They got a miscommunication with the uh they got some type of miscommunication with the what is it? The uh the phone. They want her to, they want their they want Nolan's mom to give up the phone, but they were supposed to uh like look at the phone together. Something like that. I don't understand the situation with the phone or what the big deal is?

So while we wait for this to catch up, the d the problem is law enforcement is trying to force Nolan Wells. Like Jack said, like they're trying to force Nolan Wells' mom to give up the phone, to give up Nolan's phone, but they already had an agreement in place so that when they give up the phone, um, so when they give up the phone, they were supposed to have an independent person, they were supposed to have an independent investigator look at both phones. That was the agreement they had. And then out of nowhere, the DA sent Nolan Wells' mother a demand that they had like a day or two to turn in the phone. And then Ben Crump said, Well, wait a minute, we had an agreement that when we turned in the phone, both investigators would we had to look at it together so that we would feel comfortable.

Now, if they were older, I could understand the mom not knowing, not knowing how close they were or whatever. But we're talking about middle school and high school kids. The only people in it are us and his football guys. Like that like that's just that's just he's with us every time no one's anywhere. I'm gonna just start to go back anywhere. Oh yeah, we went on countless vacation. Home coming effect like all this has had on everybody, not including just our friend group, but like our friends' parents and my parents. Once a week, my stepdad knew Nolan because he used to drive us to that, but like they trying to convince us that how much it really says something to me if the parents, even if the kids, you should want to be around and know the person's parents. But check this out. Isn't it fitting? Doesn't it kind of make sense that the way they are treat, see, they don't treat, they don't right now to this day, right now, these boys don't treat Nolan's mom like a person who is a best friend of someone how they treat their parents. Meaning, like my best friend, I treat her mom, I mean, I treat his mom like it's my mom. Like my best friend, and he treats my mom like it's his mom. And these boys don't treat Nolan's mom like that's their best friend's mom. You know, saying like acting like she don't know what she's talking about, or or just uh uh uh uh uh judging her and saying, well, she didn't know this, she didn't do this, or you don't know where your kids at, like she is a grieving mother of your supposed best friend. So that is something that like it makes sense for her to say that she didn't know them prior to or didn't know them well, because look how they're treating her now. Honestly, you know, are they do they treat that are they treating Nolan's mom right now? Are they treating Nolan's mom the way you treat your best friend's mom? That's all I'm gonna say.

Nolan Wells friends recall the last interaction with the teen at July 4th party before he vanished and was found dead. This is from Yahoo News. Wells' parents have repeatedly questioned why he would voluntarily separate from the group from his group that day on Horn Island without his phone. Um, and let's get into it. These friends account of Wells choosing to stay behind without them at the large gathering on Horn Island has drawn intense scrutiny from Wells' parents who called it unusual and out of character. In a new interview this week, the friends expanded on their version of events. Nolan was like a brother to us, Jax Patolo insisted. Jax appeared on the show with Morgan Seymour and Warren Hudson, two other of Wells' friends who were all together that July day. Much remains unclear about Wells' final hours alive, and his death is under both an official and independent investigation by the family. The results of the state autopsy having been released, and outside autopsy could not determine his cause of death or ruled out foul play due to some key limitations with Wells' body, but did not find any severe injuries. Wells was found on Horn Island on July 6th. Law enforcement initially said they saw no signs of foul play and suspected he could have drowned in an area known for riptides. His parents, Christine and Elmore Wandsley, have questioned this and have reportedly threatened litigation against some of the party's attendees as they fight for transparency, citing the state's history of racial injustice. Both Wells' family and friends say they've been harassed and even received death threats as conspiracy theories fill a void created by lack of answers. This is a quote. This is what his mom said at his funeral on July 20th, adding, Your absence has left an emptiness that can never truly be filled. A piece of our hearts will always be missing. And it breaks my heart when I hear this mom speak because there are a lot of people out here who are disrespecting the mother, harassing the mother, calling the mother out for stupid reasons. Like they don't realize this mother just lost her son, man. A young son at that who was not able to live their life. I don't know how you can harass, call out uh ridicule, and do all these type of mean things. Um and knowing that they just lost their child. It's like, are you a parent? Do you would do you have any idea what this mother is going through? And then you want to you want to judge her and ridicule her like she just like her son just scraped his knee and she's complaining or she's looking for answers. All she's doing is looking for answers. I've never seen someone be so treated so poorly just for looking for answers and wanting transparency and trying to find out what happened to her son. Whether he was unalived or it was an accident, as a parent, I'm sure she would feel a lot better knowing what the hell happened. So she can have some type of closure. Is that too much to ask? Is a little closure too much to ask for a mother for a mother?

Like Warren has kind of made up these narratives in his head and explaining narratives that aren't really what people thinking. There are some people that think it was uh uh planned out, but for the majority, I think majority of people just think something happened, it got out of hand. Um, but Warren is trying to make it believe make make us believe that we if they wanted to intentionally do it, why didn't they do it another time? That's not our question, Warren. Explain to me, because a lot of people are still online saying that they find it to be incredibly suspicious that for his phone back when you guys are leaving, was it not a part of the conversation? Was Nolan the only person that left his phone on the boat? Can you can you guys walk me through that idea?

He's like, Nolan, get on the boat now. And Nolan was like, no, and then finally, Wyatt's like, Nolan, get on the effing boat right now. We are leaving right now. We gotta get the boat out of there before it goes under.

Why wouldn't you say, hey, well, look, if you're gonna stay over here, at least take your phone, bro. Y'all didn't even say that. You didn't even care if he had his phone on a whole fucking island.

Sinking Boat Story And GPS Gaps

So I'm gonna go ahead and first off explain a boat. So a bilge pump pump is in the bilge. The bilge is there's a space in there where you have all your electronics, your batteries, everything that controls everything throughout the whole boat. So the first thing that fills up on a boat when it starts to sink is the bilge. And it goes in the bilge and it starts filling up. Well, then the bilge pump kicks on, senses the water automatically, and starts pumping it out. In this situation, the bilge pump had a malfunction, it didn't kick on, and it got all the way to the very top of the bilge, which is the floor level. And then we start to see the boat actually sag down in the water, and we're like, okay, what's going on? So there's a cap in the back of the boat that you can unscrew and look inside the bilge. We unscrewed it. There's so much water in the boat, it started overflowing into onto the deck. And so at this point, we're like, okay, this boat's going down. It's going, it's going down quick. We don't know where the water's coming in from. We don't know what's going on, and we just go into full-on like panic mode. Get this thing out of here now. So we hook up the boats. No, call sea tow. Okay.

So they manually trim it down by the buttons on the motor, trimmed it down, and some some electronics started to come back on, and they got the boat to crank over, and they're like, All right, untie us because whenever if you get a boat on plane, the suction of the water going underneath it will actually pull all the water out of the village if you have the plug out. So, like, say you have the plug out and it's sitting, the boat will sink. If you have the plug out and you're running, all the water will rush out the back of the boat.
