? How would you say that? And you forced me or whatever? Know that that? How would you say that? And you forced me or whatever? And she added to the fact that she added to the fact that if mia, mia, um, she said that she didn't say anything about that, and she added the fact that mia was good friends with cassie and and that the fact that Mia and Cassie, the fact that Mia and Diddy slept together, however it really went down was going to come out in the trial. And she never said nothing about any of that before.

Speaker 1:

And so I would like the women who could add some insight and give me reasons of why. But I did. I honestly thought like, okay, well, if a lot of people are thinking like that, then maybe that helps me understand why so many people, because I cannot understand why so many people, including a lot of women kind of, were looking at the sexual part of it skeptical. I couldn't understand it. Until last night I said, well, maybe this is what a lot of people were thinking. But I was like I'm going to ask the flow community in the morning because I need somebody to give me some more insight on that, because I'm not a woman. I haven't been through, you know, a sexual. I haven't been through anything like that. So it's hard for me to put myself in those shoes and kind of come up with reasoning behind it, but I know I got plenty of women in this community that can actually speak to that and kind of clear it up for me or give me something.

Speaker 1:

64, san Jose says I felt Mia confused A lot of people. Mia wasn't lying. She has PTSD and a little mental illness from years of abuse. Did he did so much essay to her that she may have got some feelings for him? Okay, that makes sense. That makes sense. So what do you think went through her head when Diddy said if Diddy raped her, if he said he was going to tell Cassie about us? Let me see Somebody else. Keisha Fenty said as a woman and a victim, she was scared to fight him back. It was proven that he did it to her what he wanted. She felt defeated. They could have been messing around behind Cassie back. She was manipulated. Okay, that clears up for me. Let me see what else somebody what else?

Speaker 1:

Other things that y'all can point out, because I'm very like I said that was really bothering me because I could not understand why so many people and it was a lot of women was skeptical on the sexual part and I didn't see it at all until last night when the attorney said that I'm like well, maybe that's what people are thinking. Somebody else says relationship. It took me two years after leaving him that I could admit to myself the R word, r-word. So are y'all saying that maybe in her mind she didn't really see it or want admitted as the r-word and maybe diddy kind of manipulated in her into thinking like she did something wrong, even though it was him who violated her? Is that kind of what I'm getting? Sounds more like a manipulated mistress that wanted more. Tracy says Sounds more like a manipulated mistress that wanted more. Somebody said they definitely agree. As a survivor of an abuser, it's the manipulation that is normalized, okay.

Speaker 1:

So when you say the manipulation I'm glad you're sharing that, linda, I think. Is it, linda? I'm sorry, I can't see. I appreciate you sharing that because you didn't have to. So I appreciate that because here on the Flow Show we really try to understand what's going on and if I don't understand something, y'all know I don't have a problem asking um, um. So when you say the manipulation when, when did he told her that if you don't answer the phone, I'm going to tell Cassie about us? Are you saying that he manipulated her into feeling like whatever they did was consensual maybe or manipulated her into thinking that she was wrong in the situation as well. That's the kind of the question I'm trying. I think if somebody could answer that direct question that will bring it home, that will land the plane for me to give me some understanding on how the manipulation can work in that way. If anybody could kind of answer that direct, that will help me out a lot.

Speaker 1:

Sybil says she was afraid and twisted up. Did he did a number on her? She was basically turned out and when that happens it's hard to make sense to yourself. That makes sense, to me that makes sense. So at that point diddy had probably had her, you saying that diddy had her so manipulated and brainwashed that she actually thought she did something wrong or that she wouldn't want him to tell Diddy that anything that tell her or tell Cassie that anything had happened, cassie being cool, if Diddy told her what happened, cassie would probably look at her strange because she never told Cassie that that happened. So the more that y'all saying is kind of pulling more out of me to kind of read the situation, because that could be the case too, because if Diddy told Cassie it was consensual or told whatever happened.

Speaker 1:

Anybody told Cassie it was consensual or told whatever happened. Even if Mia at that time maybe would have told Cassie, cassie may not have believed her because Cassie may have said well, if he did that to you, we are basically best friends or super close. Why wouldn't you have told me that? So y'all are actually helping me understand it. I was. I was definitely confused about the whole thing and then she said she's not gonna respond to him and say you great me. If she did, there would be more repercussions.

