Nolan Wells Interview Part Two Setup
SPEAKER_07much. We are in here today to discuss what we've been discussing for the past couple weeks. Nolan Wells, his pet, his friends. Air quotes, his friends. Part two of the interview. They speak about the seat car. I don't know. Y'all tell me what y'all think about this interview. I I think I don't think these interviews are going too well for the kids. We're gonna get into it today. Can we get a justice for Nolan Wells in the comments before we get started with this? We're breaking down this latest interview. This just dropped last night. This just dropped last night. And before we start, let me make sure everybody can hear. Can everybody hear this fine? I'm gonna start a little bit of it. Let me know if you can hear it.
SPEAKER_09I mean, why would we call the Coast Guard? You know, why would we do the things we did if we know we killed somebody?
SPEAKER_08You don't hear about the pool party because it was on June 27th. You don't hear about anything else that was mentioned, thousands of lies. And now, oh, the audio comes back, and all of a sudden we can hear Nolan yelling in the background, screaming, you know, we're screaming about how he's dead. That's just a complete lie.
SPEAKER_00If you just murdered your best friend on an island, the dumbest thing you could do would be to call the Coast Guard.
SPEAKER_04What is your thoughts on that phone call uh to Cito?

All right, let's go. So they talked about the C Toll call. Y'all be the judge, and y'all like their answers. But the thing is, this I don't like these interviews. Um, they I don't think they're coming across well. I don't know who's giving them advice, but it's a lot of things said in here that just don't make sense, and people are breaking this down left and right.

SPEAKER_04Some people have gone out and done enhancements to the to the in doing that, created a transcript manually. It doesn't appear that the transcript was derived from an automated system or in my opinion, real integrity with it. What are your thoughts first, you guys, on the audio, and then I'll get to you, Ed, on how does could that be a defamatory area the way it was produced? So, what do you guys think about that audio?
SPEAKER_09Well, I can go ahead and say that as you posted that clip of all of us on the boat, you know, as it's rolling, not rolling, but in that clip. I mean, he's on the phone. Don't you like, wouldn't you think that you would have seen no one on the bottom of the on the floor something? Or or scrambling around, or everybody in a pot, like in a small space on the boat looking at him, or something. I mean that wait a minute, wait a minute, go back.

The CETO Call Clip Under Scrutiny
SPEAKER_07in a look at Warren when they brought up this seat, look at Warren's face, and look at the lawyer, arms cross, and Morgan, the the guy in the white t-shirt right here, right above my head. He looking serious. Warren is looking at at Jax like you don't say nothing stupid, Jax, because Jax. So Jax, you know, Jax, you know you you bound to say some dumb shit, so do not say it. Look at Warren. Warren is looking at Jax like, don't you say nothing out of the ordinary. Let me start this back off.
SPEAKER_09Water. Wyatt's on the phone with Cito in that clip. I mean, he's on the phone. Don't you like, wouldn't you think that you would have seen no one on the bottom of the on the floor something? Or or scrambling around or everybody in a pot like in a small space on the boat looking at him or something? I mean, that you it's just so crazy to think that. Why would we call Sito if we have a dead body on the boat? I mean, why why would we call the Coast Guard? You know, why would we do the things we did if we know we killed somebody? And then another following up on that is uh why aren't we in jail yet? I mean, we're not geniuses. We can't, we there's no way we could have done a murder. I mean, there's no way we could have covered it up, especially out there with that many people.

SPEAKER_08Uh, I think, especially about the Cito call, I think people, regardless of who it is, is gonna believe what they want to hear. Um I think half these people or not half these people, but some of these people you can't convince friendship of the boat when Wyatt was on the phone with Cito. And it is boldly clear that no one was not on the boat with us. You can literally almost see down to the deck.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, we were scrambling scrambling around trying to get the boat boat fix.
SPEAKER_08But the guy Oh no, yo, you know, in the video, you'd see me I'm sitting on the bow.
SPEAKER_05If there was a someone died.
