The probation department recommended a sentence of 70 to 87 months for ditties for sentencing and the probation department used a base offense level of 14, a four-point enhancement for fraud and coercion, a four-point enhancement for a role in the offense and a five-level increase based on grouping. However, diddy will argue for these enhancements to be dropped. That's going to be crazy. There are already I'm hearing that there are already people posted in tents ready for his next hearing. That's a lot, considering all these people that were saying time served and two years, and all that For the probation place to be talking about damn near seven or eight years.

This calculation is premised on a base level of 14, a four-point enhancement for fraud and coercion, a four-point enhancement for role and offense under and a five-level increase based on grouping. Probation's calculation grossly overstates the seriousness of the offense and is infected with multiple legal and factual errors. Man, they not playing with Diddy man? Well, the Diddy Combs lawyers filed their sentencing memo last night or the night before and they're recommending 14 months. And they say Mr Combs has been inadequately punished by serving 13 months in the terrible conditions at the MDC where he became sober for the first time in 25 years. You know, this creepy, demonic, sick fuck would do something like this around Valentine's Day. That was the second time, I believe it says here. She was reported missing on several occasions during 2024, so I would think, well, I don't know, this could be. I don't know, I can't say if it's the first or second time, but she was later found deceased in September 2025 in Tesla belonging to singer David. The cause of death is still under investigation. Of investigation.

Today I'll probably just binge watch some netflix shit. Today is a rest day for me. I'm gonna eat food and relax.
Speaker 1:I've been running around a lot lately and today is a good day for me to kind of catch up midweek and get rested. I didn't do a story yesterday, so I will drop a story on Instagram and Facebook. I'm going to do an update. Look out for my update on the David story. I wasn't going to update and tell everybody that they broke their lease. I didn't think that was nothing really worth talking about as far as a complete update, but today I'm going to do some digging and see what is the complete overall update of this David situation. Speaker 1:Yep, I kind of made Wednesdays kind of like my midweek break and I like it. I kind of like it Gives me a chance to recharge for the week and give me a chance to just relax, because I know I got a whole business venture going on Podcast content creating. My schedule is full, but I love it, but I think having this little midweek break is good for me, where I just relax. I don't do nothing major at all, just chill, eat some good food, binge some good show and relax. I'm going to do like this this is what I'm about to do today. Y'all, y'all.
