Y'all know Diddy put in for an appeal. He tried to get the hell out of there, and they trying to keep him the hell in there. But he definitely signed an appeal. I mean, I mean, I mean, the judge definitely granted his appeal. So let's go over this article from Deadline. Says Diddy granted fast track appeal, actually could get out of New Cushy prison well before his sentence is up. Here they go talking about Diddy could get out before his sentence up again. Mere days after Diddy was moved to a low security facility in New Jersey, a federal appeals judge today granted the request of the Grammy winners defense team to expedite the process. In a justice system that often moves at a glacial pace, this means the much accused Combs actually stands a chance of getting out before his 50-month sentence is up. And I don't like it. Appellant's reply brief due by March 13th, 2026, and all argument in April of 2026. Uh U.S. Circuit Court Judge Beth Robinson Monday, less than a week after Combs lawyer Alexander Shapiro made an unopposed fast track request. Enoch says it's gonna be denied, baby. Shapiro did not respond to a request from deadline today on the judge's order, presently set to be released on May 8, 2028. The pardon seeking combs on October 3rd was handed a four-year sentence. We already know that. Shapiro made sure to rub a bit of salt into when she said last week that her freak-off obsessed clients appeal will challenge the unfair use of the man act and infamous statute with the uh history to prosecute him for sex with consenting adults. Uh Sean Diddy Combs is hanging with former athlete. The former rap star 55 is currently in prison at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey. The former music mogul was arrested in September of 2024. Uh, he was ultimately found guilty of transportation to engage in prostitution. Diddy was sentenced to serve four years and two months behind bars after being found guilty on two counts. Diddy was also ordered to pay a$500,000 fine. We already know that. Let's skip that. According to page six, Diddy was seen smiling in the prison yard. And now he's hanging with former NBA star Sebastian Telfair, who was the number 13 pick in the overall draft and the 2004 NBA draft. He ended up pleading guilty to charges of fraud March 16, 2023, and he was sentenced to six months in prison in August. Did he been hanging with his ass? What is Diddy? Is Diddy washing his clothes? So to give y'all a little update, real quick, on the uh to give y'all an update on that situation, snap benefits are supposed to be coming back this month or this week for this month, but um what they're saying, Trump's saying he only gonna pay half. So I don't think I I but so that means what he's saying, people can eat breakfast, they can eat uh breakfast and half of a lunch, but they don't have enough money for the second half of lunch or for dinner. Make it make sense. But they gonna they gonna they go they gonna pay for half is what they say. I don't think half is enough. So we got to start with when will when will Trump says that will be half funded in November? What does that mean? About 12%, about 12% of Americans began to be willing to find out if they will receive federal phone assistance. Uh in November, the first time it was questioned and questioned since the middle nutrition assistance program uh that began 60 years ago. The Trump administration has been ordered by two courts to provide the funding, but it was unclear how soon people would begin receiving their full sense of how much they would or wouldn't get. In the last week, my company U.S. Department of Agriculture announced it did not believe it had the authority to provide benefits in November because of the long uh government. The Trump administration said November 3rd that it planned to partially fund cool aid for millions of America after two judges ruled it must use contingency funds to pay for benefits in November. It could take days, if not a week or more, for the money to arrive. So uh Grandma Cassie and anybody else out there, please realize that even though they're on top of it, they're saying it's gonna take maybe a week uh or even what did they say, a week or more to arrive. What did the courts order? Well, two federal judges ordered USDA on October 31 to pay staff benefits in November, but provided conflicting rules to do so. Uh Massachusetts federal judge in the uh in the end of one said in a written decision that the government is required to use its nearly six billion in contingency funds to keep the snap program funded. She also said that the administration is allowed to transfer other funds that come from charges on imports to supplement the contingency funds. The SNAP program costs about nine dollars. I mean nine billion dollars a month. Sheesh. She also said gave the Trump administration until November 3rd to tell her whether it would authorize at least reduced benefits for November or what the timeline is in general. Uh in a separate case, Rhode Island Federal Judge John McConnell also ordered the administration to distribute the contingency funds and update him by noon on November 3rd on the status of that distribution. The administration responded to McConnell that it will provide half the usual benefits to SNEP recipients this month and was electing not to transfer funds from the other accounts, uh such as the Child Nutrition Fund, to make up the rest because Congress has not promised to replenish it. First, not everyone receives SNEP on the first of the month. When the benefits are deposited, it defers. Second, it will take several days, if not weeks or months, for states to reprogram their system and work with contractors to release money to recipients. There are a lot of unanswered questions on this. Uh, and we will continue to dig in. Will families with children and elderly people be prioritized for benefits? She asks. Will people who normally receive their benefits at the beginning of the month receive more than people uh whose state provides it towards the end of the month? Will recipients receive their full monthly amount if the government opens later this month? We really don't know how this is going to work. Now, did the Senate vote on reopening the government? No, the Senate has not voted on reopening the government. Will half the benefits be enough? People don't think half the benefits are gonna be enough, and um it's just depressing to even talk about it. The fact that we got to do all of this to make for people to get their money, and Diddy and Diddy in here eating eating chicken Primesan, prison zone, chicken parmesan. We call it chicken prison zone. Uh I don't think it's right, y'all. I don't think it's right. So let's go back to this. So snap benefits are half and did he and see what the hell did he eat? The reason he was able to get to Fort Dix is because that that wasn't the judge's call. Um, Diddy's attorney was looking for the judge to co-sign um them going to Fort Dix. The judge didn't want him to go to Fort Dicks, so the judge denied co-signing him. But at the end of the day, uh that where Diddy went to prison at was not the judge's call. And I know that because I looked it up and I thought the same thing as you when it first happened. I was like, hold on, I thought this was not allowed to go to Fort Dix. Um, but after further investigation, I realized that uh it wasn't they when I did some research, I found out that it wasn't the judge's call. And um that's how he was still able to go there because even though the judge didn't agree with it, um the judge didn't agree with it, uh he still was able to go. Denise says she's out, y'all.