SPEAKER_08But we fixed the boat and we ran into four bayou, and that's it.

SPEAKER_07And when they say like Nolan could have been on the bottom of the they say Nolan could have wasn't it why wasn't he on at um at the bottom of the boat? There were people saying that I said they saw his foot or his hand or something.

SPEAKER_09I could say do the I would want to add on to that, do the proper research. See, get sort through all the lies. I mean, and a lot of these stuff, like you, like you, you can just tell straight off the bat it's lies. And for one, it's defaming us, and for two, it makes you look like a dummy. I mean, like you're just saying stuff, just pulling it out of who knows where, and you just look like an idiot on on your phone making this TikTok or whatever. Like, do you like do your research, man? Like, if you can't simply do that, don't get on the don't get on your phone and start making a video.
SPEAKER_08Uh it's just kind of concerned me with like how people have the time of day to just make up complete lies out of something that they have no evidence of and to post on social media to put other people down. It's insane to me, like how like just people push this and you know, want to make this a story that it's absolutely not. I don't know what happened in Nolan. My friends don't know what happened to Nolan. But for people to come around and say, oh, this happened for a fact, and I know this, and I and there's no telling me otherwise, then you're, you know, that's just stupid. You you have no like half these people that are saying all these crazy things on the internet, those lies have already been debunked. There's there's there's evidence supporting this is a lie. Like, why are you still saying this? You like these people just have no idea what they're talking about. It's very clear because a lot of these people just speak without thinking and post stuff without thinking. But at the end of the day, it just looks really stupid on their page and whatever they're posting on. But it's just sad, like people really take the time out of their day to post a bunch of BS lies on a bunch of 19-year-olds.
SPEAKER_07It it it sounds to me that they have they're spending more time worried about what people are saying on social media, they're spending more time worried about that than they are worried about finding out what happened to their supposed to be brother and friend Nolan Wells. And and this is what people are having a problem with. It's like no rest in peace, Nolan Wells, no none of that. It's just straight calling people stupid. Meanwhile, these are the people that are that are that are trying to figure out what's going on with Nolan Wells and trying to find out people on social media are just concerned and want the truth. What is the big deal about that? What's the problem with people wanting the truth? I don't see I don't see nothing wrong with that.
SPEAKER_08I love that man more than anybody, and like so did all my friends. And it's absolutely horrible that these people want to come on and push this narrative that we had something to do with this or we killed our best friend. It's just sick to me, Brandon. Um that's it.
SPEAKER_00Well, this might be too long, but I have a few things I need to add. First of all, with respect to Warren, if you just murdered your best friend on an island, the dumbest thing you could do would be to call the Coast Guard. To call a federal law enforcement agency and tell them, hey, can you guys go out and check out this island and look for Nolan Wells? Well, that's exactly what Warren did. Warren called the Coast Guard. And that is one of many very compelling facts. He got back and he called the Coast Guard. Does that sound like a guilty man to you?

Coast Guard Call And Lawsuit Threats
SPEAKER_00these are all American young men, incredible young men. And they did a lot more than just that. I won't go through all of it now, but they did a lot of heroic things after the fact. And they did the best they could, and they tried for their dear friend. All of their actions are the actions of innocent men, not guilty men. And again, they are categorically, completely and totally innocent. Right? But that's not the end of it. I'll say this again: if you lied, you won't be able to hide. If you lied, you won't be able to hide. And you're gonna be held accountable. And if you lied about these fine young men, these good Ocean Springs people, you're gonna be held accountable. You're gonna be sued. I'll tell you, there are gonna be lawsuits because we have already identified some of the worst offenders. And it may have felt good for them in the moment: instant gratification, sugar high. They got their sugar high. But long after that sugar high wears off, they're gonna find themselves in court, and it's going to be excruciatingly painful. The only thing I can say about that is it won't be quite as painful as what they did to Morgan Jackson, Warren.
SPEAKER_04So, so Ed, I got one question for you because the the way you guys articulate.
