The Flo Show, no filter

We Built A Community, Fought For Justice, And Celebrated 200,000 Downloads

Flo Season 1 Episode 285

Send us a text

The energy hits before the intro finishes: we’re one year deep, nearly 200,000 downloads strong, and officially in the top five percent on Apple and Spotify. This anniversary isn’t about confetti—it’s about the community that pushed a “not a big talker” to pick up the mic, keep it unedited, and make a space that feels like a group FaceTime where truth still wins.

We celebrate with shoutouts and stories, then get serious with an update on the Sonya Massey case. A former Illinois deputy was found guilty of second-degree murder after killing a Black mother of two in her own kitchen—a verdict that took relentless attention, viral coverage, and a public that refused to look away. We break down the body-cam gaps, partner testimony, and hiring failures that let a repeatedly disciplined officer keep a badge. The bigger question drives the conversation: if second-degree murder can still mean probation, what does accountability really look like? Policy needs to catch up—transparent work histories, consistent camera use, and hiring standards that protect the public, not reputations.

Then we pivot with bite: Diddy’s push to fast-track his appeal before a four-year sentence runs out, and a Halloween reality check that swaps designer costumes for baked fish and a tray under fluorescent lights. It’s a moment that blends cultural commentary with a clear point about how timelines and privilege collide in the legal system. Through it all, we keep the tone that brought you here—no filter, plain talk, steady humor, and a room that feels like family. Year two brings upgrades—new set, new cameras, same realness. If you’ve been riding with us, thank you. If you’re new, pull up a chair.

If you felt this, share it with a friend, hit follow, and drop a review. Tell us when you found the show and what this community means to you—we’re building the next year together.

Mr. Flow is right here. All day long. Melissa says, So grateful for this community and all the amazing people I have met in this chat. Love you all. Grateful for you all. So, one of the monumental cases that I covered, I was a big part of beginning spreading the word about. Do y'all remember Sonia Massey? This is part of our um um um appreciation and and celebration of this podcast. Y'all know we attack real issues and we help real people. One of the real people and one family that I helped over this last year was Sonia Massey. Um, I believe this was in Chicago. She was a black woman who called for help from the police because she heard some noise outside. Two cops came, they were aggressive with her. She was she was uh washing dishes or do or cooking or something in her room in her kitchen, and the cop ended up putting a gun to her, and she said, I rebuke you in the name of Jesus, and he put his gun up to her. Well, he she said, I rebuke you in the name of Jesus because he was being real disrespectful to her, but they were at a distance, and he put his gun up and shot her dead, and I raised hell, and he was gonna get away with it. Well, we just just today, yesterday. Um she just today yes, well, today I found out it happened yesterday. Um that he was convicted. The piece of shit who killed that poor woman. Um he was convicted. And that was great news to come in on his anniversary, and that was great news. So y'all remember that story, Sonia Massey? If y'all remember that story, let us know in the chat. But I went, I made that story go viral by myself. Like, I picked up that story and I was getting millions of views every time I posted about it. And next thing I know, we got some damn justice for the idiot who killed this poor woman who called the police for help and ended up dead because of those same police. Thank you so much, Elise. For all the fam, you are the best. Thank you for the ten dollar holla. I appreciate it so much. So, Illinois deputy, Illinois deputy, uh, what's his name? Illinois deputy found guilty of murder and shooting Sonia Massey, a black woman who called 911 asking for help. So glad that they convicted that dude. So many times these cops get away with with killing folk and hurting folk. And so the jury finds former Illinois Sheriff Deputy guilty of second-degree murder and the killing of Sonia Mass. Thank you so much because you know. C. Tuck, what's up, baby? It's the anniversary, bro. And I don't know if you talked to Cash last night. We were trying to uh do our business call yesterday. Um, but cash called me too late, so we'll get it handled today. C Tuck on the anniversary. I don't know if you was at you talked to Cash already. If you haven't, we own it today, my boy. Appreciate you. C. Tuck on the anniversary coming in a little bit late, but it's all good, better late than never. Never late is better. So check out a jury found Sean Grace, this asshole cop who I have to say, I was a I played a big part in bringing this story to justice because wasn't nobody talking about it. And I started talking about it, I was getting millions of views every time I spoke on it. And next thing I know, they arrested the fucking cop. And now we actually got a conviction. Y'all know normally these cops get to go about their business, but not when