Speaker 1:

He's a manipulator, he's convincing her it was consensual. That's kind of what I thank you for sharing, that, deanna, and that's kind of what I thank you for sharing, that, deanna, and that's kind of what I thought. But by me not being a person that has been in that position and me not being a woman, I didn't want to just assume that because I didn't quite understand it. But my first thought was that, well, maybe he manipulated her into convincing her that it was consensual. But, like I said, I needed to hear from some women on that. Like I said, I know a lot, I research a lot, but some things, especially when it comes to women, I just always feel like it doesn't hurt to ask actual women, especially women who have been through it. Yeah, I'm definitely familiar with the Stockholm Syndrome. Keisha, thanks for sharing that. And Lily says fear, especially when you're traumatized, it overtakes the brain, see. See, that all makes sense to me and that's something that me, being someone who hasn't been in that position and I'm not a woman it's it. It clears it up for me to hear from an actual woman. I wouldn't know that. So that clears it up.

Speaker 1:

But I'm telling y'all I was definitely surprised. Surprised that so many people and, like I said, so many women just start saying that they didn't believe her on the sexual part. They all mostly believed her on the forced labor and they believed her on the violence, like him throwing stuff at her and stuff like that. Like, did he throw computers at her? Like nobody dismissed that. But from my comments and from people who I spoke to outside the courtroom, you would be surprised how many women um were start saying that they didn't believe her. And I just could not. I was like I didn't see any reason not to believe her. So I appreciate y'all for giving me some insight on that, because it had me confused.

Speaker 1:

It definitely had me confused. I was like I paid attention to every part of that. I know a couple of things. I know there was a couple of dates that she didn't remember this or that. But shit, if you asked me what happened something about 10 years ago and an email that I sent 10 years ago, I'm not going to remember that shit all the time. So I didn't think that was a big deal, but I just couldn't put my finger on it. I'm like what the hell? Why so many people? Amanda says abusers cut you off from your support system so they can tear you really down and replace it with their own Makes sense Makes sense. So it's just a lot of manipulation and I definitely understand it. And I was definitely confused as to why so many people, why so many people weren't believing that part. But, like I said, today we're going to hear from Frank Piazza Now he's a video expert and I appreciate everybody for chiming in on that, because I was definitely confused.

Speaker 1:

I was confused when so many women started claiming they didn't believe it and I was confused more when that attorney said that. When Diddy said I'm going to tell Cassie about us to her, that attorney said that I was there in the courtroom when that was said and the first thing I thought is she didn't say anything back because she was scared. So I mean that was my initial reaction to that. That's why it never held weight to me to make me think she was lying. But then, like I said, when the attorney said that then so many other women were saying it, I'm like, well, shit, what am I missing? This is definitely all sad and heartbreaking, but I was definitely like what did I miss? I don't understand. Thanks for everybody who chimed in on that.

Speaker 1:

It was definitely statements that needed to be said, statements that needed to be heard, because, for those who don't understand, you got some people in here who actually have went through it, who have actually been victims, who are actually women, who can speak on it better than a lot of people who are speaking on it. Agatha said us survivors get brainwashed to blame ourselves, thinking we deserved it, not wanting to believe what happened to us. That makes total sense to me and that's kind of when she first said, when that incident first came and I was in the courtroom, that was my initial reaction, my initial reaction. I remember when it was said on the stand. I remember when it was brought up and I said to myself well, of course you're not going to say nothing back, and she probably just went with it because she's scared. That was my first initial reaction. But all these other women and all these other women saying different things, I'm like, well, let me ask some people because maybe I'm missing something, maybe I missed the boat on that one. But, uh, thanks a lot for everybody that chimed in on that. Um, definitely, it needed to be heard and it needed to be said Now, christina Korn. So let me explain a few things too.

Speaker 1:

Man Rico, because all of the employees who participated in this, have took proffers, have took deals, have agreed to testify against Diddy. That is why this is a one man Rico. This is another misconception that people have. They like well, how can you have a, you can't have a Rico with just one man? So you think the whole federal court, the judge, diddy's lawyers, the prosecution you think they don't know that. You think all this will be going on and they will be having a one man Rico, that you're not allowed to have. People just say shit and don't think. You think the courts, the judge, even Diddy's own attorneys, don't know that. You don't think they would have brought that up. You don't think they would be in there opening arguments saying, ladies and gentlemen of the judge and jury, we can't have a RICO because there's only one man and there can't be one man in a RICO. You don't think they would say that if that was the case. This is a one-man Rico, because all these co-conspirators who are listed in the indictment if you read the fucking paperwork, all the co-conspirators have flipped.

Speaker 1:

Now another question I want to clear up that a lot of people have had. Well, why isn't Christina Corum, or the security, or the hotel? Why aren't they being held accountable? They should get, the same time as Diddy, the reason why they're not being held accountable? Because they signed deals and they agreed to tell everything they know about this criminal enterprise known as Bad Boy Entertainment, ran by Sean Diddy Combs.