SPEAKER_07So let me let me get this straight. Y'all are threatening the people who are out here on their free time or on their free dime searching for the truth of what happened to Nolan Wells. Y'all threatening them. So if if y'all had it your way, everybody would just stop posting about Nolan Wells or stop posting about Nolan Wells, friends. Whether it's a rumor or not, we are trying to get to the truth. It is funny that for that to be a brother to y'all, y'all are trying to scare people from digging for the truth. Nolan Wells is supposedly like a brother to y'all, but y'all got attorneys and and different people basically threatening, threatening people who are only trying to do not do find out the truth. This is just does not read well to me. This is not how you treat your brother.
SPEAKER_04Defamation. Obviously, if someone puts out online lies, knowingly and intentionally do them, knowing that they're lies, in part, that's a part of the defamation. But is the racial component, because when someone goes out and says things without evidence, projecting that this was a racial encounter, is that a part of this defamation, or is or does that not count as far as your tactics on defending them or defending their honor, I guess, in this situation?
SPEAKER_00Well, one thing that we're never gonna do is we're never gonna speculate and we're never gonna guess, like some other folks who got their sugar highs and are sucking up all the oxygen in the room for now, and they'll have their day in court. But we can talk about what might motivate people, and I won't talk about any particular people because I am not inside their head right now, but I can tell you that racism for profit is a major factor here, and we don't have to name names, but racism for profit generating outrage, outrage for profit, in the end it's all about money.
SPEAKER_07And if an 18-year-old goes on a trip on a boat on an island with his quote-unquote friends, and the whole island, a thousand people all make it back from the island, and that friend doesn't make it from the island, and everybody turns off their social media lawyers up, and nobody everybody acts like they don't know anything. There is going to be outrage. Because you think this outrage is because of race? Or do you think this outrage is because Nolan Wells didn't make it back and nobody knows what the fuck happened and we don't believe that? Which one do you think caused an outrage? If Nolan was still alive, would we be outraged? Would the world be outraged if Nolan made it back? Will we be screaming right now? Answer that question to me. If Nolan made it back on that island,
Race For Profit Versus Public Outrage
SPEAKER_07would we be would there be outrage? Because there would still be a black and white dynamic. Racism would still be there. So would we be outraged if Nolan Wells made it back home? The answer is no. We are outraged because he didn't make it home and we don't understand how nobody knows anything. Let's continue.
SPEAKER_00It's racism for profit.
SPEAKER_07I'm gonna be honest. I don't like this lawyer.
SPEAKER_00And it's part of the motive. But when you have offenders who defame innocent young men, fine innocent young men, upstanding young men, it might be a constellation of motives. Profit, animus, stupidity, ignorance. Maybe they just don't like evidence. See, we really like evidence here. Tyler Cox really likes evidence. I really like evidence. Morgan, Jax, Warren, we really like evidence. And that's the difference between the other guys and us. And we have evidence. We have the receipts, we have the goods, and we're gonna be presenting it in court. And I will say, once we present it in court, we're gonna say, now you just can't leave.
SPEAKER_04Do you think that the other side, because I've seen on the, you know, through social media that there's a preparation of lawsuits against the boys. Is there merit, according to your knowledge in this space, is there merit to pursuing lawsuits against them?
SPEAKER_00I am so glad you asked that question, because I can answer that question definitively and unequivocally. Anybody who sues Jax, Warren, or Morgan, they're gonna end up paying our attorney's fees. Guaranteed. Any lawsuit, and I'm gonna warn anyone right now, anybody who is thinking for one second about suing these fine young men, these good Ocean Springs people, you're gonna pay their attorney's fees. You're gonna lose, you're gonna get annihilated, you're gonna get crushed, you have nothing. And here's the beauty of it we know you have nothing.
SPEAKER_07Because we actually have the um quick question and honesty. An honest question. Do y'all feel like do they feel like do you feel like these guys, honestly, listening to this interview so far, do you really feel like these boys really love Nolan Wells? Is that what you feel? Just listen to how the lawyer is talking, listen to what they said. Do you really, and this is for anybody on either side, whether you uh think it was an accident or you don't think it was an accident? Anybody, no matter what your opinion is, honestly. Listening to this interview, if these were the friends of your lost child, would you do you feel the compassion? Do you feel like man, these guys really cared about Nolan threatening people? Like this is a this is bullshit for real. Like, like this is they don't give a damn. In my opinion, Nolan Wells was a com with what his friendship was a convenience for these boys. I'm just being honest. I have friends, they don't act like this. I know for a fact my friends wouldn't shut down their social media and and lawyer up if I went missing. But this lawyer is taking the cake with all these threatening and all this cocky ass talk. All we are concerned with is what really happened to Nolan Wells. All this extra tough talk and pissing contest is doing nothing for me.
SPEAKER_00Evidence. We know what happened. And I'll just say it like this we have a pair of aces, and you have two seven off suits.
SPEAKER_04So, with all the negative that's going on, obviously there's been positive that I've seen that have come y'all's direction. Um, I felt like when Warren came out and did the interview the first time, of course, a lot of people decided to say a lot of negative things, but then there's a tremendous amount of people that were very supportive and thankful that they had a chance to hear the other side. So um what are what are y'all y'all's thoughts and feelings on the other side of this where people have been supportive? You know, kind of what are your thoughts on that? What have you experienced in that area?
SPEAKER_09I I want to start off and just say that that has helped us tremendously through this. Uh one mentally knowing that there are people on our side that are here to help and want to help and are actually helping with the online stuff. Um I want to say thank you to everybody who has made a video on the positive side of things and showing the actual facts and debunking a lot of false information and giving to the gifts and go. Yeah, that's the that's another really big one. Thank you so much for that. Given to the gifts and go. That that means a lot more than you could ever imagine.
SPEAKER_10Uh I just want to say thank you to all the people out there. Um I mean, I personally went through and looked at all the uh, like there's a prayer thing you can uh you can say a prayer on there. And I personally went through and looked at all the prayers, and I'm just really appreciative of all the people that that I know that have our backs and have supported us through all of this. It's really helped us
Donations And The GoFundMe Backlash

SPEAKER_07Your child goes out with his friends, he comes back, everybody comes back except for your child. His friends lawyer up, delete all their social media, then go on a press tour, and then request a GoFundMe just for them. Now you lost your child, but they want to go fund me for being questioned or harassed. Have y'all ever seen anything like this? But you got people that'll act like it's a problem for content creators and YouTubers who get paid to talk about this stuff. People act like that that's a problem, but I don't see enough people having a problem with friends of somebody who died getting a go getting $200,000 in GoFundMe money. If I go to out somewhere with my best friend, he don't make it back, and and and I shut down my social media and lawyer up. My my friends' family gonna be looking at me like, what the hell is wrong with Harold? And then on top of that, I put up a GoFundMe. You lost your child, my quote unquote brother is dead, and I don't know how it happened, but I'm getting a GoFundMe for $200,000. Y'all don't see no problem with that. Y'all don't see do that pass the eye test? That's ridiculous. I would my feelings would be hurt at this point. Now my child's friends are getting GoFundMe talking about support us because we're getting our feelings hurt, which is nothing compared to Nolan Wells not even being here anymore. Man, y'all crazy. I can't believe y'all let this y'all letting this slide like that's crazy. I don't want to hear nobody complain about nobody getting any money no more for whatever reason. If there's no problem with these guys getting $200,000 to go fund me because their feelings are getting hurt.
SPEAKER_08Oh, you know, obviously, I want to give thanks. My friends and my family really appreciate it.
SPEAKER_07I mean, it's uh somebody saying, see what I'm saying? See how see how we make excuses for people we for certain see how we make excuses for certain people and nuns for other? Thank you, Aurora, for chiming in saying lawyer fees for death threats. Everybody getting death, everybody gets death threats. I get death threats. Everybody is a when you're in this game, death threats come. You telling me you need two hundred thousand dollars for lawyer fees and death threats. That's wild. So why don't every everybody should just get go fummies then? Like that's wild, man. We we gonna justify friends of the deceased getting a go fummy when the actual deceased needs to go fund me. I don't believe it, man. Y'all can keep making excuses. I if I just know that if this was your child and your child and you lost your child and his friends did this, you'd be pissed off. You can say what you want to say because it's not you, and that's the difference between a lot of people. Like, I literally could put myself in the shoes and and and and and really be honest and say, if this was my friends, my son's friends, and he's not here no more, and he was with y'all, and then y'all getting y'all requesting GoFundMe money, that'd be some bullshit. And I'm sure anybody else would agree, but some people can't put themselves in their shoes and really feel it, so they can just say they act like it's no big deal. But if that was your child and their friends did all the stuff that these friends are doing, including getting $200,000 in GoFundMe off of your child's death. I don't care what the reasons is, if Nolan Wells didn't die, they're not getting $200,000 in GoFundMe money. So if you are getting $200,000 in GoFundMe money off of your quote-unquote brother's death, that is five. That's five. I wouldn't even want the fucking money. My best friend is dead. You think I want to collect $200,000 because he's dead? Man, let's continue, man. I I'm different. I know I'm different. Island girl, what's up?
SPEAKER_08It's hard to get by every day without having a group of people behind you. And it's it really helps my friend and I, especially like mental state, mental side of things, you know, knowing that we have a community behind us that is willing to stand for us and stand for the truth. And you know, we can't thank him enough. Like, seriously, with you know, like Morgan said, the prayers and just even the money and the gifts and go. It's just it's all it's a blessing from the Lord, and you know, we we can't thank everybody enough. Seriously, it's been it's been more than enough.
SPEAKER_04So So uh what what are your thoughts on this? I know you see uh the outpouring of of support for the boys. I know that obviously with your credentials, um, you're taking on this case, which is a is a huge undertaking. You represent multiple young people in this with so many people that you have mentioned that could be and possibly gonna get sued in this. So what would you like to say to the people about this?
SPEAKER_00Well, the most important thing is that these three outstanding uh young men who are completely innocent are worth standing behind. It's worth standing behind them. It's worth supporting them because these three gentlemen here, they're gonna go out into the world and they're gonna do incredible things for society. Right? These are these are three young men who want to help people and who are going to help people. They're just they're just wonderful souls, wonderful human beings. So if you want someone to support, if you're looking for someone to support, and if you're looking for people who tell the truth and like evidence and common sense, you should support these guys, not the other guys who traffic in lies. All right, now there's a give, send, go page, right? Those donations are very important. We have an incredible legal team. I'm very, very privileged to be working with Tyler Cox, called Cox, right? Right, so but we're gonna be bringing powerhouse lawsuits, powerhouse lawsuits, absolutely powerhouse, but right, it does require support, it requires support, and any support is greatly appreciated. But there are also things that people can do that have nothing to do with money. All we're asking people to do is embrace reality, embrace common sense.