you're fucking with the flow show no filter and flow daddy flow on social media. Y'all know I don't play about especially my women and children. I stick up for guys too, but women and children, I'm on your ass. Women and children, I'm on your ass like Charmin. But I ain't soft like Charming. So I am feeling great to have some type of news like that on an anniversary. Exactly. All she said is I rebuke you in the name of Jesus. While this cop was being disrespectful and asking her all kinds of questions like she did something wrong, all she said was I rebuke you in the name of Jesus. And um, he killed, shot her damn near point blank range, y'all. So to announce that this asshole was convicted yesterday is a beautiful, beautiful, ain't no templotting, so Angie. This sandpaper Charmin, I'll be on your ass like Charmin made out of sandpaper about my women and children. Y'all know I don't fuck around. I'm the man. When it's a bunch of men around, I'm a man amongst men. I'm a boss amongst bosses. You know what that means? That means when I'm in a room full of men, I'm the man in that room. I don't back down or duck and dodge nobody. I'm here for justice. If you have a problem with it, y'all know I don't, y'all know I don't give a fuck. Uh this was in Springfield, I believe. Uh, male Mac, we're gonna go over it real quick. Let me give y'all some let me give y'all some background. Um I don't know if I can show. No, you can't see it. Anyway, let's let's let's let's uh get into this. So this Springfield, Illinois. So this was in Springfield, Mail Mac. A jury found Sean Grayson, a former Saga Sangamon County Sheriff's Deputy, guilty of second-degree murder Wednesday in the killing last year of Sonia Massey inside her own home in Springfield. A case that sparked national outrage and calls for police reform. The police, mostly white, 12-member jury, uh, announced its verdict one week after testimony began in a case that focused on graphic police body camera footage of Gragson, who was white, fatally shooting uh Massey, a 36-year-old black mother of two. She had two children she left behind because of this asshole. Um, after after he repeatedly shouted at her to drop a pot of boiling water. Look how they're trying to make this sound. He repeatedly shouted, shouted at her to drop a pot of boiling water. She was over there cooking. She didn't in no way act like she was gonna throw no water or say it, or she wasn't aggressive at all. She was cooking. You bowl water when you're making noodles. Like this story pissed me off. Anyway, uh the prosecution accusations that Grayson repeatedly failed to follow law enforcement policies, uh training or training, damaging testimony from Grayson's partner that suggested Grayson didn't do enough to help uh save Massey's life after shooting her. And Grayson's own testimony that shooting Massey was way was a way to match the level of her threatening actions. After she hit the ground, he didn't even get her help. He was trying to figure out how to get his story straight. They left her there to just bleed out. Y'all know I had to cook his ass. See, that's why I'll be trying to tell people when they get, see, a lot of people got know me from Diddy. A lot of I got a lot of people from Diddy. So they know me from celebrity. People don't know I help the common folk even more than the celebrity folks. The Sign Your Masters of the world, the Rasheem Carters of the world, these names that y'all might not know, these were some of my biggest cases. And so the people, that's why my day ones are they ride for me so hard because they know I go hard for the common people. I don't give a fuck about celebrity. I only cover some celebrity crime because I come from that world and I'ma help cleanse that world. But to be honest, my passion and my heart is always reserved for the common people, the common person. That's why, no matter how many people know me or how people see me, they be like, oh, like I'm like, know me and think I'm famous, I'm always, I don't give a fuck how big I get. I will always be down for the everyday common American, common person, not even just American. So yeah, people say she did not deserve any of that. The verdict is the culmination of an incident that spurred protests across the country that highlighted the treatment of black citizens at the hands of law enforcement officers, including a statement from then President Joe Biden, who said Massey's death reminds us that all too often black Americans face fears for their safety in ways many of the rest of us do not. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Demonstrations occur. Demonstrations occurred across America behind us, 75 miles from where Massey was killed, July 6, 2024. Uh Grayson's lawyer argued that Klein couldn't get a fair trial in Illinois Capitol City because of the news coverage. The case also underscored law enforcement's often imperfect hiring practices, as Grayson had previously worked for five other law enforcement agencies and got hired by the sheriff's office despite some previous employers criticizing his performance. This idiot was fired from every law enforcement place he worked at in Illinois, Springfield, wherever, they hired him despite all of that. And look what happened. This asshole kills an innocent citizen, a poor woman, and you there with a police officer, and you got backup. How are you intimidated by some fucking water? And she's not even nowhere near close enough to you to even throw the water on you. She never was aggressive, she never picked it up and went his way with it. Nothing. And then he popped her. I'm telling you, that's what happened. He already had that in his mind. He already had in his mind, like, okay, I'm gonna say she was gonna throw that boiling water on me. And when you see, look at the footage, there was no way on God's green earth she was throwing no fucking water at your dumb ass. But that's what you get for fucking around. Like I said, not on my watch. You can look at my old Instagram posts. I have millions of views on that Sonia Massey coverage because on that Sonia Massey story, because I was going to fuck off. Why did they even hire this dude who had been fired and let go from like five other law enforcement agencies? Now, after Massey's death, Governor Pritzer approved a measure requiring local and state law enforcement agencies in Illinois to be more transparent about former uh officers, work histories when they seek employment with another police force. A local commission was also established in Massey's name for community leaders to examine certain issues, including uh societal inequalities and minority neighborhoods in the Springfield area. I stand with Sonia Massey, family and my community, uh Turner said. Grayson had also been charged with first degree murder, but the jury was allowed to consider convicting Grayson on second-degree murder, which is a lesser charge. He should have got first degree murder. That's the only thing I don't like about this police shit. They get way too much of the benefit of the doubt. He what he did was first degree murder by the letter of the law, by the letter of the law, and they give him second degree murder. But I ain't mad, I'm glad he was convicted. But I'm just saying the police get too much fucking leeway, man. They get cut too much slack when they just when you got and you got some good ones, but you got some bad ones that get away with too much shit, and then they make the good ones, they make the good ones. Um you know, then we start having to take a shit on the good ones. Lord Clipper said, Flo is flow is the man. Thank you so much, Lord. You are far too kind. Let's continue in this. Um, second degree murder does not carry mandatory prison time as defendants can be sentenced to four to twenty years in prison or even receive probation. So now we gotta watch this case and make sure they don't try to come with some slap on the fucking wrist when it comes to the the time that they're gonna get his asshole. Because they're saying second-degree murder doesn't carry mandatory time and um it could be four to twenty years or even receive probation. That's some bullshit. That's some bullshit. Nah, Massie had been stuck had been suffering from some mental health challenges. All she did was utter the words please God repeatedly, when Grayson and his partner arrived at her home on the outskirts of Springfield. Um she basically had nice exchanges with him, but the defendant got mad at the woman who was just merely standing in her kitchen. They noted while Grayson's partner, Dawson Farley, immediately activated his body camera upon arrival at the scene. Grayson failed to turn on his camera until later. A pattern that they argue that Grayson repeatedly did not follow law enforcement policies or training. See, he didn't know his partner had his fucking camera, had his body cam on. So he thought it would be nobody to say that nobody around to say nothing, and he thinks, hey, look, it's his words against a person, a dead person. So if there was no body camera uh uh footage, there was no body cam footage. Uh he was thinking that nobody would be able to say if she was throwing the boiling water on him. He might have even picked up some of that water and put a little bit of it on his arm, like spray, put some on his arm or something to try to try to frame the shit, but it didn't work because the partner came in there with his body cam on. That's what your ass get. I'm about as pissed about this story as I was the day it broke. Because she should still be here. Yeah, she like you said, he's a devil. Yeah, and a lot of people said that. C-Tuck says, I think after they arrived, her spirit got disturbed by the one officer. That's why she was calling on God. I agree with you, C Touch. I agree with you, man. Just wasn't right at all. Tracy says she's she's received more help from firefighters, firefighters. Exactly, Elise. Damn right, that's first degree murder. It only takes a second to form malice. Yeah, that's first degree murder. Like, that ain't no second degree. They better not try no probation. And they better, he better get like, see, and that ain't even a lot. I think he might only, man, that that that ain't right though. That they gotta to say that from four to 20 years, that means he if they don't fuck around trying to give him probation, it means man, he might get like four or five years or something for taking a whole life. That's foul. That's foul, and that is the reason why I do what I do. Uh Cynthia says, Happy one-year anniversary. Thank you so much, Cynthia. She says, At least Massey