The justice system's approach to celebrity crimes takes center stage as Diddy faces a potential seven-year prison sentence. Breaking down the probation department's recommendation of 70-87 months imprisonment, we explore how coercion and violence enhancements dramatically increased his sentencing range despite his defense team's plea for just 14 months.

Amid this news, we take a moment to celebrate the simple joy of our canine companion Juice's sixth birthday. The stark contrast between this innocent celebration and the dark headlines couldn't be more pronounced, especially as we transition to discussing the troubling case involving singer David and 13-year-old Celeste.

Something doesn't add up in the Celeste investigation. Why would a mother allow her young daughter to "date" someone she'd never met? Why was the lease for the property signed the same month Celeste went missing? Most disturbingly, why haven't authorities held a single press conference about a child found deceased in a celebrity's vehicle? The questions pile up while answers remain scarce.

Beyond these headline cases, we confront the staggering reality of child trafficking in America – a crisis that receives far less attention than it deserves. "For the child trafficking to be so bad, our government sure isn't making a priority of it," we observe, questioning where our national priorities truly lie.

The episode closes with our community rallying around a member facing medical uncertainty, proving that even amid discussions of society's darkest corners, the light of human connection remains our most powerful resource.

Join us tomorrow at 8:30 AM as we continue following these developing stories and supporting our growing community of truth-seekers.

Speaker 1:

wake up, wake up. It's members only. What's up? What is going on? Good morning, melissa. Lily, tracy, elise. Tracy said good morning my day peeps. Work has been interfering in my day, my daily flow. Attendance, hey, but it's all good. How's everybody feeling this morning? But it's members only, members only. Podcast.

Speaker 1:

Who got chewed out by a client? Tracy, how you what you get chewed out by from a client? Yeah, at least you missed a good one yesterday. Well, I hope you caught it on the replay, replay gang, replay gang. Oh, she wanted stronger meds and you put your foot down, okay, okay, good morning, rachel rx. What's good? Y'all? Let me get this shut up. Let me get this thing loaded up. So we got some. We got some good news y'all. Well, I know y'all heard about the with the probation people said what time they recommend for your boy Diddy. About what the probation people said what time they recommend for your boy Diddy. Let me pull that part up. Where is the part? So this is the breaking news.

Speaker 1:

We're going to get right into talking about this, right, quick, y'all. The probation department recommended a sentence of 70 to 87 months for ditties for sentencing and the probation department used a base offense level of 14, a four-point enhancement for fraud and coercion, a four-point enhancement for a role in the offense and a five-level increase based on grouping. However, diddy will argue for these enhancements to be dropped. That's going to be crazy. There are already I'm hearing that there are already people posted in tents ready for his next hearing. So they, looking at 87 months, 87 months, let's see 87 months divided by like seven, seven years. That's a lot, considering all these people that were saying time served and two years, and all that For the probation place to be talking about damn near seven or eight years.

Speaker 1:

Like we said before, I don't think this judge is going to play with him. Yeah, I wouldn't be mad at 87. What? Yeah, seven years, seven years, I wouldn't be mad at seven years, seven years, a long time, especially, diddy ain't no spring chicken, diddy ain't no spring chicken. And seven more years. Who know?

Speaker 1:

Look, they're gonna be digging up more stuff. This is gonna be just like R Kelly, where while he's in there, they're going to be digging up more. They're going to be digging up more stuff. He's going to be getting more time on top of that. I'm telling y'all Watch what I tell y'all he's going to be getting more time. They just need to give him some time so he can calm his ass down and get behind bars. I'm telling y'all, more charges is coming, man. Y'all think. More charges came for R Kelly and more ain't coming for Diddy. I'm telling y'all, they're going to be pulling up all kinds of stuff just once they get his ass behind bars and they can take their time and investigate. I already could tell yeah, they ain't going to do. No time, sir, this judge ain't going to play around, man. Like I said, the judge knows all. He knows the stuff the jury saw and he knows the stuff that the jury didn't see, and they are. I'm going to tell you what's really. What's really getting Diddy's goose right now. What's really getting Diddy's goose right now? What's really getting Diddy's goose is the fact that he what's up, king, what's up. What's really getting his goose is, no, the fact that they got the coercion, the coercion, the coercion and the violence. The coercion and violence is the reason why they throw in the book at him.

