First, we talk about Diddy before we get to the uh the 50 Cent Diddy, what they got going on. So y'all know 50 Cent uh has a new Diddy, uh Diddy documentary. Forbes uh is saying everything you need to know about 50 Cent's documentary on Netflix. Uh word on the street is Diddy is pissed off about this new documentary, and 50 is happy as hell. Uh this is the uh everything you need to know on the Diddy documentary uh that's on Netflix. By turns, explosive and sobering and shocking. The new Diddy documentary on Netflix comes less than a half a year after the rapper's conviction of two counts of transportation for purposes of prostitution. Producer uh Curtis 50 Cent Jackson has a long-running beef with Diddy, also known as Sean Combs. He used his position and as a successful producer uh to produce December's Must-Sea documentary from the acclaimed director, Alexander Stapleton Shut Up and Dribble. Sean Combs, the reckoning, examines Diddy's rise to Media Mogul and his fall after longtime whispers of sexual misconduct became public following RB Krooner, Cassandra, aka Cassie's 2023 lawsuit leading to Diddy's arrest. Blige and the notorious B.I.G. He also became a larger-than-life pop culture figure who dated Jennifer Lopez, aka J Loja, that's what they call her. I don't call her that. And performed the rappers like, and performable rappers like Jay-Z and Kanye West. Uh, but for more than a decade, online forums and social media contained rumors of sexual misconduct in the past, and then after Cassie's lawsuit dropped, everything hit the fucking fan. Now, the new documentary goes in depth into more accusations against Diddler the Fiddler. So, this documentary, like I told y'all, is gonna go into more accusations, and from what I'm hearing, some of these accusations can lead, and people believe are gonna lead to criminal charges for y'all's favorite, everybody's favorite guy, the Diddler. Okay, so people might be wondering who is interviewed in the Diddy documentary. I'm glad y'all asked that. Netflix isn't naming many names, hoping to drive bigger tune-in uh for the Diddy documentary. But Mark Curry, a friend of the show, uh former Bad Boy rapper, delivers the voiceover on the Netflix teaser. And 50 Cent and Stapleton have promised exclusive interviews with Diddy insiders who have not spoken out in previous documentaries or are sharing more of their stories. That includes childhood friends and former employees at Bad Boy. Now, this is gonna be crazy, y'all. Because, see, the thing about this is why I'm kind of excited to see this documentary is 50's an insider. You know, a lot of these other people that did documentaries, they they weren't insiders. They were just collecting information on Diddy. But you got somebody like 50 who know the same people as Diddy. They run around run around in the same circles. Um, 50 knows probably more about Diddy than any than any of us, of course. And probably most people in the industry because they had had so many dealers. So for them to be saying it's more accusations, childhood friends, more people speaking who never spoke before. This could be a problem for y'all, boy. So, yeah, so another thing that people are at wonder. Okay, so what's 50 Cent's relationship with Diddy? Uh, article goes on to say Diddy and 50 Cent are contemporaries in the relatively small world of 2000 rappers, but they have uh long had uh uh fractious relationship, is what they're calling it. In 50's 2006 diss track, The Bomb, 50 Cent accuses Diddy of involvement of involvement in notorious bigs, still unsolved murder. When he announced his documentary, which has changed since changed names, 50 Cent predicted on X that the series will break records. Uh 50 Cent posted on X. This has been a break records when this dropped. Green light gang, here we go. 50 Cent. I don't want nobody that to I don't want nobody as petty as 50 Cent trolling me. I think 50 is the biggest, most consistent, don't give a damn troll of all time. If you got 50 Cent on your ass, you got a serious troll. He is he is taking 50, he's taking Diddy up top with all these documentaries and stuff. So, what's the most surprising part of the documentary? Um, Stapleton said in the statement that while the series is about Diddy, it also questions the American tenets to put celebrities on a pedestal, even after we've watched so many of them fall. The documentary aims to raise greater questions about American society in addition to unmasking Diddy the man. Each episode of this documentary is 60 minutes. So they're saying it's four episodes. Starts, I believe, today. Luigi, if you remember, he's the guy that all the women love. They say he looks good as hell, they say he looked like a model. Don't nobody want him to go to jail. He is looking like he rolled for everybody because everybody is sick of the fucking healthcare situation and how we are not getting taken care of properly, and they they was declining, like the the healthcare is declining. So many people uh of healthcare who deserved it, who have been paying their premiums, and um people really feel like you know enough was enough, and basically feel like if Louisiana Luigi is guilty, a lot of people feel like he justified. Well, anyway, that uh case is about to start. So Luigi Magioni will appear in court as his attorney seek to have key evidence tossed from state murder case. Uh Luigi Magioni, 27 years old, accused of killing a health uh insurance company executive in a brazen attack that sparked the national debate, will appear in court Monday as his attorney seek to have his diary entries and other key evidence tossed from this state's murder case. Magioni was arrested in at uh McDonald's Park and McDonald's in Pennsylvania following days long manhunt after United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson was fatally shot in the back December 4th, 2024, on a busy sidewalk in midtown Manhattan. During the arrest, the law enforcement recovered. Several pieces of evidence from Magione's uh backpack that authorities say tie him to the killing. Um Magioni's lawyers argue police illegally searched his bag without a warrant so that the evidence should be barred from the state's case. Prosecutors denied that and agreed to the hearing uh having a hearing. Magioni's uh defense is battling prosecutors in two cases. Lawyers in the federal death penalty case are also trying to get much