got justice. Yes, I can agree with that. Oh, and I know, Judge, just so sick of Diddy. What the hell is this BS? Oh, yeah, we're gonna get to Diddy ass. We're gonna get to Diddy ass and his emergency. Uh uh Diddy pissed. Diddy feel like everybody been just taking his money, which we already said. I already tried to tell Diddy that the lawyers was just taking his money. Now he's mad because he feels like the lawyer is just taking his money, and ain't no, he ain't getting out no time soon. Ain't no pardon. Everything the lawyers have been telling him is just a bunch of lies. Renee says dirty cops give the good cops a bad reputation. It sucks. It sure do. Somebody said probation. Fuck no. I agree with you. I couldn't have said it better myself. Yeah, it was the dialogue after the incident that was most disturbing. They was talking about how they gonna how they trying to hide it. Yeah, his partner was a real one. He probably can't stand that part. Uh Tracy said Diddy's squeaky wheel ain't gonna get the oil. No, it ain't. Happy anniversary. Thank you so much, uh, Krista Kirsten Kira. Happy anniversary, Flo. Thank you so much. We're about to get into this Diddy Diddy shit for a minute and talk about some more cases, but let's see what Diddy got going on. But let me read some of the happy anniversary messages real quick. People have been coming through. Somebody said, Got uh Malita, Malita. If you whenever you're listening, I think Malita listens to the audio version. Shout out to Melita, Melydia says, Gosh, I remember when we all suggested names because I was wondering what the name of my podcast was gonna be. And my my community, y'all actually named this podcast. You know, I ain't vain, I wasn't vain enough to have a podcast named after me. So that came from y'all. I wasn't thinking of flow, nothing, but everybody who was naming it kept saying the flow show or flow this, flow this. So I said, I guess I gotta use my name. I guess I'm big time now. I can have a podcast just with my name. So that's how I even got the flow show. I didn't come up with the flow show, I actually just added no filter. So people wouldn't see the flow show and think it's about to be some bubblegum stuff. I want you to know you need to have your gram, your your your uh your big boy and big girl ears on when you come in this, when you come listening to me. So shout out to Melita who says, gosh, I remember when we all suggested names. Um Marcel, Marcella, shout out to Marcella says, congratulations on the one-year anniversary. Uh, who else? Who else? Who else? Damn, there's so many people. Stella says, I wonder who. Let's look high and low. Yep, yep, yep, yep. It's me. Uh Debbie says, Happy anniversary. Thank you, Debbie. I cut, I cut love, says, congrats, G. Shout out to uh i cut love underscore FMD. He's a barber out of Vegas. Um, everybody, I'm getting so many of these. E. Johnson says, Congratulations. I'm happy for you. Love your content. Thank you so much, sweet E. Johnson. Y'all show me so much love. I don't even understand it sometimes. I appreciate it, but I swear, I'm like, why do y'all love me so much? My extra regular ass. I don't do too much. I kind of stay in my lane. I just be regular as hell. And y'all love that. So, shit, we we we joined at the hip. Linda says, You are big time. Thank you, Linda. I feel so small. I still feel the same way I felt when I had no followers. Now I'm like at half a million followers, damn near across all social media, with the top 5% podcast, and just a very I'm a I'm a very I'm a force when it comes to media space. And when you're talking about journalists, I am amongst the top journalists as far as reach, as far as following. And so I feel exactly the same as I did before when nobody knew me. And that's the blessing to me. And what it tells me is it don't matter how fucking big I get, I'm going to be extra regular flow because I love to be that. I love to be natural, I love to keep it real, I love to stay relatable. Like, I'm just not Ray said, not extra, not extra regular. Yeah, it's amazing. When when I go places and people be like, Flow, is that flow? D flow, yeah. And they be like, I love your content, and it just be random people. It don't never get old, but I like I said, I just feel like I like the fact that I have a regular following. All of my fans, like, we feel like family when I see y'all. I don't, it's not like some starstruck superstar. It's it's like family, it's like me running into all this extended family that we didn't know we had. Flo is everybody's cousin, everybody's uncle, everybody's brother, everybody's son, everybody's grandson. I just that's what I want to be in life, and that's what I've always been. So, like I said, I thank you. Mel male said you're authentic. I thank you. I try to stay authentic. I love stuff to be our organic, and I'm gonna continue to do it. But on that note, let's get to this Diddy Diddy Diddy, because I see motherfuckers starting to scatter a little bit. A couple people done left. Damn, y'all. We're gonna get to Diddy. Y'all be Diddy in my ass to death, no Diddy. Dang, I'm about to talk about Diddy. Stay all asses in here for a minute. It's the fucking whole anniversary. You can't leave me during my anniversary. I'm gonna put a lock in the door. And once you come in this, once you come in this on this podcast, you ain't gonna be able to leave. I'm gonna lock y'all asses in here. And I ain't gonna mention Diddy one time. Once y'all locked in here, I'm gonna be talking about the Browns for hour. Torture y'all asses, believing me, because I ain't mentioned Diddy, Diddy, Diddy, the Diddy, the Diddy, Diddy. Tracy said, I'm like that extra shot of espresso in your coffee. I sure am. I sure am. I'm about to all them people that want to leave just because I ain't saying Diddy, I'ma lock your ass in here one day and I'm gonna talk about the Browns, and I'm gonna make that episode like two and a half hours. For two and a half hours, y'all gonna have to listen to me talk about my raggedy ass browns since y'all want to leave. Every time I don't mention Diddy, Diddy, the Diddy, the Diddy, Diddy, Diddy, Diddy. So let's get to Diddy. All these Diddy motherfuckers that that love when I talk about Mohawk Diddy. He's still Mohawk Diddy. So let's see what's going on with Mohawk Diddy. Uh, before a couple of you must a couple more of y'all try to skid daddy, which y'all. Y'all be skiddadding. Y'all be like, hey, look, y'all. Some of them be like, hey, he ain't talking about Diddy, y'all. Let's go. He ain't he said nothing about Diddy yet. I'm gonna come back. Hey, look, they be like, he ain't talking about Diddy, y'all. I'm gone. Like, damn, here we go. Here's one of y'all favorite thing to talk about. Here we go. Uh Diddy. Diddy from all hip hop, Diddy begs court to fast track appeal before his time runs out. Somebody said, There's that awesome giggle flow. Yeah, I it's so natural. I can't, I can't, I can only do it when it naturally comes out. I don't even know when I do that giggle. But yeah, Diddy begs court to fast track appeal before time runs out. Diddy running out of time. Diddy urge the court to speed up his appeal, arguing his four-year sentence could end before a decision is made on his man at conviction. Sean Diddy Combs is pressing the courts for speed, urging a federal appeals panel to fast-track his legal challenges before his four-year prison sentence runs its course. You see, four motherfuckers just came in here as soon as I start talking about Diddy. Y'all something else. Four people just picked up their phones. It's like they heard Diddy and they just said, Let me go back in here. So, anyway, the embattled hip hop moguls legal team filed a motion uh yesterday with the Second Circuit Court of Appeals asking for an accelerated schedule. His attorney, Alexandra Shapiro, warned that the standard 18-month appeal process could outlast his sentence, rendering the appeals meaningless. Mr. Combs' appeal of his sentence does not become moot while the appeal is pending. Shapiro is pushing for all briefs to be submitted by March and all arguments to be heard in April, a six-month timeline that will significantly significantly shorten the usual process. Prosecutors have already signed off on an expedited timeline which increases the likelihood of court approval unless scheduling issues arise. Diddy sit your ass down somewhere. Diddy is a fucking nuisance. Sit your ass down somewhere. Let us be make the call on the appeal. Submit that appeal to us. Deny. Yeah, that's all I was about to say. Look, deny. See how easy it is? We should run this country. Like, like, like, like, like, look, the community has spoken, diddy. Your ass denied, man. Your ass denied. Your big head ass is denied. Fuck, you denied. You know, no, no, no pill for you. We got nothing but maggot burgers for you, diddy. Like, sit your ass down somewhere. As a matter of fact, Diddy's gonna be celebrating Halloween in that bitch, too. Now he's already received a credit for one year served. So he ain't got that long to go, did he? Just sit down. Shit, your your appeal gonna take longer than your damn sentence. Diddy, diddy, this is just the the Lord, Diddy's lawyers trying to act like they're doing something and just taking more of his money. They say Diddy feel they say Diddy going bro. I don't know how true that is, but I know money is getting spent left and right. Angie, Angie made a good point. Angie, where were you at? Yeah, uh Angie. I ain't see none of my Angie's uh was it Tuesday? Because today Thursday. I think it was Tuesday, Angie. I didn't see none of my Angie's. I said, I gotta give me some, I gotta recruit me some more angies. I had like 20 Angies um in my chat. And Tuesday, I didn't have not one. Or I think it was Tuesday. I said, where are all my Angies at? Uh Angie slept in. Okay, well, just let just know that the community, we know, we know when somebody missing. Just know we always paying attention, we always worried about y'all asses. So y'all, y'all can y'all can relax. Angie just slept in. We always asking where all the angies was at. We was like, where the fuck is all the angies at now? We don't have time for our angies to be coming up missing. But I'm glad you made it for the one-year anniversary, y'all. This is this is history. Let me give y'all some of these boring facts real quick. Let me go back. Let me go back. Let me see. I gotta get. Look. Your, this is what ChatGPT told me. Your over 180,000 downloads places you among the most listened to indie independent podcast shows on the planet. On the planet. We do right now, we're doing five to ten thousand downloads per 30 days. That puts us in the top five percent out of four hundred and fifty thousand podcasts. I want everybody to hear this because y'all all made this possible. Let's do a little math right now. If it's four hundred and fifty thousand podcasts, if it's four hundred and fifty thousand podcasts out here, right? And we in the top five percent, that means we roughly are in the top twenty thousand out of four hundred and fifty thousand podcasts in one year. Mark my words before this whole thing is said and done. I will be the number one podcast person in the media space. Mark my words, and we gonna make that happen. I was telling Shauna this morning, my lofty number one goal was to get a hundred thousand downloads um my first year, which people was like told me that was that was um impossible or that was just hard to do. We did 200,000 basically in one year. My goal was a hundred thousand, and people told me that that wasn't reachable. I'm telling y'all this because for me to be this far down or or this known in the podcast world, coming from a person who never thought they would ever do a podcast. If you know me personally, you know I don't really talk a lot. I'm more of a listener. I have a lot of things to say, but I tend to listen more than I talk. So for me to be talking for hours and change every day, I didn't see that coming. And and that just shows you you never know what you're capable of until you push yourself or until other people push you. Y'all push me to do this podcast um shit, and and and it's the best thing to ever happen to me. I really love it. I love the community we building, and it's just I think you give me my bunny. Hey, look you say, uh Flo, I think you give my bunny the zoomies. Oh, that's good. I like that I give your bunny the zoomies. Thank you, Enoch. Enoch says, You're amazing, Flo. Thank you so much. And literally, and literally, this is another thing. For me to be kicking ass along with y'all to be kicking ass like this on podcasts, and anybody who knows me, shit. C Tucker tell you, Shana tell you, anybody who actually knows me knows that all I do is turn on the laptop and be who the fuck I am. Like, I don't, I'm not being no putting on no persona or trying to be something. I the same way I am when I open this laptop and talk to y'all, I'm the exact same way when I close this laptop. And so, like I've always told y'all, the biggest blessing about everything that's going on, and it means a lot to me, is that all of this is happening, and it's just me being exactly who I am. I'm not being nothing, I'm not trying to be extra, I don't try to do nothing. I just get on here and say, Flo, from the from the time I started this content creating journey, I told myself, and this is why I relate to more people. I said, I always want mine to appear like we on a FaceTime call or we on a phone call. And so that's how I present my news, that's how I present my podcast, that's why I make it very relaxed and very kind of impromptu because my before anybody knew anything, who the fuck Flo was, when I had like two followers, when I had like two followers across all platforms, I came in the game saying, I want to deliver my content, so anybody who follows me or is a fan of me, they will feel like they either talking to me on FaceTime or talking to me on the regular phone, and that's my secret. So to do it like that, and for us to have this success together like that means a lot. So, guess what? Angie says she loved the format. Thank you so much, Andy. Yep, not scripted. Desi said, not scripted, that's what I like. That's why I keep coming back. So let me tell y'all, let me tell you a quick story, and we're gonna get back to Diddy because I can say every time I don't mention Diddy, motherfucking stars scattered, but anyway, it's funny. But let me tell you. Um, I when I did my very first pilot for a podcast episode, I did a it had nothing to do with flow show no filter. It was just me seeing how if I could even do a podcast, if I could, if I could do interviews and stuff. I did an interview with a guy, uh pastor who everybody thought killed his wife, Micah Miller. If anybody remember Micah Miller, put rest in peace, Micah Miller in the chat. She was a young lady, a beautiful young lady who was married to a pastor and had a mysterious she unalived herself in a river or water, and to this day, everybody still thinks the pastor did it. I scored the interview with the pastor, they wanted me to interview him, and I had been calling his ass out. I was surprised when they reached out to me to do the interview. Anyway, I did the interview and I told my fans that they were so happy about it, but I told them it was gonna be uncut, and so when I dropped the interview, I had like kind of edited just a little bit, like I took a little bit of the like rambling out, and I took I took like the dead airspace out. Do y'all know everybody was on my back? All my fans was on my back. Like, you said you it was gonna be uncut, you edited. I said, shit, I just edited dead space and a little rambling, and that took a lot of work. I'm like, y'all think I want to do extra work? I said, okay, since y'all, since y'all like me, y'all don't want me to cut nothing out. I do when I do my official podcast, I'm not editing