Speaker 1:

So, like I told you, all these names you're hearing, you will see them testify, you will hear them testify, but they are building up to the most impactful witnesses, christina Korn being number one. She was Diddy's number one right-hand woman. She helped him carry out all the freak offs line up, all the baby, all the astral glide. As you heard in this testimony, she is the one that reached out and lined up Diddy to get the tape and get the footage. So Christina has definitely took a deal. Another name that you heard, d-rock. You've heard d-rock reaching out to mia. Um, you've heard, you've heard d-rock reaching out. Steph says uh k k k. Meaning christina was Diddy's fixer, his handler. Basically, she made the girls trust her and she did the dirty work to keep the peace. She is complicit and needs to be held accountable. Yep, steph, she signed a deal, so she's getting immunity, like everybody else, to testify and tell everything she knows against Diddy.

Speaker 1:

So a lot of people didn't understand that and understanding why it seems like everybody's getting away with it. They're not. Diddy just didn't sign his deal. Diddy could have took a plea deal as well, but they were going to give him what the rumor is, 15 years and Diddy didn't sign his deal. But anyway, d-rock, what you'll be hearing from Uncle Pauly, if he's still alive? I haven't heard anything from Uncle Pauly when his real name is Paul Offord. Um, I haven't heard anything from Uncle Paulie when his real name is Paul Offord. Who else? Oh, reuben the security You're going to hear from him.

Speaker 1:

These are all the last witnesses, because they are the ones who enabled and helped Diddy directly carry out these crimes. If you recall, I remember if I remember correctly it was Ruben who went with Diddy to Kid Cudi's house and went rummaging through his shit and did something to the dog where the dog was traumatized. You're going to hear from all these witnesses and at the end of the day, you can't say everybody lied. See, a one-man Rico is basically telling you that you're cooked. A one-man Rico means everybody who helped you carry out these alleged crimes turned on you. That is why you find yourself in a one-man Rico.

Speaker 1:

If you have people that actually want to stand by you and refuse to tell the fans what happened or what they knew. You would have about 10, at least about five or six co-defendants. Christina Corrin would be a co-defendant. D-rock would be a co-defendant. Reuben would be a co-defendant. Uncle Paulie would be a co-defendant. The hotel worker would be a co-defendant. Everybody granted immunity. A couple of those assistants I can't remember their names off the top of my head.

Speaker 1:

You would have about at least 10 co-defendants in this case if everybody didn't agree to testify against itty bitty diddy with the Tootsie Roll, aka Mohawk Diddy. It's only one man with a mohawk and that is the man on trial, mohawk Diddy. So those were a couple of misconceptions, uh, misconceptions that I wanted to clear up so people could understand that technically, these people aren't getting away with it. They just when the feds came to them and said you either go and get, get on, uh, go go to prison like diddy and be on trial, or you could be a free man or a free woman if you tell us everything you know and apparently everybody in this situation told everything they knew, which also is a testimony to the treatment Did he treat everybody like shit?

Speaker 1:

Why you think nobody is standing by this guy? Because, at the end of the day, everybody that was around him was only stomaching him for his money. It was a job, it was a fame, it was prestige, but nobody was around him because he was a great guy. But nobody was around him because he was a great guy. Because if people were around him because he was a great guy, they wouldn't be so quick to take deals and tell everything they know. But we all know you can treat me like shit. If I need the money, I might put up with a whole lot, but soon as the rabbit gets the gun I'm blasting off and that's what we're seeing here. Somebody said whatever happened to all the CEOs that stepped down from their positions.

Speaker 1:

Imagine the crimes they've committed. Yeah, everybody has committed crimes, but the thing is we got one man on trial right now who has actually been found charged. And one thing about it we all want to point the finger at somebody else when we get caught, and that don't never work. If they catch me up in a crime, of course I'm going to want to point at all the other crimes other people have got away with. But as we grew up as kids, when we went to punish our kid, I'll give you an example. My son got caught doing a water fighting school when he was a kid. My son got caught doing a water fighting school when he was a kid and the first thing he told me was he started telling me about what the other kids were doing. Guess what? As a father, I don't give a damn what the other kids were doing. You're going to be held accountable. What the other kids did don't have nothing to do with what you did. Their karma will catch up to them whenever it catches up to them.

Speaker 1:

And I just say that to say other people's crimes is no excuse for this man's crimes or anybody's crimes. If that's the case, we wouldn't hold anybody accountable, because there's always other crimes being committed. There's always other people getting away with crimes. Look, diddy got away with his crimes for 25, 30 years. It took 30 years for them to catch up to him. So all of those 30 years he was getting away with his crimes. So if we're gonna if we're gonna, you know, use other people's crimes as excuses to excuse this crime, then we might as well shut down the whole court system and just let it and just make it a free-for-all for everybody, because everybody's you're always going to be at a point of finger somewhere else. Unfortunately, I don't make the rules. These are just the rules that this is the life we live. This is the life that chose us.

