The Diddy Jury: A Circus of Misconduct (the lost thursday episode)

Flo Season 1 Episode 188

Send us a text

The justice system is facing a trust crisis as shocking revelations emerge about juror misconduct in the Diddy trial. In this raw, unfiltered episode, we dive deep into the alarming admissions from a juror who appeared on multiple news programs, openly confessing that the jury panel discussed the case throughout the trial—blatantly violating the judge's daily instructions to refrain from such conversations.

This juror's media tour has unwittingly exposed serious flaws in the trial process, from questionable jury selection to the inexplicable failure to sequester the jury in a case involving a billionaire with documented witness tampering attempts. The contradictions are glaring: jurors reportedly found key witnesses credible yet still voted for acquittal on major charges. When asked how they rejected clear evidence of predicate acts for RICO charges—like the documented $100,000 payment to suppress hotel surveillance footage—the juror offered only vague claims that "the defense poked holes in everything."

Beyond juror misconduct, we examine the suspicious last-minute change to Diddy's sentencing date. After pushing for an expedited September hearing, both prosecution and defense suddenly withdrew the request, reverting to the original October date without explanation—right as juror misconduct allegations erupted. What backroom calculations are happening behind this unusual move?

Perhaps most troubling is what this case reveals about power and protection in our justice system. Despite extensive evidence seized during raids, much remained hidden from public view. The prosecution's puzzling protection of celebrity names and the striking absence of industry power players from the witness stand suggests a disturbing pattern of shielding the powerful.

This isn't just about one case—it's about public trust in our institutions. As social media explodes with outrage and the "Release the List" movement gains momentum, the message is clear: we're done being gaslit by a system that protects the powerful while failing to deliver justice. Join our community of truth-seekers who refuse to stay silent when the scales of justice are so clearly unbalanced.

Speaker 1:

Wake up, wake up, it's the flow show no filter. Who we got in here? Morning morning everybody, angie. Good morning, good morning. Breakfast. Crew Fire Glory said good morning. We got a lot to talk about the Diddy News. Let me get this. Let me cover my ass no Diddy real quick. The thoughts, views and opinions shared on the Flow Show no Filter are for educational and entertainment purposes only. I am not a professional, I am just. Good morning Erica says hey, flo, baby, what's up? Erica, glad you could join us this morning. Good morning Shannon. Shannon says she finally slept past 730. Congratulations, that's a good feeling when you got to get up early as hell every day.

Speaker 1:

We are going to get into man. Spoiler alert. We we still talking about these diddy jurors and the more and more I hear it's getting worse and worse and worse. And this jury, this jury, was a mess. We're gonna talk about that. Um, also, we're gonna talk about some of the effects on the industry. People are scared, all these sex working, sex workers and all this crazy mess is is. People are scared to do it now, which is a good thing. So this trial has had some positive effect on the industry or whatever. But I don't know if I should turn this light. Let me turn this light off. Y'all Oops, but it's had some positive effect, had some negative effects. But this jury is ridiculous and we're going to get into that today.

Speaker 1:

Last night I had so much fun lost my fucking passport. We was at Kalahari If you know about Kalahari, it's a little swimming, I mean, it's like a little water park and ended up leaving the whole backpack out there and the backpack has my passport in it. So this morning kind of thrown off. So you have to excuse me, I don't have no ID, I don't have my passport. So it's all good, though I got to go all the way out there. I think I'm sure somebody turned in the book bag, though it ain't nothing but wet clothes in there. So I don't think nobody want nobody's wet swimming clothes. But y'all, I'm getting sick of hearing about the more we hear about this juror or the jury. They say the judge is pissed. Now, we got into a little bit of it yesterday. We're going to get into some more details today.

Speaker 1:

But that one jury that went on. I don't know if y'all saw it. He went on CNN and I think he went on. Well, he went on News Nation for sure, but I think he went on CNN as well. But he basically said that the jury was talking about the case the whole time, even though the judge specifically told them every day to not discuss the case even with each other. Don't discuss the case with anybody. You're not supposed to discuss the case until deliberations.

Speaker 1:

Well, this juror that we call in George basically said that they didn't think Don uh was a uh, a credible witness, don Richard, and they and he was saying we all unanimously thought that immediately. Basically and people are like well, you won't post, y'all wasn't supposed to be even talking about the case. How do you know what everybody felt? He also went on to say that he thought Cassie and Jane were credible witnesses, yet he agrees with the not guilty verdict, which doesn't even make any sense. If you think that, if you think the two main people in the whole entire case are credible witnesses, I don't understand how you determine that you don't believe their testimony, or you don't, or you believe it, but still saying not guilty. And another uh, I don't know if y'all follow inner city press. Inner city press has been on top of this uh situation with this jury. I'm going to pull it up on my phone. Another thing about this juror is this juror said Another thing about this juror is this juror said this juror is supposed to have worked for the UNOCT, which stands for the United Nations Office of Counterterrorism.

Speaker 1:

Ok, so if that juror worked for that organization, that would mean that he's worked with law enforcement. According to everything I researched, that juror put on that questionnaire that they never had worked. They've never worked with law enforcement in the past. So that was a bold-faced lie and it brings his whole shit into question. Y'all, what the hell? How did we end up with this jury?

Speaker 1:

And now everybody keeps I hate to keep beating a dead horse, but now everybody keeps talking about the jury should have been sequestered. I'm like we were talking about that shit the whole time. I'm not even going to go into that sequestered. I'm like we were talking about that shit the whole time. I'm not even going to go into that. Here's a direct quote from the judge from one of the trial days Don't speak with each other about the case, don't speak with anybody else and don't look up anything about the case. With all that being said, we'll see. See you tomorrow. He ended every trial day with that message.

Speaker 1:

Then we get this demon looking juror going on news nation talking about basically like all the jury was talking about the case the whole time, and so the rumors are the judge is pissed about all of this stuff that's coming out and this alternate juror, number six, who who lied? And basically, according to him, if you're listening to him, the jury did not follow instructions. This is just a sad ass moment and this is making this whole case look like a dumpster fire. And so people are saying the judge is trying to figure out what's going on, what to do. He's pissed. Uh, you know you got sentencing coming up. I don't know why, but if you remember, uh, diddy's defense team was trying to get his sentence pushed I mean the sentencing they expedited pushed up. All of a sudden, with all this hitting the fan, they have withdrew that. They withdrew him getting his sentence pushed up, which I don't know why they would. You know something, something is funny, something is going on. All of a sudden they don't want it pushed up. I don't know what's going on, but the judge has been quiet. The case as far as this is this is all the speculation in the jurors the juror talking, but as far as everybody else involved, it's been relatively quiet. This is all the speculation and the jurors talking, but as far as everybody else involved, it's been relatively quiet. So I'm sitting back wondering what the hell is going on, because this greedy defense team ain't never pulled back a motion. This entire time They've been motioning shit left and right Motion, motion, motion, motion. But for the first time they have withdrew a motion, especially a motion that they were standing ten toes on. They wanted it expedited, they wanted the sentencing to be pushed up and then, all of a sudden, all this bullshit happened with this juror and it's all type of smoke in the air. Now, now they withdraw their motion.

Speaker 1:

This juror has single handedly called this entire trial into question. According to him, the jury didn't listen to, called this entire trial into question. According to him, the jury didn't listen to any other directions. The jury didn't listen to any directions. According to him, they talking about the case the whole time. Now, how can we trust them? They flat out didn't even listen to the simplest directions passed down by the judge. It's disappointing, it's very disappointing. Y'all, and I bet you this, I bet you won't hear his ass talking. No more. I'm telling you somebody's silencing him behind the scenes. You won't see him. You won't see this jerk on nobody else's media show, I guarantee it. There is so much smoke. They are freaking, going crazy online about all the bullshit that went on. They are really they are going crazy. The blowback is insane and, frankly, I don't know how we could trust the whole. And then oh, that's another thing. I'm glad you brought that up, patricia Another thing that this juror said on one of the shows he basically said they were just ready to get out of there.

Speaker 1:

This juror said that they were just basically in so many words, they were just ready to get out of there. That's a problem. He said that they got to the point where it was. So he said that they were. They got to the point where it was so many witnesses that they were just ready for this thing to be over, which implies that, like Patricia said, they were making a fast decision, ready to get out of there, not even worried about really coming to a real uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, accurate verdict. Just just bullshit, bullshit and more bullshit. Like I said, I bet you won't be hearing from this damn uh lawyer, uh juror anytime soon talking anymore. It's so much I don't know what this judge gonna do. They talking about. I mean, I know this is a long shot and I would. I'm not betting on this, but I still gotta report it to y'all because it's a real thing. That's being passed around, but they're saying this shit is so bad.

Speaker 1:

People are calling for the judge to overturn the verdict. So I had to look that up. Now, like I said y'all, I highly doubt that because they say that's a long shot, but just for your information, and like I said, this is really going on. All across social media, people are enraged behind this. So I looked it up and it says, yes, a federal judge can overturn a jury's verdict if the judge determines the jury did not follow the instructions given, particularly if the error was significant and prejudicial. This is often referred to as a judgment notwithstanding the verdict or a judgment in OV. Now, what he can do, though, even if he doesn't overturn the verdict doesn't overturn the verdict he can go hard at the sentencing, which is another rumor that I'm hearing that the judge is going to give Diddy as much time as he can because of this situation, with all the witness tampering. Let's not forget the chef was hearing from diddy's lawyer right after the feds came to her door some vert that's some version of witness tampering right there.

Speaker 1:

Then we got this asshole of a juror who, who is immediately going on every media show. He can spilling the beans. I don't even think that's how much they didn't give a fuck about the instructions from the judge. He's spilling the beans on everything, not even knowing it, even the news on everything, not even knowing it. Even the News Nation host. Y'all said well, I know you're not supposed, you weren't allowed to talk to other jurors, but how did you feel about this? Or how did y'all feel about this? And this asshole goes on to answer it, basically saying yeah, we all thought this unanimously and we like well, how did y'all all have unanimous thoughts weeks, weeks, weeks and weeks and weeks before the trial ended, when y'all motherfuckers wasn't even supposed to be talking? Yeah, he was an alternate. That didn't even make it into deliberations. So check this out too.

Speaker 1:

This this is another reason why his, his, his, what he's saying is valuable, because a lot of people missed the part that they didn't know. They didn't. They supposedly didn't even know who the actual alternates were until deliberations. So, according to him, they didn't know who was alternates and who wasn't. They all were expected to be a real juror and then they didn't find out who were the actual alternates until deliberations. Now this is according to him. I don't know, and I don't even know if the judge would want him saying that, like he just been doing way too much talking.

Speaker 1:

Uh, sherry says I agree overturned with a new sequestered juror. Yeah, like I said y'all, how many times did we say these jurors should have been sequestered? Not everybody's saying it. That should get on my nerves. We said that from the beginning. It made no sense to me. Melissa says a sham trial. Yeah. And uh, desi says after, after, after such a long trial and then a five minute deliberation yeah, that's what I was just saying. He said he didn't know he was an alternate because they didn't find out who the alternate was, who the alternate nerds were, until the deliberations.

Speaker 1:

Katrice says the judge should have put Diddy out of the courtroom when he was caught nodding at the jurors. Good point, it was just a lot of bullshit that went on in this trial and I'm finding out this trial was a circus trial. And I'm finding out this trial was a circus. The circuits outside the courtroom we saw once. Did he got a few not guilty verdicts and then was guilty on a couple other charges. People were happy he didn't get rico. Uh, the same circus we saw outside the courtroom at the end of the trial. It appears that was just reflective of the circus that was going on this entire trial.

Speaker 1:

Like Katrice said, diddy nodding and shaking his head at jurors getting away with it, jurors coming out talking about they've been talking about the fucking case the whole time. Uh, just so much crap. Uh, uh, jurors not even able to answer the question of if even the news nation lady I saw so many crimes. Listen to this. Y'all this will tell you what we were dealing with with this jury. Listen to this, listen to clear, listen to clear. This really floored me Because the News Nation lady I forget her name, I'm sorry, but y'all know the main News Nation lady.

Speaker 1:

I can't remember her name, but she even told this jury. She was like. She said why. She said for rico it only had to be two predicated acts. She said I saw about six or seven in this case that were proven to me. She, she said arson, kidnapping, bribery, violent acts and a few other things. She said so she asked the jurors. She said so how did you all not see Rico or how did you not see these as predicated acts of Rico? I was very interested to see what his answer was to this. I was very interested to see what his answer was to this.

Speaker 1:

This guy said the defense poked holes in all of them. And then he said, as well, said the prosecution did a good job, did a great job and this and that, but the defense poked holes in all of the predicated acts. Really, so we're talking about bribery. And did he paying $100,000? To get a tape of that to hide the fact that he beat the hell out of Cassie because she left a freak off? What the fuck holes were poked in that? And I wish I was doing an interview because I wish that she should have asked. That should have been the next question. What holes did the defense poke in when it was proven by four or five different witnesses and bank records, security at the Intercontinental Hotel and witnesses on Diddy's own team who helped facilitate this transaction? What holes were poked in that? When we talking about extortion, when Diddy made Cassie's parents send him $20,000 and they had bank records for all of that and the money was sent, what holes were poked in that when the jury asked, was drug distribution simply handing drugs out to people who asked for them? And the judge basically said yes, so that proved drug distribution did. He was giving drugs to everybody all day long. What holes were poked in that?

Speaker 1:

This dude sound like a plant I don't trust. I'm just saying I don't trust it, I don't trust. I'm just saying I don't trust. I don't even trust this jury, no more. Like I said, y'all know me, man, I don't care what side I'm on, I'm always looking to be fair and I'm looking to be open-minded.

Speaker 1:

I really want to hear, like maybe there was a reason that they didn't come up with Rico and maybe there was something with the predicated X, that that they didn't, that didn't, that didn't jive. I wanted to hear it Cause I'm like, well, I was really interested in his answer and then when he said all he said was the defense poked holes in all of them and I'm sitting here thinking about three or four that I could think of that it was no possible hole you could poke in it. It's like having a video of somebody with their hand in a cookie jar. They take their hand out the cookie jar and eat it and you, talking about the defense, poked holes, but he's caught red handed. I really wish the lady from News Nation would have asked him what holes were poked in when he paid $100,000 for that video. That's fucking bribery. Ain't no hole to poke in that. The defense didn't even try to poke a hole in that. They never said he didn't pay for the video. They never said he didn't pay for the video. They never said Diddy didn't pay for the video. If you remember, they didn't even cross examine and go hard against Cassie's mom about the extortion. If I can remember correctly, they didn't even cross examine her. If they did, it wasn't much. But you got this shit for brains.

Speaker 1:

Juror, talking about the defense poked hole in all of the predicated acts when you had acts that weren't even, that weren't even, they weren't even. You weren't even able to poke a hole in. They didn't call any witnesses, they didn't do anything. I am telling you, stay tuned. This shit ain't over. Something ain't right about this jury. Something is not right about this jury. I promise you it's not. And this judge, with all this going on, he's being awful quiet.

Speaker 1:

But I'm telling y'all I was looking at that interview with that juror. I was watching it because I was actually intrigued to hear how they came to their decision. I'm like maybe it's something I missed, maybe it's something I missed and something that didn't coincide with the law. I wanted to hear it and I was extremely disappointed. I said we got so many, so many acts of rico.

Speaker 1:

Now, honestly, as much as red-handed as diddy was caught up in the arson thing with kid cuddy, if I'm, if I'm trying hard enough, I can see some circumstantial shit to that. I can see holes being poked in that, the fact that Kid Cudi ran into Diddy after that and they were fine, and all this. I can see that I'm open-minded enough to say, well, maybe that one, okay, boom. But you can't tell me the fucking hotel footage. You can't tell me paying a hundred thousand dollars for the hotel footage where you're doing a criminal act in which the defense even said it was violence, domestic violence, whatever you want to call it. You pay for $100,000 for that tape to not see the light of day. That's bribery. Ain't no fucking hole to be poked in that.

Speaker 1:

Y'all asked about controlled substances and passing it around is a act. It is distributing drugs. Ain't no hole to be poked in that. And then the final. What the fuck are y'all talking about? Was this. I'm gonna give you.

Speaker 1:

I give the news nation lady a lot of credit. She, she asked, she asked some good questions. I just wish I had a couple follow-up questions that I wish she would have asked. That would have really nailed him and pinned him down into like really, and that y'all really just did not follow instructions. She brought this up.

Speaker 1:

She said the judge and everyone told y'all it didn't have to be a pattern. When she was talking about jane and cassie and them being involved in these freak offs and whether they wanted to or not, she said it didn't have to be a pattern. She said all y'all needed was one, one time, one time when Cassie or one time when Jane didn't want to have the freak off. You just need it one time. And the News Nation lady said y'all you mean to tell me, with all the text messages, with the times that they were getting their ass beat, with all the different times when they said they didn't want to compete in this freak off, cassie and Jane, you mean to tell me y'all didn't find not one time out of these hundreds of freak offs. Y'all didn't believe one time that they didn't want to do it and he said no, this dude was a plant. I believe there were other plants in this jury had to be this.

Speaker 1:

Don't make no sense. I'm glad he came out talking with his dumb ass, because we wouldn't know how stupid and how much of a dumpster fire this whole fucking jury pool was. And I hate to keep saying it, but fuck it. We said it. We said it. We said it. Why nobody else realized how dumb it was to not have this jury sequestered anyway. They're getting mysterious phone calls and text messages to their phones and those are just the ones we know about. What about the ones we don't know about?

Speaker 1:

This was an embarrassment. Embarrassment From the government, from the feds, from the judge. I got to include all of them. They handled this trial Like this shit was traffic court, by not sequestering the jury, by letting Diddy nod and shake his head all during the trial, he nodding and shaking his head at the jury. They might as well let the jury go kick it with Diddy. I wouldn't be surprised if we find out that the jury hung out with Diddy a couple times. It's embarrassing. Which brings me to my next point of. I really think they're going to try to do something about this embarrassment.

Speaker 1:

This was the biggest trial, or at least one of the biggest trials of the century, or the biggest trial of the century and they were put on blast and they were made fools out of. You got a guy with no shirt on and a fucking headband that knew that this jury needed to be sequestered. And y'all make money, y'all get paid to bring cases and get and get and get guilty verdicts or bring justice I don't know whether it's guilty or not guilty. Y'all get paid to bring justice and y'all fools didn't even know the simplest thing that not for sequestering this jury. To not sequester this jury was stupid as hell. Another mistake I believe that they made that nobody's bringing up.

Speaker 1:

These cases happened in Florida. These cases happened in California and New York. Now I haven't done research of why they didn't do this in certain, but why not put this case on? This is the feds, so I'm imagining they could have did it in California. Why not do this case in California? Why not hold this case in California? Cause the crimes happened everywhere, so you're going to have the case in the defendant's backyard and not sequestered. A jury makes no sense. Should have held this fucking case in California. Hell should have held this fucking case in California. Hell, I would have been better off in Florida. But you're going to have it in New York, where this guy is born and raised and has more power than the fucking government, apparently, and not sequestered a jury.

Speaker 1:

You got these jurors coming back and forth. I wouldn't even want to I mean, I'm not scared of diddy or anybody for that matter but I wouldn't even want it to be a juror coming and going on that subway holding a life sentence of a billionaire in the palm of my hand. I got his life sentence in the palm of my hand and this stupid ass government got me coming and going on the subway like this is fucking. Like this is a traffic violation or like I'm on jury for petty, a petty thief or something. Just didn't make no sense. Y'all no-transcript. And you just got me coming and going on the subway every day for eight weeks. Is that not stupid? That don't make no sense. That don't make no sense. I would have felt better if this was being held in California. I would have felt much better if David had held this case out of Cali instead of holding it in his backyard and not sequestering the jury.

Speaker 1:

And now we're finding out the jurors was talking All type of stuff. So long story short on all of that. Now we all wait to see what this juror uh, what did not the juror what this judge is going to do, because he holds all the ultimate cards. He holds all the cards in sentencing. Now he has all the power. I know they got guidelines and this and that, but the federal judge can do exactly whatever he wants to do. So now we got to sit back. So now we got to sit back. So now we got to sit back and wait for the sentencing. And now it's official the sentencing will be set for October. They're not moving it up to September 22nd. And this is from ABC News Sean Diddy Combs sentencing set for October.

Speaker 1:

A hearing scheduled for Tuesday afternoon to hear arguments for Sean Diddy Combs to receive an early sentencing date was adjourned without any arguments being presented or a new date being set. Defense attorneys and federal prosecutors initially agreed to a September 22nd sentencing date for Combs, according to a joint letter filed Tuesday ahead of a remote hearing set for 2 pm. Then, shortly before the hearing, attorneys for both sides sent another joint letter to Judge Aaron Subramanian saying that they had agreed to the judge's original proposed sentencing date of october 3rd. Can anybody out there tell me what the fuck is going on? Can anybody out here in this chat tell me what the hell is going on? What is all this back and forth? Let me read that again. Listen to this. Defense attorneys and federal prosecutors initially agreed to the september 22nd sentencing date expediting. That was according to a joint letter filed on Tuesday. Then, shortly before that hearing, attorneys for both sides sent another joint letter saying well, no, we agree to the original October 3rd sentencing date. What the fuck? Why are they agreeing to expedite then all of a sudden both agreeing to the original date? What is going on? Defense attorney Mark Agifilio and prosecutor christie slavic were on the scheduled teleconference when the courtroom deputy interrupted to see if the attorneys had anything to discuss beyond the sentencing date. Man, I think everybody fucking paid off at this point. I don't trust anybody involved in this whole scenario. The whole scenario just stinks. When agnophilia and slavic answered, they had nothing further. The deputy adjourned the conference and informed them that subarian would respond to the parties in writing. The judge has now set the date officially and it's been official before, but officially again for october 3rd.

Speaker 1:

According to a court document, it was not immediately clear why the defense apparently abandoned, at least for now, their attempt to secure expedited sentencing for Diddy. The judge had agreed to hear arguments for expedited sentencing following a split verdict on july 2nd that acquitted combs of racketeering, conspiracy and sex trafficking, but convicted him on the two counts of prostitution related charges that he faced. The defense argued in court last week the exceptional circumstances warranted expedited sentencing, including the 2018 death of Combs' romantic partner, kim Porter. The mother of some of the children had passed away many years ago. These kids the two daughters were sitting in the middle of your on the second row Don't have a parent. The defense said.

Speaker 1:

Federal prosecutors appear to oppose anything other than the usual course, including a pre-sentence report from probation officials that would require combs to sit for an interview. The only things exceptional about this defendant are his wealth, his violence and his brazenness, prosecutor Maureen Comey said. She also said that the government plans to pursue significant incarceration for Combs on the prostitution charges. Combs on the prostitution charges, combs faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison on the two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, though it's possible that he will receive less than that for a first-time conviction. Any sentence would include credit for time served, which so far totals roughly 10 months.

Speaker 1:

Combs split verdict last week followed six weeks of testimony that saw the prosecutions present 34 witnesses and the defense present none. The jury of eight men and four women deliberated just over two days before reaching their decision. Days before reaching their decision, a fucking 48 hours barely 48 hours of deliberation is what we got on these long ass case with a million witnesses, anitra says. The big question is what are they covering up this? I don't trust this whole fucking case and I believe this, melissa. That's another thing. They raided, did this whole shit they had remember. They told us I don't remember how many, but it was like a crazy amount of footage and tapes and computer shit we didn't get.

Speaker 1:

When you really think about it, we didn't get shit in this case as far as evidence considering. They raided his whole shit. We know it was all kind of politicians and celebrities on them tapes. They raided his whole shit. We know it was all kind of politicians and celebrities on them tapes. Ladies and gentlemen, they just gave us a shit show. That's all it was. It was a shit show. You mean to tell me, remember we thought like, and I don't want to bring up Justin, go too deep into Justin Bieber. You mean to tell me? Remember we thought like, and I don't want to bring up Justin, you know, go too deep into Justin Bieber Because they finally giving him a break. But remember, we think we're going to hear some shit about, you know, justin Bieber or what's been going on in the industry. We didn't hear none of that shit.

Speaker 1:

When you really think about it, where we thought this case was going to go at the very, very beginning, we didn't get any of that information. Angie said a dog and pony show. Yes, we didn't get no celebrity shit. J-lo didn't have to come, clive Davis, lucien Grange, jimmy Iovine. Interscope was brought up a million times. No celebrity besides Kid Cudi had to face any kind of music.

Speaker 1:

When you really think about it, really think about when this case, before it started, where we thought the people we thought may be called should have been called information we thought we were going to know about, they buried all of that shit. They buried all of that shit. If you even remember they didn't even want to use kanye. Let's show you. Remember when they were talking about jane had that freak off in las vegas or not. She had a freak off, but she had went to something and it was like somewhat of like like a freak off. Remember, they didn't even want to and this was the prosecution didn't even want to name Kanye West.

Speaker 1:

Even the defense wanted to name Kanye West as far as just for transparency, and at that time I was like why is the fucking prosecution hiding names? And if they hide names that we all know that she was, she went to, we figured out that Jane went to Vegas with Kanye. So then it made me think well, what the fuck else are they hiding? And if you the prosecution, why the fuck you hiding names? If y'all remember that, I don't know, we had a lot of episodes, but if you think back, I was pissed and confused as to why the prosecution is protecting names. But if you remember Miss Comey, maureen Comey they said she protected names in the Epstein case. Do celebrities have her in their back pocket? Why is she protecting all these celebrity names? And why weren't any of these celebrities called to the witness stand and and holding their feet to the fire?

Speaker 1:

Lot, of, lot, of, lot of shit that don't make no sense. Something definitely needs to be done. This is bullshit. This is all bullshit. This was a big man. I hate to say it, but from the way they hyped it up as far as what was supposed to be exposed and they act like the juror was everything was done so thorough. This was a fucking nothing burger and we should have knew it was a nothing burger when the juror wasn't sequestered and in the back of our minds we all knew it was some bullshit.

Speaker 1:

When the juror wasn't sequestered, let's be honest, we were just hoping for the best but, to be honest, the minute the jurors weren't sequestered, this case was not taken. Serious case was not taken. Serious. There's no way on God's green earth you're going to have a trial where you're threatening to take a man's whole, all his wealth, all his freedom, a damn billionaire, and you're holding it in his backyard in New York where he's born and raised. And on top of that, he has been found to be tampering with witnesses. In other cases he was found to be tampering with witnesses even when he was behind bars. In this case, before the trial even started, he was reaching out to witnesses and calling people's phone 200 times. Yet for some reason you don't think the fucking witness, the jury should be sequestered.

Speaker 1:

And for those I keep saying about the jury sequestered, I know pretty much everybody should know. But just in case somebody out there is like what the fuck does that mean? Sequester in the jury is what they did, and way back in the oj trial and they did enough on other trials, especially high profile. When you sequester the jury, that simply means the jury stays in a hotel or somewhere secluded for the entire time of the trial. So if it's an eight week trial, they will be in that hotel for eight weeks. It's almost like they were trying to penny pinch.

Speaker 1:

Did y'all not want to spend the money? Was it part of the corruption? Was somebody paid off? Was that a way to give Diddy a chance to get at some of the jurors? I don't fucking know. But what I do know for a case of this magnitude and for a case with somebody who has been proven to fuck with witnesses and to do whatever they can to stay a free man, I know fuck, do you not sequester this shirtless journalist with a headband on new to sequester these motherfuckers? How the hell did the people who get paid to do this shit not know? And so when you look at that part of it. All the rest of it makes sense. They didn't do shit. This was like one of the like.

Speaker 1:

One of our listeners said this was a fucking dog and pony show. So listener said this was a fucking dog and pony show. And now we got the juror going on a fucking a tour, a media tour, just shitting on this whole process, thank you, and I ain't gonna lie. Imagine this y'all, because I don't trust none of these bastards. Now just imagine this what if they agree? What if the prosecution and the defense agree? You know how they were trying to get it expedited, but then they agreed to the October 3rd date for the sentencing, which that was weird. I don't understand that. But fuck that. What if they agreed to that? Because during sentencing they say time served. Angie said the media, the media tour, so he can get a book deal. I believe that Keach said it's a tell-all tour from a band of plants. But what if we get to the? What if they get to this sentencing date? And they say and the judge say alright, all right, well, time served. And they what if they already got a little side deal where, hey, just keep the October 3rd date and we're going to just do time served.

Speaker 1:

I'm telling y'all, if they do time served and Diddy walks home on October 3rd, all hell will break loose, because I don't know if y'all been watching social media, but people are already pissed. People are already pissed Now. Pissed ain't even a good word. The public is outraged right now. I believe if they get in cahoots the prosecutors and the defense and the judge goes with it and October 3rd says Diddy, we're going to just do time serve and you can go home today, you are going to see people in these streets like I don't know when fucking George Floyd got murdered or whatever, like I'm talking about. You gonna see people in the streets left and right. The general public I don't care what the assholes are saying the general public is enraged right now with the system and everybody's looking at this judge. Yeah, love and happiness.

Speaker 1:

Says if they say time served, these elites done played with us. I totally agree. Uh, tinko says he got people in his pocket in every state and I like this. I agree with you, melissa. The best thing that can come out of this is hopefully people are waking up and seeing that our system is a shit show. So to the people that were like, yeah, well, flo, you said it was going to be Rico. I said, yeah, but I can't help it. I can't help it because these motherfuckers didn't do their job. I said, if you look at my following and if you look at my community and look at my followers and my fans, all this did was make people trust me more, even more than they even trust the system. They don't say, well, old Flo, you was wrong. No, everybody knows it was Rico. Everybody knows it was sex trafficking. By the letter of the law, that didn't damage me. It damaged the people's belief and trust and faith in the system. This ain't one of those decisions where it was like 50, 50, 60, 40, 80, 20. No, this was 99 to 100. The whole entire public knows what this verdict should have been. So it was a negative verdict, but it had a positive effect on my movement because the public already trusted me more than they trust the system and this just made it worse. This just made it worse.

Speaker 1:

And uh, october 3rd, which is in what? Uh, august, september, july to august, august to september, september, three months, what we? 90 days away. Wow, I didn't see this so I can't confirm it. But Nicole says she watched a video where the chef's car was broken into. All their belongings were put on the passenger seat of the car, like they were saying something to her. I didn't see that, but if that's the case, that's crazy. That's fucking crazy. I didn't see that, though. Did anybody else see that video Nicole's talking about? Oh shit, angie said she heard that too. I didn't see that, though. Did anybody else see that video Nicole's talking about? Oh shit, angie said she heard that too. Yeah, they are going to. Okay, everybody, okay. Tinkles heard that. Nicole said she saw that on her post. Wow, yeah, I didn't see that. Rhonda did too. So, okay, that's crazy.

Speaker 1:

And how are they allowed to get? How can you do all of this? How the fuck are we supposed to get justice if you're allowed to do all of this? Yep, it was anything with her name on it. Uh. C-tuck says send him the link y'all. He ain't see it. C-tuck says send him the link. He ain't see that. He want to see it.

Speaker 1:

Speaker 1:

Y'all this is some bullshit. This is some real bullshit. I don't know what the hell is going to come out of this, but somebody said I think this is something good to read R Kelly's first federal trial in Brooklyn. He was found guilty. The jury was partially sequestered. R Kelly's second federal trial in Chicago was sequestered.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, so that right there, I'm telling you, man, something ain't right and we need to as much as we tired of Diddy. Trust me, I'm tired of Diddy, I'm tired of talking about it, but I just refuse to stay quiet and sit back and just let them do whatever the fuck without raising some type of hell. So we got to stay tuned in to this shit. See this thing through, keep our foot on their neck. We can't give up. That's's what they want. They want us to give up and just say, oh, fuck it, this is the way it is. I'm not doing that and I don't want y'all to do that. So we're gonna continue to keep our eyes on this shit and also, I did.

Speaker 1:

I was a part of a big group of all the top media all the top media, influencers, millions of followers and all of that. It's a group calling for the Epstein list. One of the people reached out to me to make a video just saying release the list. So there is a movement called release the list going around Instagram, tiktok and Facebook, but I think it started on Instagram. If you haven't saw it, go to my page Flow Daddy, flow on Instagram, you'll see the video. It's a bunch of us probably I don't know, maybe about 15 of us and we're all calling for the release, the Epstein list.

Speaker 1:

We are just going to continue to keep putting pressure on this system, because what's happening is the people are trusting influencers, media influencers like me and other people like me way more to the system, and it's getting worse and worse day by day. So, at the very least, we are going to continue to show them that they don't. We don't fucking trust y'all. We trust us. People like flow or people like News, the News Update guy and all these other people I'm sorry I don't have their names in front of me, but there is a video going around that we made. I was a part of it.

Speaker 1:

I felt honored that they hit me up to make a video and you know what I said release the fucking list. And it's going viral. So please check that out. We're going to continue to keep our foot on their necks and and and and. Let them know we not going down without a fucking fight. Um, I appreciate it. Angie said we know the system lies to us. We trust you. I appreciate that. And, uh, angie released the list. They lied to us. Yes, check out that. Release the list video movement. If you see it, share it a thousand times, like it, comment let's continue to blow that video up.

Speaker 1:

We want the epstein list released. We want some justice with diddy and we want them to make up for this shit show. And at least what we're gonna do is let them know that we know this was a dog and pony itty bitty shit show and we not going for it and we're not going to sit back and act like they. You know you ain't like we always say. You ain't pissing on us and telling us it's rain and on that note, I will see you all tomorrow. The flow show no filter. Hopefully I get back on track.

Speaker 1:

730 am, monday through Friday. Let's get to our mouths in the chat. I appreciate everybody for rocking with me. Every day I turn this laptop on and we cover fucking topics that need to be covered, and we're going to continue to call their asses to the carpet every time. I don't give a damn what they say or how much they try to silence us or how much they try to wave their fucking power around. We're gonna continue to call them out for who they are until we get some fucking results.

Speaker 1:

Desi says I'm out, uh. Melissa says I'm out, who else we got? And nita says I'm out. Nicole says yes, sir, much love, flow, much love to you, nicole. Ralph ralph says. Ralph says this was a a weak rico case. Thank, ralph. Yes, thank you for uh, uh, praying for my passport. I need that. Right, we will be heard and seen.

Speaker 1:

Celebrities have already paid a lot of money to stay off. They list, they admitted guilt and they paid a lot of money in fines. That's how they were punished. I get it. Nicole says I'm out. Bye, bye, nicole says I'm out. Bye-bye Nicole. Bye-bye, denise.

Speaker 1:

See y'all tomorrow, as always. What's up? Libby Bear, I ain't seen you in a while. Libby Bear, where you been at. Libby Bear says I'm out. Love you, family and flow. Speaker 1:

Rhonda says I'm out. See you, rhonda. Ebony says I'm out. Angie says have a great day. And the rest of everybody. I appreciate all of y'all. I'm about to get the hell out of here. Release the list. Release the list. Release the list. Release the list. Release the list. Release the list. Release the list, as always. Okay, uh, everybody pray for libby bears. Her car blew, her car engine blew. That's why we haven't seen her. So, uh, let's give some good luck, vibes and some prayers to Libby Bear for that car engine. And we're going to end on this note right here Melissa says release the list. As always, I love y'all but I'm out.