shit. And that's how this happened. This is another thing that came from my fans. They were saying they love the interview, but they was mad at me because I edited some shit. And I and I only did a little bit of editing, like I didn't, I only edited, like I said, a little of when he rambled a little bit, and I took out some of the dead space or whatever. That's all I did. But I said, okay, y'all want to be, y'all, y'all, y'all want no editing? Y'all telling me I don't have to do extra work. Um, and so I said, when I do my podcast, I'm not gonna do no editing. I don't need to edit. I'm so natural and genuine and authentic, I don't need to edit because this is just in me. When I turn on the laptop, I'm gonna give you everything, everything I got, everything I got, and um it just it was just it just worked out. But like I said, so that's why mine's impromptu, ain't no editing. We keep everything because my fans said we don't want no, uh, we don't want we don't want no editing. Tabitha said, you talk to us like we're friends and family. I thank you, Tabitha. And that's my that's always been my goal. And like I said, I think that's why people gravitate to my movement. And let me see. Uh Melissa says, I first saw you flow on the on the Facebook shorts, and then I was like, who is this? Let me see that fro. So yeah, before I'm about to get into Diddy and his Halloween shit and see what he's doing for Halloween. But while we're doing that, I would like everybody in the chat to uh put in the chat when you came across me. Did you come across me on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Apple? Where did you come across, Flo? Just like Melissa just said, what were you thinking? What made you what made you continue to follow my crazy regular headband wearing ass with no shirt? Put it in the chat, and we're gonna talk about what the hell did he doing um for uh for Halloween? Let's see, all right, let's see, let's see, let's let's check this out. I want I want to know where all y'all where did y'all first come across my content? Was it Facebook? Was it Instagram? Was it YouTube? Was it TikTok? Uh Apple, Spotify, let me know. Uh let's see, let's get back into this thing. Let's see. Diddy misses out on candy on Halloween, gets baked fish in jail. So and so and so for Halloween, diddy's getting baked fish, y'all. I don't know what they would expect us to do with that information, but shit. We got we got about six minutes. Fuck it. Diddy misses out on candy on Halloween, gets baked fish instead. Uh they say Sean Diddy Combs will spend Halloween behind bars trading in candy for baked fish and turkey roast instead. Uh Sean Diddy Combs, who once turned Halloween into a luxury spectacle. Remember, he was running around being a joker and all kinds of shit. He had designer costumes, the rock flowing everywhere, star-studied guests like Beyonce, Jay-Z, and Usher. Well, that shit has changed. Because now he will spend this year's spooky night under flickering fluorescent lights, trading his signature swagger for prison garb and a tray of baked fish, spinach, and coleslaw. That's what he gets. So this year for Halloween, Diddy will be a jailbird. That is gonna be his his his uh his his his costume will be a jailbird. Okay, let's see. Okay, so uh, so so the jailbird. The jailbird, he will be a jailbird. He was the joker the other year. Let's see, some people said Flo, you're editing, that's why we love you. Uh Lily said she came across me on YouTube. Okay. Angie said, Facts, Tabitha, and that's why we love it here, and why he brings in those. We all become family. My boy C Tuck said he came across me on Instagram. Miss Sweet Tooth said YouTube, Desi say Facebook, Tracy say Facebook. Uh, ain't no so many. Yeah, a lot of Facebook. Tabitha says Facebook, Laura says Instagram, Renee says no edits ever. Yeah, no edits. They got on my ass. Uh Kip says Spotify, but then I realized there were videos and I moved to YouTube. Yeah, I've been stealing a lot of my Spotify and Apple people. I've been stealing a lot of them on YouTube because once people find out it's video, they come straight to the video, and I like it. And so Renee says YouTube. Okay. Oh, got a lot of people who got me from YouTube. That's cool. I didn't know so many people got me from being on YouTube. Enoch also says YouTube, and I love your content and everyone in here and respectful and amazing. Lots of love here. Yeah, this is this is the shit. Grandma Caddy says, I have no idea why I found your ass, Flow. She said, Facebook, and I could not leave a message, so I went to YouTube. Thank you so much. Island Girl says, I love it when you say, What if I told you? Yeah, what if I told you? What if I told you? Elise said first she heard me on Spotify and immediately knew you were a truth teller. Thank you so much. Y'all are too kind, man. I feel like y'all be trying to make me cry. Y'all be almost making it happen, too. She said he's dressing up as a registered offender. See, Tug, they cracking up. So they said this year uh Diddy will be a registered offender. Okay, so Dawn said good morning, Flo in chat. She said YouTube. So she found me on YouTube too. Yeah, not one single troll in here. They let me enjoy my uh enjoy my one year anniversary with no trolls. Uh Island Girls, thank you for the 499, the five dollar holla. Happy one year's. What if I told you? Anyone else got some super chats for your boy? Hold on, somebody says from Fire Glory saying from Facebook to Spotify to YouTube. Come on, come on, Fire Glory. We you follow me, we're going everywhere. We're gonna get a Twitch next. We're gonna get Twitch popping. Definitely glad that y'all all found me. Diddy is going to somebody said Diddy is going as a butt club. Who said that, Melissa? Melissa, we're gonna start calling, you know, we gotta wait for that. It's too early now, but if it's a it it we gotta we got our own version of Hurricane Melissa, it's right here. Melissa is Melissa is something else. We got our own version of uh Hurricane Melissa as a part of our community. Shout out to Melissa always holding us down, but yeah, no candy on Halloween for the Diddler, y'all. The Diddler won't be diddling outside of outside of uh out of prison today. Combs Halloween menu reads like the ghost of a feast, stripped bare, but still. Precise in its monotony. Breakfast arrives before the sun has fully risen at 6 a.m. A portion of fruit is served next to a scoop of assorted cereal and a breakfast pastry that sits besides a few kosher sugar packets and skim milk. By lunchtime at 11 a.m., his next course is baked fish or the alternative, a scoop of black beans with rice pilaf and dotted with spinach and a heap of coleslaw. Sounds disgusting. A slice of whole wheat bread sits besides tartar sauce with fruit and beverage, completing the institutional bread. Dinner may be the closest thing to comfort. On the evening of October 31st, turkey roast arrives after the 4 p.m. headcount with a drizzle of gravy, flanked by mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, and a second slice of whole wheat bread with a del with a with some margarine on a sharing tray. For those skipping the meat, there's two peanut butter and jelly sandwiches offered, a soft echo of sweetness that might also pass for dessert, accompanied by another anonymous beverage to wash it all down. It is a stark contrast from the last Halloween he fully celebrated in 2023 when Combs done the iconic Batman costume, um documented himself on video, navigating through the streets the day before Halloween. He was the Joker, and remember, everybody was talking about it. To the point where they even said they were gonna sue Diddy uh for using that suit. Inside the MDC, however, time is measured as much by meals as by clocks. Clocks. Combs has accompanied his days with family visits and even a six-week free game uh class. This Halloween, there are no lights, no sugar hives, no bulls, no extraordinary costumes, only combs, a tray of baked fish, and an echo that feels colder than the concrete surrounding. No candy on Halloween. Only Maggot. And so we'll be seeing a lot of bitty, itty bitty Tootsie Rolls tomorrow. Yes, yes, yes. Diddy, uh Melissa said Diddy can wash his maggot sandwiches down with the pee pee water, y'all cruel. Ah, thanks. Love to you all. Happy anniversary to everybody, a part of Flow Show, no filter. Uh my Apple and Spotify people, my YouTube people, and I don't even say people, let me start that off. My Apple and Spotify family, my YouTube family, my Instagram family, my Facebook family, my TikTok family. And last but certainly not least, my Flow Show families. Special shout out to the Waken Bakers, special shout out to the coffee crew, special shout out to the original breakfast crew. Y'all have made this an amazing ride, and I look forward to stepping it up. Y'all, I'm about to get the whole setup. Thank you, Fire Glory. Happy anniversary to continue success flow. You are a real one, and we like it. LMA LMAO. Uh, what's that? Uh hugs and kisses. Thank you, Fire Glory. And y'all, for sure, another announcement in the next couple months. I will be upgrading. I was I told people I like to organically grow. I don't like to move too fast or do stuff when it's not ready, when I'm not ready. And so now that I've hit one year, now that I've hit one year, and I didn't have a fucking chat on, y'all. The whole show. I forgot. Anyway, one year anniversary, you know how it goes. But what I'm gonna do is I'm about to upgrade. It's time for our one year. So I'm about to be working on the upgrade. So I'm gonna come with a whole like set, new cameras, and I come with a whole decor and set. We buy the design, as a matter of fact. I believe Sean is gonna help me design it, and so I didn't like I'm the type of person I gotta make sure I'm I'm I'm I'm fully invested and fully committed to something before I go too crazy and get too far with it. And so I really told myself I was I wanted to make it to my one-year anniversary before I start going too crazy to make sure something that I love, and of course it is something that I love, and so because of that, we stepping up, we're stepping up the uh we stepping up the whole the whole uh we stepping up the whole procedure. So that's a major announcement, y'all. We about to step it up. We got we about to get the whole podcast set, get it all lined up. For some reason, I can't see y'all chats no more. So if y'all saying something, I can't I can't get to it. What's up with the chat? Oh shit, hold on. So yeah, y'all. I don't know why. Hold on, let me see something. Okay, that ain't it.