Speaker 1:

One thing about me I covered Epstein. I covered Diddy. I've covered racist cops. I've covered Epstein. I've covered Diddy. I've covered racist cops. I've covered prejudiced, racist people who have unalive Latinos just for being Latino. I'm the most fair and firm media person online. There's not a demographic. I haven't went hard for on my journey.

Speaker 1:

Whether you're a celebrity, whether you're a poor person, whether you're black, white, asian, whatever you are, you can check my background. I stood for you because I stand for what's right and I stand for victims. I don't get caught up in your title or what color you are or how much money you got, Don't? None of that. My eyes only see victims and perpetrators. That's all my eyes see, and I'm glad that my family raised me like that and I'm glad that I do see things the way I see them, because it doesn't hold me in a box where I am just judging someone off of what they got and how much money they got, or if they famous or if you're black. I'm just gonna let you just run amok and violate me and violate my, my women and children. No, no, no, no, no.

Speaker 1:

Everybody knows I stand strong for my people. That's no secret. That's why I took my ass to mississippi with no security and called out all those racist cops when nobody else wanted to Fuck being in the comments. I was right there on the front line, wasn't none of them? Cop knuckleheads in the comments in Jackson Mississippi when I was there on the news with my face letting everybody in the world know what the hell was going on. And at the same time, I'm going to always stand up for my people. That ain't no secret.

Speaker 1:

On the Flow Show, no Filter. We help and amplify victims. It's that simple. The world makes it more complicated than it has to be. You have victims, you have perpetrators, that's it. I don't give a damn about your money. I don't give a damn about none of that. Victims, perpetrators that's it. It makes life really simple for me. I don't put up. Y'all know I don't like bullies. Yes, I'm definitely the voice and I'm the strong. I'm strong God gave me. Put me in this position because God know I'm strong enough to handle it. I'm very strong in my beliefs, strong faith, and ain't nobody going to change me or make me think I should be doing one thing or not. I know exactly what I'm doing. I know exactly what my purpose is and I'm living in my purpose. If your purpose is to stay in the comments and troll, well just damn it. Do that, because I'm going to really be on the front line and I'm going to really be helping and amplifying victims forever. This is how I started. This is how I will finish.

Speaker 1:

Y'all know how many videos they took down of mine when I was covering the Epstein. Damn near got my account taken away on TikTok because I was covering Epstein so hard. I don't give a damn what color you are I covered Epstein just as hard as I covered Diddy. And if you've been following me on this whole journey, you already know that, which is why I don't have any problems with my community, because a lot of my community I've been around with me from day one, so they've seen me cover Epstein, they've seen my videos get taken down. They've seen me call out Epstein. They've seen me call out the Rankin County Police Department. They've seen me call out Diddy. They've seen me call out whoever.

Speaker 1:

It don't matter what you look like. It don't matter what your bank account look like when it comes to flow. If I believe you wrong, believe a victim needs help, I'm going to help. Simple as that. I don't complicate things. I'm a simple person that likes to simplify things, and so when I look at it as amplifying victim voices, that's exactly what I do. I don't say let me amplify victim voices, and if they got a certain amount of money, I do them like this, and if they look like this, I do that, and if it's a celebrity, I got a different rule for them. Nah, same rules apply for everybody involved and this thing is glitching y'all. So whoever just sent me a super chat or a super sticker for some reason I can't see it, but I definitely appreciate it. I definitely appreciate it and if I could pull it up I would thank you for it. But today the computer is glitching all kinds of different ways. Today the computer is glitching all kinds of different ways, sending love and prayers to everybody out there who has been a victim or been victimized.

Speaker 1:

I'm sure this trial is triggering for anybody who has been a victim of sexual assault, a victim of forced labor, a victim of any of these horrific crimes that we are seeing before us. So shout out and prayers to y'all. I know this is difficult. I've heard from plenty of victims that this is almost like reliving their trauma all over again. So hearts are with y'all. So hearts are with y'all.

Speaker 1:

Also, more Diddy News, more people that will testify in the future that we're looking at. We got a marketing person I believe his name is Haley or something. He's going to be testifying and we don't know what he's going to speak to. We still don't know if Michael Myers will be called. If you remember Michael Myers, michael Myers Myers is definitely. It's definitely going to be called, but definitely we're going to have to have a um a talk.

Speaker 1:
