The gavel didn’t just fall—it landed with intent. We walk through why the judge denied Sean “Diddy” Combs’ motions for a new trial and acquittal, and how the court’s reasoning undercuts the defense’s central narrative. The key turn: the defense defined “prostitution” at trial, the jury applied that very definition, and the judge found the evidence robust—testimony from Cassie Ventura and Jane, corroboration from escorts, and a paper trail across texts and emails. That combination makes appeals steeper and sets the stage for a high-stakes sentencing.

From there, we zero in on what truly shapes the next chapter: victim impact statements and relevant conduct. Cassie’s letter describes coercion, threats tied to leaked tapes, and fear that outlasts headlines. Her parents argue that a sentence measured in months would trivialize years of harm and weaken public faith in the law. We unpack how federal judges weigh these factors against guidelines, deterrence, and protection of the public—and why a jury’s mixed verdict actually blunts claims of “spillover prejudice.” We also note the small but telling procedural detail: a tightly limited clothing order for sentencing, a reminder that the courtroom runs on rules, not theatrics.

The conversation turns to outcomes and optics. What sentence communicates accountability without capitulating to celebrity or outrage? Why might anything under five years provoke backlash, while a double-digit term could signal that power doesn’t purchase impunity? Along the way, we surface underreported threads, including a former chef’s account of a toxic workplace and why her testimony would matter at allocution. Whether you’re following for the legal craft, the survivor voices, or the cultural reckoning, this is the moment where the system either speaks clearly—or loses the room. Subscribe, share with a friend who’s tracking the case, and drop your sentencing prediction in the comments.

Shout out to the new members. Groove tube and Tehara. Thank you for subscribing. What's up, Tracy? Good morning, Laura. Wake and bake crew. Morning, crew, coffee crew. What's up, Melissa? I ain't got my coffee yet. I need to order it. Give me some coffee. Good morning, everybody. Good morning. Good morning. Good morning. What's up, Tracy? Did y'all hear? Today's good news, Renee. What up, Renee? Yeah, I think I think a cruise might be good, Tracy. We're gonna talk about it. We're gonna get a panel to cut discuss. Me, you, and uh Melissa. Maybe later on today or something, we could get a little group chat going on and put our put our trips together. Oh Melissa, don't you undo cruises? Yeah, the judge is not playing. RX says, good morning, Flo, good morning, fam, good morning, slippery ass trolls. That's the oil up and upset today. Baby oil was spilleth all over the fucking place yesterday, and I love it. Baby oil was spilled all over the courtroom yesterday, and I like it. Judge Aaron Subramanian did like I said, I said I was watching. Remember, I told y'all. Not only am I watching for this ruling, but I was watching to see not only how the ruling, what ruling that the judge came with, but I wanted to see if the judge was gonna cuss motherfuckers out. And the judge did exactly what I wanted to see him do start cussing motherfuckers out in the way that the judge cusses people out. Not only did he slam all this bullshit Diddy and his counsel was talking about, he doubled down. Like Brutobe said, his tone was like, I am sick of you, motherfuckers. His tone said, We went through an eight-week trial. Your defense counsel, your defense attorneys are the ones who defined prostitution, and y'all defined prostitution, and I allowed it, and y'all gave it to the jury. And based off your definition of prostitution, the jury came back and found Sean Mohawk Diddy Combs found him guilty of the manner. Now, all of a sudden, y'all want to act like this court had the wrong definition of prostitution. Diddy and his legal counsel that had to be the biggest smack in the face. That had to be the biggest smack in the face. We sat here through this whole eight-week long ass trial, and you think my ass don't know the fucking definition of prostitution? What type of judge would I be? Oh, okay. And real quick, y'all, Melissa. I'm glad you brought this up. Now, did I see the wrong article? For some reason, I thought so for some reason I thought he did let him change into other claws. Let me see. Oh no, he did, Melissa. Melissa, let's correct that because I was confused on that too. I have an order here that says in the order of the United States District Court versus Sean Combs upon the application of Tenny R. Garagos, attorney for the defendant, Sean Combs. It is hereby ordered that the defendant Sean Combs, inmate 37452-054. I like the little inmate numbers, don't y'all? Inmate number 37452-054 will be permitted to receive non-prison clothing at the MDC to wear for his sentencing on October 3rd. He is permitted to have one button-down shirt, one pair of pants, one sweater, and one pair of shoes without laces to wear to court. So, Melissa, I guess we do have to correct that. He's getting to wear his little fuddy duddies. What's up, Big R? Big Mama, Big Mama. I love his big mama. What's up, big R? Big R in the building, y'all. Everybody say, What's up? What's up, Rachel? It's all good, Melissa. Y'all know Melissa every now and then she comes with her neighbors' news. Did that dude tell you that, Melissa? Remember, we told you that dude is barred from he's barred from ever giving us any information. Did that one dude give you that information, Melissa? Tell the truth. The dude who uh who had it wrong before? Yeah, the judge, the judge, the chef wrote a letter. Um, so let's talk about it. Let's talk about let's talk about the ins, the ins and outs of this letter. We just went into the fact that Diddy could put on some new clothes, blah, blah, blah. So let's see. Uh, let's get into what happened. Uh Sean Combs denied new trial or acquittal. Let's talk about it. Let's talk about it. Good. Melissa said, don't worry about it. The fake news guy don't work with her no more. He has been banished from the flow community until perpetuity. Whatever the hell that means. This comes from deadline. Let's get into this, y'all. And it's members only. Is it the members only episode so quiet and calm? And it's so becoming. Nobody's trolling. Nobody has weird profile picks. I love it. I love it. I love it. I love it. Yeah, Friday. We're having a party. Friday. I'm going live. I'm going live Friday. Everybody's invited. We're going to have a sentence and party. We're going to talk about some of the letters. We're going to talk about some of the letters that some of us might have missed mail Mac. We'll go over a couple of the letters. Melissa says she loves, she loves members-only episodes without all the damn trolls. Isn't it cool? I'm like, I'm a respray shell though. I can't wait for Friday. We're having a party. We have one of them one of them parties when you come in and they're playing this is how we do it. This is how we do it. This is how we do it. You know, if you hear this is how we do it, you know you had a fucking party. If you hear this is how we do it, them motherfuckers is partying in there. This is how we do it. It's Friday night, and I feel alright. The party's here on the west side. So I reach for my party and I flip it up. Designate the drivers to the keys to my truck. Hit the shot because I'm faded. Money could be in, and money could be made it. It feels so good in my hood tonight. The summertime serves and the guys with canal. All the gangbangers forgot about the drive bys. You gotta get your groove on before you go get paid. Hey, yes, yes, let's do that right now. Y'all, let's have some extra prayers right now for uh for uh uh Lily. She's having some medical testing this morning. She needs extra prayers and positive energy. So let's see some prayers. Let's get some prayers, y'all. Uh as Juice is outside doing his morning, what he does in the morning. So let's get some prayer. Lord, we're playing, we're praying for a uh uh a positive outcome on Lily's Lily's. Um on this testing. I'm sure everything's gonna be great. This is from the flow community. Prayers, prayers, prayers. Everybody put your hands together for Lily. Everything's going to be fine. So we'll be checking on Lily. We'll be checking on Lily. Uh, everybody, I see all the praying hands. Megan, hey, Megan, Mel, Mac, Renee, Melissa. And Tracy's praying, everybody's praying. So as we have the prayers, let's get into this from the deadline. From the deadline, end of the road, Sean Combs denied new trial or acquittal, synthesing in sex trafficking case this week. Unless Donald Trump is finally coming through with that much considered pardon for his old pal, there will be no near 11th hour reprieve for Sean Combs ahead of this week's synthesis in a much accused more money, more problems performers sex trafficking case. The government at trial presented overwhelming evidence of Combs's guilt under the MAN Act on many occasions with respect to both Ventor and Jane. Judge Aaron Subbermanian said in an order just posted in the federal docket with reference to both Combs' ex-girlfriends, Cassie Ventura and the pseudonym Jane, in the 16-page opinion, in order, the judge noted that evidence consisted of testimony from Ventura and Jane, testimony from the escorts involved and evidence from the text messages and emails. The government proved its case many times over. After less than two hours, a two less than a two-hour long hearing on the morning of September 25th in federal court in a wet, well I say in a wet New York City, I guess it was raining, on a defense's post-trial motions for a new trial on acquittal for combs, Judge Tebermanian promised prosecutors, the defendant, and his team that he would rule very shortly. Having overseen Combs' often-grueling eight-week trial and July 2nd jury verdict of a guilty on just two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. Judge Subbermania pushed the notion of shortly taking over several days to finally hand down his decision. With an appeal set to be made, today's ruling still now fully clears the way for the long scheduled October 3rd sentencing of the 55-year-old Bad Boy Records founder. As it stands, even with the almost certain federal government shutdown as of midnight Tuesday, the courts are anticipated to stay open and mainly running until at least the end of week. So no sentencing delay for Diddy. So what they're basically saying, the government shutdown can't even save Diddy's ass. The government shutdown can't even save Diddy's ass. Uh Mel Max says, I love to see the trolls being proved wrong. Tehra, am I autocorrect? I'm sending you lots of love and prayers. Big R, that's what I thought. Yeah, for sure. Yep, Cassie wrote a letter too. I see that in the thing in the chat. Also, if the longer than expected wait for a new trial or acquittal decision raise hopes for the defense, the judge quashed them today. That by itself might be enough to dispose of Combs' challenge. He says of the government's case on the prostitution charges, but the others factors don't, the other factors don't do much to help Combs either. He concedes that under the second factor, if the inflammatory evidence would have been admissible anyway on a separate trial for the remaining counts, then his claim of spillover prejudice likely fails. That narrows any factual challenges to evidence unrelated to the MAN Act charges, like arson or forced labor, to give a few examples. But on the first factor, it isn't at all clear that this evidence worked to incite the jury or prejudice cause. It weighs heavily that the jury declined to convict him on any of the counts related to that conduct. Had the prejudice indeed been so great, one would expect a jury to convict on the most relevant counts before it could spill over and infect the others. A new trial is not warranted. Plain as day, this is a quote directly from the judge's paperwork. A new trial is not warranted. A prison guard wearing combs was in attendance last Thursday, his first time back in court since the end of his trial almost three months ago. Many members of Combs' family and remaining inner circle were there too. They are all expected to be back in court on Friday for the sentencing hearing. Found not guilty this summer by the eight men and four women jury on the sex trafficking and racketeering charges and a big defeat for the U.S. attorneys of office of the Southern District of New York. Diddy no longer faces the possibility of life behind bars. The counts, Combs was found guilty of carrying to carry a max sentence of 10 years each, but at this point, no one believes that the Grammy winner is going to serve anything near 20 years once sentenced. Early in the morning of September 30th, East Coast Time, the feds uh filed victim statements in their 164-page sentencing recommendation with a suggested 11 years and three months in prison in federal prison for combs and hefty fine in the significant in a significant six-digit ramp. The Mark Agnaphilly on Tina Garagos led defense are bringing a much lighter hand aiming for 14 months with time already served. The latter circumstance would see Combs, who has been holed up teaching uh business courses in Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center since his arrest in September 2024 out before Christmas. Though it took longer than anticipated, the denial of a new trial and an acquittal for combs by the judge comes as little surprise. Pointing to Combs' admitted acts of violence and abuse over the years, Judge Subbermanian has repeatedly denied Combs'$50 million bail pitches in previous attempts. Still hoping to shift the case to a First Amendment basis, Combs' lawyers on September 24th argue that when push comes to shove, the drug-fueled and paid male escort added freak-offs were simply their now sober client producing highly choreographed sex tapes with his lovers. Corn videos by any other name that Combs and his girlfriends could watch for their viewing pleasure at a later date, nothing more. What we're left with in this is a case about adults who travel interstate and participated in a threesome. Defense lawyer Alexander Shapiro asserted at the September 25th hearing of the marathon sex uh sessions, the statute should be construed narrowly, essentially to only apply to pimp. She added of the races and sexes originating of the man act. Defans, however, took another view last week in court, shutting down that constitutional angle. Miss Ventura was getting punched in the face. Attorney Christy Slavic said. She said of another Combs girlfriend and frequent uh freak-offs, the defendant was providing drugs to all parties. Before wrapping up things in court. Before wrapping up things in court, the man act criminalizes transportation of individuals for the purpose of prostitution. Slavik told the judge and others in the Chinatown adjacent Daniel Patrick, United States, it does not criminalize filming sex acts of any kind. Before wrapping things up in court Thursday, Judge Severmanion asked the defense if they would be throwing up any objections on sentencing if their motions were denied. This is from attorney Shapiro said that it would not be denied. Also, on September 25th, after the hearing was over and done, the judge denied a September 23rd defense filing to allow Combs non-prison filing for the session of this week's sentencing. But the application was made the afternoon before the hearing, and it doesn't explain the basis for clothing order of this kind outside the context of jury trial. The court will entertain an application relating to the sentence and proceeding, but it needs to provide some explanation along these lines. Friday saw Combs team send another letter and attach proposed order to the judge seeking non-prison clothing. For the defendant for the October 3rd sentencing, the citizen proceeding holds significant importance for Mr. Combs, the two-page correspondence, and so on and so forth. He wishes to appear before court addressed your honor in a more dignified way. Today, in the tease of his later motions ruling, Judge Sebermania issued an order that Combs will be permitted to receive non-prison clothing at the MDC, as he had during the trial this summer. The judge got very specific, though. He is permitted to have one button-down shirt, one pair of pants, one sweater, and one pair of shoes without laces to wear to court. Early in this week, Combs, ex-stylist Nash filed a sexual battery. We don't have to get into that. Bottom line, this court believes that there's no way Diddy should be uh uh have a new trial. Everything was covered in the old trial. Uh the defense, their own defense was that uh the day that the prop prostitution was not defined correctly. Um and all of that being said, the judge is like, look, y'all use your own definition of prostitution. How in the hell can y'all come back after the fact and now say the definition was wrong? Make it make sense. Mia will be uh coming to talk. Uh they they are they're lining up to lining her up to talk at the sentencing. If you remember, Mia was an assistant who uh claims she was uh sexually assaulted by Mohawk Diddy. And they are setting up where Mia will be able to talk at the sentencing. Who knows what she's gonna say? Who knows what she's gonna say? But one thing I do know Cassie's parents even spoke. Let's go over what Kathy, what Cassie's parents said. This is from Kathy's uh Cassie's parents. Dear Judge Sebermania, we are writing you as extremely concerned parents regarding the upcoming sentencing of the defendant reverenced above. We have read many online reports that the state that the months are being suggested for his punishment as opposed to the many years that we feel he deserved. So they they they they they don't like the discrepancy in the time that Diddy's looking at. 11 years is the length of time his horrific nightmares lasted. During that time, our daughter, this talking about Cassie, was beating repeatedly and exposed to harmful and copious amounts of drugs. She was held like a prisoner, kidnapped by the defendant when her face told the story of a beating. She was coerced to perform sexual acts with strangers, prostitutes for the defendant's own sexual gratification. None of the sexual acts were consensual, as there is no consent in a domestic violence relationship. There was always the threat of violence. Everything she did with, for, and because of this defendant was self preservation. She was just trying to survive. She was in an actual fact brutalized by the defendant's power and money. Our daughter. Is dealing with psychological, emotional, as well as physical aftermath of the abuse she endured at the hands of the defendant. She will be left to deal with the trauma of his abuse far beyond a 27-month sentence with time served, as suggested by the defense attorneys. Cassie's parents going in on this. No, Mia wasn't the chef. No, Mia wasn't the chef, y'all. Mia, the chef is Chef Jordan. Mia is a different person. But Cassie's parents are going in. We believe the charges that the defendant was convicted of are not only federal crimes, but they are also severe violations of human self-worth and freedom. Clearly, a vow of abuse of power coupled with immense disregard for human life. To sentence lightly in this case that involved such vicious abuses of our daughter's body, safety, and dignity to dismiss her very existence. To sentence lightly would also send a dangerous message. A sentence that is handed down in months ahead, in months, I'm sorry, instead of years, sends a message that such repulsive behavior can happen without meaningful consequences. In closing, we, her parents, urge you to deliver a sentence that appropriately reflects the severity and depravity of the abuse, the breach of trust, and the suffering that our daughter experienced. The justice system must be a place where the voices of those who have endured sexual and physical abuse are heard, believed, and honored with appropriate accountability. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Regina and Roderick Ventura, Cassie Ventura's parents. That was well written. And I don't even think that wasn't even that wasn't Chat GPT either. That was well written. Uh behind the time that they're looking for. That was well written. Court is Friday, not tomorrow. Also, you know who Cassie also had a put a letter. Yeah, these letters is is are very impactful. Very impactful letters that have been written. Yep, definitely wasn't. So let's go to News Nation. That was a very impactful letter, but like Ms. Melissa said, you can tell which letters are made with Chat GPT because the other real ones have actual emotion and are way more powerful than a generated letter. So we're just gonna cover Cassie's letter. Cassie Penn's letter to Judge Diddy denied new trial before sentencing. Now, Cassie Ventura says she fears her ex Sean Mohawk Diddy Combs will come after her and her family if he's let out of jail after sentencing on Friday. Y'all hear that? Cassie told the judge, we are in danger if Diddy comes home uh Friday. Ventura and her parents sent separate letters to the judge Aaron Subirmania, which we already read the parents' letter, calling for a lengthy sentence for Diddy at his hearing. Ventura wrote that while she has come to trust no one, she has hope for justice and accountability. Combs has held in the New York jail for the last 13 months after his arrest on federal sex trafficking charges. A jury convicted him in July on two counts of prostitution, and he was found not guilty of racketeering and sex trafficking. The charges, we already know what he's found guilty of. But in her letter, Cassie described the eleven-year horrific relationship with Diddy. She repeated allegations that she was groomed by combs, filled with drugs, alcohol, so he could control her like a puppet. These are her words. And sex became her full-time job. Combs used violence, threats, substances, and controls over her career to trap her in over a decade of abuse, is what Cassie has wrote in this letter. Cassie, and I quote, he controlled every part of my livelihood and threatened to destroy my reputation by leaking sex tapes, a threat he repeated often. His power over me eroded my independence and sense of self until I felt I had no choice but to submit. She continued. I regularly worried that displeasing him meant putting my family and friends' safety at risk. And this is one of the overwhelming themes in her letter to the court was her safety being at risk. Her parents' safety, her friends' safety, her safety, her children's safety. Opening the letter, Ventura wrote to the judge that she had been in a cycle of thought and then overthought writing this letter to him. Those are powerful words to tell a judge. That based on this experience, which has to do with the judge, the judge has his own. This is the judge's court. So her experience is based a lot on off of him. And basically, she's saying, based on this experience with you in this case, I've learned that victims and survivors will never be saved. Hell of a statement. Victoria says she moved her family out of New York amid fears of retribution for testifying against Combs. My worries that Sean Combs or his associates will come after me and my family is my reality, she wrote. Listen to what she said. As much progress as I have made in recovering from this abuse, I remain very much afraid of what he is capable of and the malice he undoubtedly harbors towards me for having the bravery to tell the truth. Cassie says she has taken steps to confront the horrific memories of her past through rehab and therapy. While what he did to me is always present, I am slowly learning how to live my life free of the fears and horrors I endure. And in doing so, I'm fully devoted to my husband and my children, she said. Very, very strong. Very, very strong letter. Some people have predicted some some uh some attorneys. Uh uh Eric, I think Eric Fudali is an attorney at the Bloom firm, said it's tough to predict what the judge will do, as he has a broad description in both what he considers and how he rules. My hope is, however, that although the sentence will only be for the prostitution charges uh for which the guilty verdicts were delivered, the judge will consider the evidence of violence by Mr. Combs that was admitted to by his defense team and presented over and over during the trial. I also hope that his accusers will feel some semblance of justice and closure as a result of whatever sentence is handed down. With all this going on, if y'all was to have to put y'all money on it, what y'all think this sentence is about to be? Can Diddy be sentenced to 11 years of prison? Details explored as Judge Denise bid. There are some people that feel like he might get, he might be uh, I'm going live as soon as the sentencing uh starts. So as soon as the sentencing starts, I'll be going live. Big big R says nothing under ten years. Let's look in this article. Let's see what they say. And uh the maximum fine is five hundred thousand dollars. Five hundred thousand dollars are the monetary damages. Uh his conviction raises no constitutional problem. Terra said she won fifteen. Let's see what let's see what y'all saying in here. Mel Max said I'm thinking fifteen is possible. Tracy said eighteen. They say they can't go over twenty, uh, Tracy. Everybody, all the all the experts saying 20 is the max. That's what I'm hearing. Tara said she'll have hers ride up. Say she ain't write that letter. Cassie let lawyer wrote it. She still loves pups. Supporters are delusional. Yeah, this is a good point too, uh, Elise. I want to see who's gonna show up and who's gonna speak for Diddy. I do want to see that. I wanna see who's gonna show up. I wanna see who's gonna show up and stick their neck out. Who's gonna who's gonna show up and stick their neck out for Diddy? Who's gonna put their name on the line? Lord say five years. I'm thinking fifteen possible. Some reason I don't know, I'm thinking five to eight. But I will not be surprised if it's more, the way the way shit sounded. I'm just thinking five to eight for some reason. That's just in my head, but um, I wouldn't be surprised if it's ten or more, to be honest. I'm not gonna be surprised if it's ten or more. Like at all. I don't know why five to eight is just kind of in my in my head for some reason. I don't know though, but we'll see. It could be ten, might be fifteen. I could see ten. For some reason, I could see ten. But if I had to put my money on it, I'm going five to eight. But I would not be surprised if we see ten if we see ten or more. So who knows if it's even gonna be over ten or eleven years. Yeah, the judge needs a judge needs a podcast for real. This this is all over the place. This is all over the place. But let's see, let's see, let's see. What's this right here? This is okay, that's the parents. That's what the judge said. So the prostitution submitted uh, so I see here that the prostitution submitted letters regarding victim statements as sentencing, in addition to the victim impact statements submitted by the government in advance of sentencing. Under the Crime Victims Rights Act, victims of an offense have the right to be heard at court proceedings, which include sentencing. So a second circuit has held that while statutory victims have a right to speak at sentencing, there is no limit on who the district may permit to speak. So they are. Yeah, Elise said she was in New York waiting to be called by the prosecution, and I don't understand how she was not called. Another thing that just doesn't make sense. He said, Diddy told her this the chef. He said that you weren't supposed to be talking to her unless it's about food. He also cursed her out when he saw her speaking to guests at one of his parties. He was watching her from across the room. Then he pulled her to the side and said she wasn't supposed to be talking to anybody. She said Diddy was a fucking menace. She said during her time of working with Diddy, she was extremely overworked, underpaid, and mentally abused and exploited. Not only was I exploited by SC Sean Combs, also was exploited by the HR department. She said she was there firsthand to witness Sean and Cassie's volatile relationship. She said when she started working with Sean Combs, Cassie uh was in the grooming stage. Like Diddy was just grooming. If this, hey, look, if she's able to talk, if she's able to talk at Cinderson, Diddy through. Diddy is through. Big R said it made no ex no, it made no sense to not call the chef. It didn't make no sense. I don't I don't understand what what logic was behind not calling somebody who has been through the type of shit she said she been she had been through. Really don't make no sense. She said more stuff. She said dealing with Diddy caused her hair to start falling out. She had anxiety attacks, heart palpitations. She asked HR if they could rush her benefits through because she needed to see a doctor. I was diagnosed with stress-induced alopecia and extreme anxiety attacks. I was prescribed Zolos. Throughout this time, I was constantly calling the office, asking for help and begging for off days. When you work 17 to 21 hours a day, you never really rest. Because your body and your mind is still racing when you lay down. And then by the time you relax, you got to get back up for the next day. HR kept streaming me along, saying they would get me help so I can have my off days. Thinking at some point things would change, but they never did. And that's when I quit. And she says, when he when she when he quit, when she quit, it enraged Diddy even more. He kept saying I couldn't fucking quit on him. As I was walking out of the house, he was following me, screaming, cussing, and berating her. Once the door was open, Sean Combs used all of his might to push me out the damn door. This judge has some work to do. It's some people that want to see Diddy have they don't want to hear about no fucking time served. People ain't trying to hear about no time served and no three, four, five years. Anything less than five years, people gonna be going the fuck off. I can already see that now. This judge has no choice but to do five years or more, and even five years, people gonna be pissed off. But I think he can get away with five years. Anything less than that, they're gonna be coming for his head. If he tries that he's gonna have to go five, eight, ten years. He's gonna have to be in that ballpark to either have a chance to to to not be getting cussed the fuck out. I think ten years will make everybody happy, though. I'm gonna be honest. I think 10 years, you won't hear much complaints. If he gets 10 years, I don't believe that you're gonna hear much complaining. You're gonna hear some complaints if he gets five, but not as many. He gets less than five, people are gonna be going the fuck off. I'm telling y'all that right now. I'm telling y'all that right now. People are going to be going off if he gets three or four years or some time serve shit. Anything like that. Big Arsay, five apiece, yes. Anything less than that, people are gonna be going off. People gonna be going off. You'll you gonna see a fucking zoo in the streets if you see somebody say uh time fucking served. Time fucking served. I really have a feeling in my heart that he's gonna get some time. We don't know what his full probation evaluation report says. They could bury him. They can bury his ass. I just really think that this judge is not gonna be playing around. This judge has been seeming like he is not on no time serve. Big R says, do you know how much security is going to be downtown New York Friday? Oh my god, it's gonna be so much security. It's about to be crazy. But y'all, let's get ready. Uh, like I said, I'm gonna be starting my live around the time that the that the that the that the uh that the sentencing starts.

SPEAKER_00:

Not playing with them. Let's get the air uh at our mouse in the chat. Tomorrow we're right back. We will be discussing everything.