SPEAKER_07Man, this Nolan Wells thing has turned into a money grab. It is sickening and sad to see these people who call themselves Nolan Wells friends turn this into a money grab, man. It's a money grab. And I am not every day, I become less and less surprised that they left Nolan on the island. They didn't really value Nolan, man. They did not really value Nolan Wells at all, man. And and and you can see it playing out right now. This is a money grab. No, you haven't heard rest in peace, Nolan. Condolences to the Wells family. You haven't heard any of that. You've heard how they uh what they didn't do wrong, and and and now you're hearing you keep hearing about money and gifts and go and how much money they need, and and they're gonna use this money that y'all pouring to them to sue people for talking about the Nolan Wells case and saying shit that they don't like. This is this is evil. This is evil. I couldn't do it. Can y'all in the comments? Someone close to you die mysteriously. Are you able to just turn it into a money grab and move on with your life? I would take a little break. What's up, grandma? Uh uh let me lay my I see I got some some some uh four hundred and forty jewels from grandma Kathy. But you put out, Brandon, that a clip of the boat when Wyatt was on the phone with Cito. And it is boldly clear that Nolan was not on the boat with us. You can literally almost see down to the deck. And as you can see in that picture, everybody is completely casual while Wyatt's on the phone with Seto. Yeah, we were scrambling scrambling around trying to get the boat fixed, but the guys were the, you know, in the video, you'd see me, I'm sitting on the bow. If there was someone dying on the boat, why would everybody just be sitting there waiting to either get towed in or why in the first place? Like Jack said, why would Wyatt call Seto? Uh it's it's crazy. He, the reason we turned down Coast Guard is why would we call Coast Guard if CETO could pull us in? But we fixed the boat and we ran into Fort Bayou, and that's it. The CETO call was completely enhanced, and these people just want to believe what they want to hear, and that's exactly what they're doing. So it's it's just crazy to me that people have tried to twist this and twist the audio. When we came out with the first interview, it debunked half these lies, and now you don't hear about any of it. You don't hear about the pool party because it was on June 27th. You don't hear about anything else that was mentioned, thousands of lies, and now, oh, the audio comes back, and all of a sudden Wait a minute, Warren.
SPEAKER_07If if you don't hear about anything and y'all debunked all the lies and you don't hear about any of them anymore, then why are y'all still trying to sue everybody? Why are y'all still trying to sue everybody if everything has been debunked and you don't hear about it no more? That seems pretty easy. Problem solved. And as far as this CETO call, why don't you why don't they explain? Why don't they play the call? Why didn't they play the call and let them tell us what was saying? Because we heard Nolan, oh my god, is he dead? Uh uh dammit Bart. If we didn't hear that, why don't you play it? And you you you were there, you tell us. You tell us what was saying. They haven't even played the C th. They haven't told us what was said. They just want us to they act like we're just not hearing shit, like we're just hearing things. Uh I think that uh most of these people are just going to, I say most of these people, a lot of these people that have posted stuff out there, they've just been lies backed by no evidence. And if I if I had one thing to say to them, I'd say, do your research before you go out saying something that's not true, that could hurt someone. Just just do your research. I mean, it's it's e it's easy. All you have to do is just just scroll like they do all day long and find the evidence that's right in front of their face. And I mean, it'll prove its own facts.
SPEAKER_09I could say do the I would want to add on to that, do the proper research. See, get sort through all the lies. I mean, and a lot of these stuff, like you, like you can just tell straight off the bat it's lies. And for one, it's defaming us, and for two, it makes you look like a dummy. I mean, like you're just saying stuff, just pulling it out of who knows where, and you just look like an idiot on on your phone making this TikTok or whatever. Like, do you like do your research, man? Like, if you can't simply do that, don't get on the don't get on your phone and start making a video.

But for people to come around and say, oh, this happened for a fact, and I know this, and I and there's no telling me otherwise, then you're you know, that's just stupid. You you have no like half these people that are saying all these crazy things on the internet, those lies have already been debunked. There's there's there's evidence supporting this is a lie. Like, why are you still saying this? You like these people just have no idea what they're talking about, and it's very clear because a lot of these people just speak without thinking and post-thinking. But at the end of the day, it just looks really stupid on their page and whatever they're posting on. But it's just sad. Like, people really take the time out of their day to post a bunch of BS lies on a bunch of 19 and 20-year-olds who have never done anything to hurt anyone and you know loved their friend. This mother loses her child, and some idiot says. The value of a human life has plummeted. Back in the day, even no matter how bad shit got, we still value a human life. I'm talking about the 90s. Nowadays, you can lose your child, and you got people that'll say stuff like that was said earlier that I just said, talking about another black family looking for a meal ticket. She knows she just looking for a son. If you call her son a meal ticket, um, then so be it. But she just looking for a son, man, that died that you don't give a fuck about, which is why we here and just why we'll be continue to post about Nolan Wells to get justice because there's so many assholes who don't give a fuck. So since we have those a-holes who don't care, I have to balance them out. I have to balance it out so that so the assholes don't have the uh uh have any leverage.