Speaker 1:

Apparently, I forgot to tell y'all we did have a good birthday for Juice yesterday. We had a good birthday. Juice thoroughly enjoyed his birthday. I forgot to tell y'all about Juice's birthday today. Yeah, tell y'all about Juice's birthday today. Yeah, y'all see King King getting up taking his dog, taking his bro out. King love Juice. That's him and Juice is inseparable.

Speaker 1:

So what we did, I forgot to tell y'all. So we went to PetSmart. Do y'all know PetSmart been out of that birthday cake for like months and months, and months, and months, and months now. We couldn't even get, we couldn't even. We couldn't even get, we couldn't even get. Um, we couldn't even get. Uh, we couldn't even get them. They've been out of them for months and months and months. So we had to get them.

Speaker 1:

The different little snacks, the little cookie snacks they like big cookies. They got a football one. They got a pizza one. They got one shaped like a donut. Y'all Juice was all over the house. Pizza one they got one shaped like a donut. Y'all Juice was all over the house. He ate so many snacks he got to poop. But he had a good one.

Speaker 1:

I bought him a new bed. I bought him a new bed. He got right in his bed. Nice little comfortable bed. We bought him a new bed. I bought him a new bed. He got right in his bed, nice little comfortable bed we got him. He was happy. This is his sixth birthday, so he knows when it's his birthday. When he gets all them different snacks and gets to run all over the house without nobody keeping him in certain areas, he knows it's his birthday. Juice was definitely in heaven. Like I said, he know it's his birthday. So, yeah, juice was definitely in heaven. Like I said, he had so many snacks he just got to fart. That's when you know he done had too many snacks Like ugh, juice, you farting man. So yeah, just to update y'all, I forgot to tell y'all about, forgot to tell y'all about juice.

Speaker 1:

But everybody, let's take a moment and welcome yanni y'all. She said she had to take a break with all this crazy ass news. I don't blame you, yanni, but everybody say what's up to yanni. We miss you, yanni, but your mental health is more important. So definitely understand that you had to take a break. Miss you, yanni, but your mental health is more important. So definitely understand that you have to take a break from all this madness and chaos, but it's good to see you back on Members Only Wednesday. Like Melissa said, we all need a break. We all need to take a break here and there. Only one who don't get to take a break is me, because it's my job. Okay, lisa, she make her boys food and treats. Okay, thanks, johnny mailed out the package. I appreciate that. Elise says hey, yanni, I'm happy you took time to take care of yourself. Yep. Melissa says Yanni, yes, but yeah, y'all.

Speaker 1:

Let's go back to what Yanni I think Yanni brought up the point A lot of people don't know is a type of coercion, is a type of violence. This judge is not about to play with Diddy. This judge is not about to play with him. He's going to definitely throw the book at his ass and, like I said, the judge is stuck in the system and the courts are stuck on this coercion shit. Matter of fact. Let me pull it up. Let me pull it up and get into the business of it. So let me pull up with the excerpt from the paperwork man, diddy going down oh, I done flipped it. Hold on y'all. I done flipped the paperwork. I didn't even know you could do that. There we go. So let's see what they're talking about.

Speaker 1:

Probation recommends a guideline range of 70 to 87 months imprisonment, based on the total offense level of 27 and criminal history category one. This calculation is premised on a base level of 14, a four-point enhancement for fraud and coercion, a four-point enhancement for role and offense under and a five-level increase based on grouping. Probation's calculation grossly overstates the seriousness of the offense and is infected with multiple legal and factual errors. Man, they not playing with Diddy man? Anybody that thought they was playing actually played themselves. Because when you look in this paperwork, let me see, let me go back to the let's see, did he probation? Well, we pretty much know what he's not gonna get. He's not getting time, sir. He's not getting time. Sir big R walked in. What up, big R? Well, the Diddy Combs lawyers filed their sentencing memo last night or the night before and they're recommending 14 months. And they say Mr Combs has been inadequately punished by serving 13 months in the terrible conditions at the MDC where he became sober for the first time in 25 years. Oh, the defense want us to feel bad for him again.

Speaker 1:

The defense talk about 14 months. What y'all think about 14 months. What y'all think about 14 months. What y'all think about 14 months, 14 months. Let me go to the actual some of the paperwork 14 months. Let me go to the actual some of the paperwork. This is what the defense says. Y'all Rayshel says boo Boo, a sentence of no more, a sentence of no more than 14 months, which is already being served at one of the worst federal facilities in the country. Sentences disparities and other things among defendants with similar records who have been found guilty of similar conduct. Existing guidelines, data, what up?

Speaker 1:

Juice, juice, happy birthday juice. Happy birthday to juice, happy birthday, juice, juice. Look, juice juice. You about to eat alright juice. You ain't being nice Juice. Why you ignoring the folks? They said happy birthday to you. They told you happy birthday. You can at least say thank you Juice, juice, juice, juice, juice, juice, juice. What you looking at? Yeah, I'm definitely being ignored. I'm definitely being ignored. I'm definitely being ignored. Yeah, he definitely is.

Speaker 1:

He hear him back there putting some food together. Yanni says, yanni says 14 months. Did he must have promised the attorney some kind of bonus if they can make it happen? Because, no, the judge not buying that hell. No, yeah, he definitely knows.

Speaker 1:

He hear his fool being back there being made. That's what he's focused on. Yeah, he going to eat. Y'all Juice is going to eat. Yeah, yeah, you know how it is when you hungry. He ain't think about what I'm talking about. You ain't thinking about whatever I'm talking about.

Speaker 1:

Lily said that's the only time her son pays attention. When she mentioned food yep, that sound about right, okay, so let's get back into pays attention. When she mentioned food Yep, that sounds about right, okay. So let's get back into what the hell they're talking about. While I'm getting ignored, they go on to say moreover, decades of man act enforcement policy and pre-guidelines practices indicate that non-commercial man act offenses like this one are to be treated as least culpable. Indeed, based on our survey of man act cases prosecuted and sentenced over the last 25 years and research into the history of the act, we do not believe there has been a prior man at prosecution on similar facts where a defendant and his longtime girlfriends agree to bring other consenting adult men into their consensual sexual relationship. The government is unable to, and has not attempted to, dispute this fact. Any sentence beyond 14 months would therefore be unwarranted. According to Diddy's defense, they trying it.

Speaker 1:

Y'all sounds like somebody coming back. Nah, keep ignoring me. Keep ignoring me just. Why don't you keep ignoring me? Why you wanna come? Why you wanna come right ignoring me? Why you want to come right by me? Just to ignore me? What type of time he on today. He gonna come right by me just to ignore me. I don't know what you saw this morning. He still feeling himself from his birthday.

Speaker 1:

Juice, I don't know what Juice saw this morning. He's still feeling himself from his birthday. Definitely listen, juice. Definitely listen, juice. It's like he don't like the camera. Just, you don't like the camera. That's what it is. He don't like the camera in his face. Time flies, don't it y'all? I can't believe we've had juice for six years. I cannot believe. I cannot believe it's been six years. 2019 got him as a baby when he was first born. Here we are six years later. Uh-uh, what you doing, juice? No, get off of that. Yeah, tracy said he probably wonder who the hell you always talking to. Yeah, he probably is. He's like what are you doing? I don't see anybody. It's like. He's like I don't see anybody. You just talking to the air juice. Think I done went crazy. Juice, probably think I done went crazy. Juice, probably think I done went crazy.

Speaker 1:

Y'all been keeping up with the david shit, y'all. I hey, I agree with you on this one, melissa. I bet you, the judge, can't wait for this to be over with. I know the judge is ready to move on to other cases and get this one behind him. I don't even think he would want to try the next Diddy case. I don't think this judge would even want to fuck with the next Diddy case. I think he'd be like you know what Y'all on y'all own. I'm tired of this ditty shit.

Speaker 1:

So what's the latest? What's the latest any of y'all done? Heard about, uh, about david, about David the singer David? Y'all heard anything? Any new updates? I see they broke their lease on the mansion or the house where the police raided it. I hear it was in David's manager name or whatever and after the police raid they broke their lease. I don't know what that means, if that means anything, but I heard that. Y'all heard anything else? Let me look and see if there's any with the latest, the latest and greatest. All right, let's look into this. Lily, let's look into this. You know we like to look into all type of things.

Speaker 1:

I just want to see anybody saying that what is their basis for thinking he getting framed, though, black man being framed? He got another girlfriend too, celeste, because it's too Celeste. They saying that's part of the reason why people think he's being framed. But you know, you know what I don't like, let's say, if he was being framed, what makes me feel like he's not being framed is his reaction. Don't seem like the reaction of somebody who's completely innocent. That's the only thing that that bothers me about the framing part, because he's too quiet and I understand you know it's a legal case going on or investigation, but if it was a dead body found in my car, I'm screaming to the mountains immediately hey look, I don't know what the fuck that is and I am going to help law enforcement get to the bottom of this shit.

Speaker 1:

He ain't making them kind of statements and neither are the people around him. That's why I feel like he's guilty somewhere. I feel like he's guilty somewhere because they're too quiet. If this was somebody being framed, he would be speaking, or his people would be speaking and just saying like, look, we have nothing to do with this, we've never talked to her, we've never talked to underage girls. You know what I mean? Like that is the part that makes me think if something ain't right with him and you sitting back and you not saying shit, it's like Juice likes to just sit under me as I'm yelling and cooking. He just likes to sit up under me and listen to me cook.

Speaker 1:

But I'm serious, look who's late. Look who's late y'all. Give me your hall pass and take a seat in the back of the class. This your second tardy. After the third tardy you got to go to the principal's office. Renee says I'm just getting here at 855 AM. Good morning work made me late for flow show today. I'm not a happy camper. Melissa said the dog ate my homework. Good morning Renee. So, renee, you missed that. Catch you up real quick.

Speaker 1:

The probation we talked about. The probation office is recommending them their eight years for Diddy and they broke down why? And because of the different coercion and and and and the violence and all of that. And the defense is recommended and diddy's defense is recommended 14 months. So we got like a seven years, damn near sevenyear, discrepancy. So but now we're talking about David. Now check this out.

Speaker 1:

Missy, melissa and Lily that's another thing I've been hearing about. They're saying that the mother and the family never were very reckless let's just say that Very reckless in handling of their daughter Celeste. And that's another thing a lot of people are looking at Because, on one hand, celeste's mother confirmed her daughter was dating somebody named David that she never met. How is your daughter dating somebody named David that you have never met and she's like 13 or 14 or 12? How are you dating? How are you dating? And you're that young and your mom don't know what the hell going on?

Speaker 1:

Tracy just sent me something. Let's see what Tracy got. Tracy, what you just sent me. I don't know what that is, but I don't know what that is. But I don't get how she's able to date somebody and nobody knows who she's dating though, and she's that young. That don't make no sense to me. Missy said maybe they sold her off. Never know, it just did. Does it make sense? This girl is a kid, a child, and you talking about you know she dated somebody named david, but you don't know who he is and you didn't know who he is, and then she's missing all this time and you don't have no way to get in her phone or her internet, her computer or wherever she was communicating and figure out that it's some singer named david, and you don't press him until it's a dead body found in his car and the whole world pressing him. All of this shit stinks, don't it? Julius Stinks. I don't get it.

Speaker 1:

Let's see what some of the comments we got in here. Tracy said my 14 year old has never been anywhere with any kid. Nope, nope, nope, nope, not even a girl without a parent, right? Rx says there's something fishy about the family. It doesn't. It just don't smell, right.

Speaker 1:

I feel like they know more than they admitted to. I 100% feel the same exact way. I feel like that's part of the reason why it's so complicated, or or or why nothing's being done yet, because the family is somewhere involved in some type of shady way. I just don't get it. They feel like in the comments she was running away. I agree. Well, hey, let's talk about. Look before I forget y'all see, trump, mad. Trump was mad. Jimmy kimmel got his. Uh, I, I want to mention this before I forget. Jimmy kimmel got his show back. I forgot to. I want to throw that out there before I forgot. I don't know y'all. I don't know man, this is crazy. I'm looking up Celeste's mother. So check this out y'all. The manager of David signed a lease. Listen up y'all. It up y'all. The manager of David signed a lease in February 2024. His manager signed ran away from home. They are saying that the mother. There was some confusion about when Celeste ran away, but they're saying Celeste ran away February 2024, which was the same month that the manager signed for this property.

Speaker 1:

Posters for the missing 13-year-old appeared in her Lake Elsinore, california neighborhood around Valentine's Day. And this was around Valentine's Day and this was around Valentine's Day. You know, this creepy, demonic, sick fuck would do something like this around Valentine's Day. That was the second time, I believe it says here. She was reported missing on several occasions during 2024, so I would think, well, I don't know, this could be. I don't know, I can't say if it's the first or second time, but she was later found deceased in September 2025 in Tesla belonging to singer David. The cause of death is still under investigation. Of investigation.

Speaker 1:

Another thing the actual owner of this house says they have a camera system. They've had a camera. They had a camera system installed outside of this home, so they should have footage of Celeste coming and going. They should have footage of everything. I don't know if y'all were aware of that, that they do have a camera system. What is on those cameras?

Speaker 1:

Is there hardcore evidence that something nefarious took place? Lily, nefarious took place. Lily says she heard that the body was given back to the family to prepare for memorial services. I heard that too. Some real shady shit is going on. I mean real deep shit. At least that's big R says.

Speaker 1:

This story breaks my heart because this child was not watched by her own damn parents. I'm telling you, people are starting to be looking at this family y'all. You know I hate, you know, in a tragedy like this, but we got to go over all aspects of what the hell going on. Let me just give you one quote uh, from from from from a, a family, a person online, somebody say celeste mother trafficked her. She knew exactly where she was the entire time and she let her stay with that grown man because of the money he was giving them. She couldn't wait to make the GoFundMe. She's making money off her even after death. That poor baby never stood a chance. People are starting to side off.

Speaker 1:

This ain't looking good, y'all. This ain't looking good. When they said 14 months is a joke, can you believe? Let me tell you something else. Can you believe? Not detaining David is one thing, but can you believe they haven't even had a fucking press conference? Think about this. Not only have they not named an official suspect or named him for something like this. Wouldn't you think they would have had a fucking press conference by now just to update the public on something. It's been a little, it's been quite a while now that doesn't. This whole thing is creepy. You mean, you tell me you're not even gonna have a. You haven't even had a press conference to update us on what the fuck? Make it make sense, make it make sense, make it make sense. Where's the press conference? Can somebody tell me at least that I'd also check the money of the uh, child protective service department. What, uh? What about the school that one teacher told his class about it? Just to make about it. Make sure that they stay safe for sure.

Speaker 1:

I agree with you, melissa. I feel like it's a part of it's a part of. It's a part of a bigger situation. I don't know. Melissa says she's seen so many things about how CPS takes kids away from their parents and send them into trafficking situations. It's all connected. The missing kids aren't really missing, they're just trafficked. It's sad. The number of missing children y'all is staggering. Man, look who wore out from their birthday.

Speaker 1:

It's tough work being a juice, ain't it hard work, ain't it? It's hard work being a juice, hard work being a juice. I'm going to listen to the other work morning. Yeah, tracy, the child trafficking is worse than the fentanyl crisis, for sure, and for the child you know what I understand too, y'all. For the child trafficking to be so bad, our government is sure not making a priority of it. Yeah, our government is sure not making a priority of it. Hard work being juice, I sure will. At least I got you, i'llse, I got you, I'll make sure I get him something he likes from my boys. I'll do it today. I say this comes from Elyse. I'm going to say Juice. You might not have met Elyse yet, but she got you something.

Speaker 1:

Melissa, cooking this morning. You must be got some good. You must got some good smoke over there, melissa. Melissa, talking about our government is using the information to fit their narrative and they're allowing children to be exploited for intel. You got some good you in your bag today, melissa. You got some good smoke over there. Why are you looking at me like that, juice? Why are you looking at me like that, juice? Why are you looking at me like that? Definitely going live for the meeting greet for sure.

Speaker 1:

Thank you, tracy, for the $4.99 super chat. Five dollar. She's looking at me like what is wrong with you. Hey, juice. Look at me like what is wrong with you. Let's go, tracy. I appreciate it. I'll be able to eat today. I'll be able to get me something good to eat. What's a $5 pizza? Melissa said a $5 holla. It's that $5 holla. Thank you, tracy. I'm going to eat good today. I'm going to eat good today, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. Who is this? I can't see the name Rachelle. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, juchas, definitely hung over. He need a. He need a. He need a. He need a, a hangover pill. That's all that Putin did last night, you know, wore him out.

Speaker 1:

So how many of y'all got dogs? I know at least does who else, tracy? Who else got a dog in the chat? I know at else got a dog In the chat? I know Elyse has a dog. Any other dog owners in the chat? Okay, melissa got cats. How many cats you got? How many cats, melissa? Listen, tracy said they're coming in hot. Oh, a large Domino's pizza. Yes, $5 holla. Thank you, elise. Uh-oh, okay, so thank you for the $5 holla. Elise and Big R. Thank you for the $4.99 super sticker. The $5 holla, I appreciate it. I'm about to eat good today. Melissa got three cats y'all. Melissa, you a mess. Melissa got three cats y'all. She got a house full. Tracy, you got a cat too. You got a cat too.

Speaker 1:

Birthday juice. Juice over here, knock, lay it out. Juice over here, lay it out. Juice over here, lay it out y'all. It's hard work being juice, ain't it? It's hard work being juice. I don't, don't, don't, don't, don't, don't, don't, don't. Bean juice I don't, don't, don't, don't, don't, don't, don't, don't, don't. They like dogs. They fat and lazy, working, working, working day and night, working, working, working day and night. What's going on? Big dog juice, big birthday boy, the birthday boy juice juice. Looking at me like he wanted another snack. No more snacks. I gave so many snacks today.

Speaker 1:

Oh, tracy got two cats. It's almost like cat lovers always got to have more than one cat. I noticed that Cat lovers always seem to have more than one cat. I've noticed that what's expensive Lily, what's expensive Lily, what's expensive, lily, cats, cats.

Speaker 1:

Okay, so I learned something. I learned something. I learned something. Yeah, we got a song. We need a song. We need a song today, don't we? How much are cats?

Speaker 1:

Look who came in y'all. What's up? Fire, glory, glory. You missed it. We got to talk about.

Speaker 1:

The probation department has requested nearly eight years time for Diddy. We talked about that earlier. Of course the defense is asking for 14 months. We said bullshit for 14 months. We said bullshit, $200 to $300. Okay, and we talked a little bit about this singer, david and the weird stuff going on and how people are starting to look at the family and shit is just not adding up. Fire. Glory, melissa, you got your pets for free. You got yours for free.

Speaker 1:

Never can say goodbye, no, no, no. I never can say goodbye, even though that pain and heartache seems to follow me wherever I go, though I try and try to hide my feelings, they always seem so. It said said turn around, you fool. You know you love them. Tell me, why Is it so that I never can say goodbye? No, no, no, no. I love that song.

Speaker 1:

Man, hey, young Michael, when he was a kid he was underrated. The kid Michael is underrated, even though everybody know how cold he was. But he was ridiculous as a kid. He was ridiculous as a kid. I had never been a kid and to never be a kid singer nowhere close to Mike so far.

Speaker 1:

Glory say, I adopted my cat. It was $175 plus fees for the checkup and neuter cost me $325 for my Mr Wick, beautiful little tuxedo cat. How long you had your cat Fire Glory? At least that recipe, michael, that is. If you really unalive, at least don't believe we. Lately. He turned two on September 3rd, okay, oh, so we just missed the birthday. We just missed the birthday a few weeks ago.

Speaker 1:

So today is like a mini rest day for me. I've been going hard, so today I'm not gonna do much today. Later today I'm gonna relax, give me some good food to eat on, and today, honestly, I'll probably just binge watch some netflix shit. Today I'll probably just binge watch some netflix shit.