of the same evidence tossed. The case returns to court January 9th. Now, the hearing over the disputed evidence in the state case is expected to last several days, with both parties planning to call witnesses to testify according to court documents. Luigi's attorneys have challenged the relevance of a handful of prosecution witnesses, including a 911 operator and a person who can authenticate McDonald's video evidence. Defense attorney Karen Freeman Agnifilio, you know, the uh wife to your boy Diddy's attorney, Mark Agniphilio, um asked the judge to prevent the prosecution uh from showing the contents of the writings at the hearing, saying that they could taint the jury pool. She objected to the prosecution's use of the term manifesto, calling it a prejudicial invented law enforcement label. She also asked the judge to allow at least one of Luigi's hands to be shackled during the hearing so he can take notes. So they are trying to get this evidence removed. Uh in a court filing, uh Agnifilo argued the writings and all the items recovered from the backpack should not be admissible since police illegally searched the bag without a warrant, and there was no immediate threat to justify a warrantless search. So, as always, the police just did whatever the hell they wanted, and the the defense is like, you know what, we're not going for it. Now, like I told y'all, the reason why this is a very important case, because uh people think that the American public is so pissed off about this that people believe that the jury, even if they believe he did it, that the jury might uh say, uh, you know what, we're not gonna, we're not, we're not, we're not, we're not gonna uh we're not gonna punish you because you did the right thing. The healthcare system is getting out of hand and it needs to be stopped. That's how people feel. And so now this is probably the most important case of the last 20 years, and that's because this case is like basically the American people versus the healthcare system, and the healthcare system has been bullying the American people for years and years and years now. Um, I don't know how many people have been paying their their paying for their health care, and then it's time comes they need a certain procedure, a family member uh really needs an important procedure. And then the healthcare companies just deny, just to save money, even though they take in all our money, whenever they feel like it, they can just say, you know what, deny it. Um this is what my my uh TikTok account got banned about because I was and I was just putting out facts. I wasn't making nothing up, I was getting everything straight from uh the source. Like they didn't like that I brought up the fact that United Healthcare had been basically United Healthcare had been like denying like three times as many uh they have been denying people of healthcare needs three times as much as any other any other uh healthcare company, which is why whoever they saying it's Luigi, we don't know who it is, uh innocent until proven guilty, but that is why people like you know what we don't give a fuck that dude got killed, and you know that's kind of heartless and it's kind of sad, but you know, things happen. Like, I mean, when when you doing your American people so bad, and you just being unfair and just treating people any kind of way, well, this is what happens. What's what's Newton's law for every action? There's a uh equal and opposite reaction, and um that's just what we've been dealing with. Just a healthcare system that don't give a hell. I heard it was like a mass shooter. So are we talking about? Are we talking about police search for a subject after three children killed at California party? I saw this, this was crazy. I didn't get it. I didn't I don't know the story. I just saw the headline and was like, what the hell is this? So what article says is police search for a suspect after three children were killed at a California party. Investigators in California were working Monday to identify one or more suspects who opened fire at a children's birthday party over the weekend, killing four people and injuring eleven. What the hell happened? The shooting erupted at a banquet hall in Stockton. At least a hundred people gathered for the celebration, according to San County Sheriff Patrick Whitrow. He said the incident may have involved more than one shooter and appeared to be targeted, but he did not elaborate. Three children and one adult were killed in the shooting of the sheriff's office. I mean, shooting said the sheriff's office. The shooting left 11 others injured, and several of them, including multiple children, were taken to local hospitals. Withrow said at least one person remained in critical condition. What the what in the world? Like, what in the world? What is up with all these babies getting killed from gunfire? Why are we shooting kids? Why are we shooting babies? After the shooting, the Stockton police said it arrested five people, including one juvenile. Um, and these people were arrested on conspiracy, weapons, and gang-related charges. It is unclear if the arrest had a connection with the shooting. Since the deadly attack, uh Newsom called horrific, law enforcement officials have asked for the public help in identifying possible suspects and requesting cell phone video and eyewitness accounts. I don't understand this shit. I don't understand. Y'all gotta make this make sense. What happened? Can they can they tell us that in this damn article? Can you tell me what actually occurred? We need everyone who has any information on this to reach out to us. This is the time for our community to show that we will not put up with this type of behavior where people would just walk in and kill children. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Okay, here we go. The magic number one question: how the mass shooting at a child's birthday party unfolded. Winthrow said authorities first received reports of gunfire at the banquet hall shortly after 6 p.m. At the time, as many as 150 people were there for a children's birthday party. Officials said it appears the gunfire started inside the banquet hall before moving outdoors. Investigators processing the scene viewed multiple cars with bullet holes and retrieved several firearms from the roof of the building, though it's unclear if the weapons were related to the shooting.
